Sim\u00eb Dobrecit iu dha titulli \u201cMir\u00ebnjohja e Ulqinit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Titullin \u201cMir\u00ebnjohja e Ulqinit\u201d prof. Dr. Sim\u00eb Dobrecit ia ka dor\u00ebzuar ish kryetari i Kuvendit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit, mr. Fuad Haxhibeti. Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Kuvendi i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit, n\u00eb mbledhjen e mbajtur m\u00eb 17 dhjetor 2014, pasi mori n\u00eb shqyrtim k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e K\u00ebshillit p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e propozimeve t\u00eb em\u00ebrtimeve t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve, shesheve dhe institucioneve, vendosi t&#8217;i jap\u00eb titullin \u201cMir\u00ebnjohja e Ulqinit\u201d prof. Dr. Sim\u00eb Dobreci, me motivacionin \u201cp\u00ebr kontribut n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit, studimeve dhe botimeve shkencore me vler\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>Biografia <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sim\u00eb Gjon Dobreci lindi (27.3.1934) n\u00eb Bratic\u00eb, Ulqin, Mali i Zi. Shkoll\u00ebn tet\u00ebvje\u00e7are e kreu n\u00eb Bratic\u00eb e Ulqin (1953), gjimnazin klasik n\u00eb Tivar (1957), fakultetin e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd (1963). Punoi n\u00eb Tivar e Ulqin (1964-1967). Shkoi n\u00eb Spitalin e Prishtin\u00ebs (1967), ku e filloi specializimin e dermatologjis\u00eb dhe e kreu n\u00eb Zagreb (1970). Me 1973 zgjidhet asistent i dermatologjis\u00eb n\u00eb Fakultetin e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs themeluar m\u00eb 1969. M\u00eb 1974, ai q\u00ebndroi nj\u00eb vit n\u00eb Klinik\u00ebn dermatologjike t\u00eb Vankuverit, Kanada. N\u00eb Klinik\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs u mor me veprimtari sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, edukative dhe shkencore. Nj\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte drejtor i Klinik\u00ebs. U zgjodh docent i dermatologjis\u00eb (1984), profesor inordiner (1989), profesor ordiner (1994). P\u00ebr student\u00ebt e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb botoi tekstin Dermatologjia m\u00eb 1980, i cili u ribotua i p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar m\u00eb 1984, si dhe botimi i tret\u00eb i ripunuar m\u00eb 1998, kurse ribotimi i kat\u00ebrt i plot\u00ebsuar m\u00eb 2009. P\u00ebr student\u00ebt e stomatologjis\u00eb botoi tekstin S\u00ebmundjet e L\u00ebkur\u00ebs m\u00eb 1989.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>M\u00eb 1990\/91, regjimi serb e p\u00ebrjashtoi prej klinikave kuadrin arsimor shqiptar. Fakulteti i Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb e vazhdoi pun\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpia private.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Sa i takon veprimtaris\u00eb shkencore, Dobreci\u00a0 kryesisht u mor me mikozat e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs. Tem\u00ebn e doktoratur\u00ebs Dermatomikozat endemike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e mbrojti m\u00eb 1980 dhe u zgjodh doktor shkencash n\u00eb mjek\u00ebsi. Botoi 25 punime shkencore n\u00eb revista profesionale (kryesisht n\u00eb Acta dermatologica jugoslavica dhe n\u00eb Praxis Medica). Me paraqitje t\u00eb punimeve shkencore mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Kongresin e Dermatolog\u00ebve Bot\u00ebror n\u00eb Berlin m\u00eb 1987, n\u00eb Kongresin e Dermatolog\u00ebve Europian\u00eb n\u00eb Bari t\u00eb Italis\u00eb m\u00eb 1987 dhe n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn Internacionale t\u00eb Dermatolog\u00ebve n\u00eb Atin\u00eb m\u00eb 1994. Prej 1994-1999 ishte kryeredaktor i Praxis Medica, revist\u00ebs profesionale-shkencore t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Mjek\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. I pensionuar, tash\u00a0 jeton n\u00eb Bratic\u00eb, Ulqin, ku redakton revist\u00ebn kulturore Buzuku, si dhe nga pak ende merret me profesionin e vet. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bigrafia e shkruar nga\u00a0 Prof. Dr. sci.
