Shkollimi i t\u00eb rinjve dhe arsimi n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb muar p\u00ebrmasa shum\u00eb dimensionale t\u00eb cilin shum\u00eb do ta d\u00ebshironin. Kjo u pa sidomos n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore \u201cGjergj Kastrioti \u2013Sk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d n\u00eb Ostros, ku kuadri arsimor pothuaj n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi u plot\u00ebsua me kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb kualifikuar, arsimtar\u00eb dhe profesor\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebta vite edhe numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebs\u00ebve ishte i madh. Shkolla n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb numronte gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre vieteve rreth 500 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. Entuziazmi, elani rinor, vullneti p\u00ebr pun\u00eb e karakterizuan k\u00ebt\u00eb brez arsimatr\u00ebsh. K\u00ebta m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb cilit kishin hyr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion arsimor me p\u00ebrgatitje shkollore akademike, pa libreza partiake , t\u00eb etsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb praktik\u00eb ate \u00e7ka kishin m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb teori gjat\u00eb shkollimit. Kjo u d\u00ebshmua haptas gjat\u00eb viteve n\u00eb vazhdim. T\u00eb motivuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga vetja m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn, me ambicje q\u00eb t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb sukses n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre sa fisnike po aq t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ky brez i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs\u00ebve t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb do t\u00eb mbetet i shkruar me shkronja t\u00eb arta n\u00eb historikun e shkoll\u00ebs. Rezulltatet e arrituar n\u00eb k\u00ebto dekada t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre arsimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb palodhsh\u00ebm meritojn\u00eb \u00e7do l\u00ebvdat\u00eb. Kur b\u00ebjm\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebta, tashm\u00eb veteran\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit (disa sish p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb, un\u00eb i kujtoj me respekt t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00ebrguar n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u uroj shendet e begati n\u00eb jet\u00eb) duhet theksuar se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb arsimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb zellsh\u00ebm m\u00ebsimor nuk e kan\u00eb pasur aspak t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb q\u00ebllimin fisnik q\u00eb ia kishin v\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00ebs, t\u00eb arsimojn\u00eb brezin e ri ashtu si e parashikojn\u00eb metodologjit\u00eb dhe parimet didaktike t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies. Kjo si pasoj\u00eb e situat\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebnduar politiko-shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb asaj kohe. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb, kam p\u00ebrshtypje se jen\u00eb vezhguar n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi arsimtar\u00ebt e shkoll\u00ebs. Ata n\u00eb mbikqyrje t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs. N\u00eb shenjest\u00ebr t\u00eb organeve t\u00eb sigurimit pa dyshim se ka qen\u00eb intelegjenca e Kraj\u00ebs, pik\u00ebrisht m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e shkoll\u00ebs. Kjo situat\u00eb u r\u00ebndua edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb pas demostratave t\u00eb vitit 1981 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Edhe pse n\u00ebn nj\u00eb trysni t\u00eb vazhdueshme psikologjike, k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz dashamir\u00eb t\u00eb arsimimit t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri, humanist\u00eb e shpirt\u00ebgj\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshironin p\u00ebrparimin e kombit t\u00eb vet p\u00ebrmes shkollimit t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb, p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb moment nuk u p\u00ebrkul\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e vet n\u00eb realizimin e q\u00ebllimit q\u00eb i kishin ven\u00eb vet\u00ebs, arsimimin dhe edukimin e brezit t\u00eb ri. Disa si an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb organizatave politiko-shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs e ngrit\u00ebn z\u00ebrin dhe mbrojt\u00ebn hapur realitetin n\u00eb \u00e7do l\u00ebmi t\u00eb jet\u00ebs ,e jo t\u00eb politik\u00ebs ditore. