Nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, por p\u00ebr shum\u00ebsi identitetesh t\u00eb cilat na b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata q\u00eb jemi. Sa her\u00eb hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb komunikim me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt ne shprehim identitetet e ve\u00e7anta, apo disa identitete nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht.<br \/>\nKomunikimi b\u00ebhet mjeti p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit ne manifestojm\u00eb identitetet tona tek t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, por edhe p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit ne arrijm\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb veten dhe identitetin ton\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb rrethe t\u00eb ngushta dhe mjedise me kompakt\u00ebsi identitare, procesi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i leht\u00eb. \u201cUn\u00eb\u201d identifikohet me \u201cne\u201d n\u00eb grupin m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt: familjen, vendlindjen, grupin profesional, fen\u00eb e trash\u00ebguar, komb\u00ebsin\u00eb me t\u00eb lindur etj.<br \/>\nProblemet fillojn\u00eb kur rrethanat ndryshojn\u00eb si rrjedhoj\u00eb e humbjes s\u00eb kompakt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb mjedisit, p\u00ebrballjes s\u00eb individit dhe grupit me grupe t\u00eb tjera, apo l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb individit me disa identitete t\u00eb mir\u00ebp\u00ebrcaktuara drejt nj\u00eb grupi me identitete t\u00eb ndryshme nga t\u00eb tijat.<br \/>\nN\u00eb k\u00ebto raste, individi hyn n\u00eb procesin e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dykah\u00ebsh t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb identiteteve t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme dhe krijimit t\u00eb identiteteve t\u00eb reja, q\u00eb form\u00ebsohen gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprimit me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Identitetet nuk jan\u00eb di\u00e7ka statike dhe t\u00eb pandryshueshme.