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pat\u00ebn e dhe pasoja dhe u sanksionuan por nuk u p\u00ebrkul\u00ebn n\u00eb asnj\u00eb moment n\u00eb realizimin e q\u00eblimit q\u00eb ia pat\u00ebn v\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00ebs, edukimin dhe arsimimin e brezit t\u00eb ri. Mund t\u00eb thuhet se ky brez i art\u00eb nuk ra pre e politik\u00ebs antikomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa shqet\u00ebsuese sidomos pas vitit 1981. P\u00ebrmes emisar\u00ebve t\u00eb pushtetit, njer\u00ebz k\u00ebta gjys\u00ebm analfabet, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb organizatave politiko-shoq\u00ebrore duhej t\u00eb denohej iredentizmi dhe nacionalizme, por intelegjenca kranjane nuk ra pre e k\u00ebtyre marifetlleqeve t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs\u00ebve lokal.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb memorien time kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb pashlyera koleg\u00ebt e mi t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, veprat e tyre, humanizmi dhe bujaria e tyre e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti puna e tyre me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb klas\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Si sot e gjith\u00ebdit\u00ebn m\u00eb kujtohet pedant\u00ebria e kolegut Smajl Draga, arsimatr\u00eb i fizik\u00ebs dhe i kimis\u00eb, vullneti i pashoq dhe entuziazmi i Muharrem Hardollit, profesor i historis\u00eb, z\u00ebri k\u00ebmbues n\u00eb klas\u00eb kur spjegonte i Nezir Mill\u00ebs, profesor i gjeografis\u00eb, p\u00ebrkushtimi dhe ambicia e madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur sukses sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e Beqir Berjashit i cili me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs b\u00ebri dhe kabinetin e bielogjis\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, i qet\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb, i rregullt n\u00eb pun\u00eb si Fadil Kaca, arsimatr i gjuh\u00ebs serbokroate, pastaj arsimatri i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb huaj ruse Ramazan Bardhi, elani rinor dhe entuziazmi i pashoq i Aishe Gje\u00e7britaj, profesoresh\u00eb e letersis\u00eb dhe gjuh\u00ebs shqipe at\u00ebbot\u00eb e para fem\u00ebr me fakulltet n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb e cila aktivizoi n\u00eb maksimum seksionet letrare, reciatator\u00ebt e rinj\u00eb dhe ate t\u00eb dram\u00ebs me t\u00eb cilin shfaqi disa pjes\u00eb teatrale etj. Ardhja n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e dy arsimatr\u00ebve, Sabri Kanaqi, arsimatar i Bazave t\u00eb Arsimit teknik dhe e Tahir Bjraktarit, arsimatar i matematik\u00ebs u kompletua mozaiku, t\u00eb themi k\u00ebshtu i k\u00ebtij brezi arsimar\u00ebsh n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Kraj\u00ebs. Brezit t\u00eb art\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb l\u00eb pa ia shtuar edhe m\u00ebsuesit, Lime Berajashi- Demiri, Bajram Demiri, Avdullah Vuka, Ali Gje\u00e7britaj, Mujo Koliqi, Xhevdet Marku, Sanije Bardhi- Vukaj, Hajdar Mujeziqi, i ndjeri Hasan Cuka etj., m\u00ebsues k\u00ebta q\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dyzet vjet secili kontribuan jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb ciklin e ul\u00ebt por n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb kuadrit t\u00eb kualifikuar dhan\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb madh edhe n\u00eb ciklin e lart\u00eb, Lime Demiri, l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e biologjis\u00eb dhe kimis\u00eb, Avdullah Vuka, edukimin fizik, Ali Gje\u00e7britaj, l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e matematik\u00ebs dhe gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, Mujo Koliqi kultur\u00ebn muzikore etj. K\u00ebtij brezi t\u00eb art\u00eb i paraprijn\u00eb ata q\u00eb k\u00ebtu u radhit\u00ebn m\u00eb par\u00eb si\u00e7 jan\u00eb mr. Isamail Doda (tashti doktor shkece), Ramazan Marku, Adem Hajdari, Brahim Cani, Beqir Haxhimurati, Fatime Marku, Aishe Hajdari, Qamil Cani, Xhemal Cuka, Zija Bardhi etj. Me k\u00ebta pishtar\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit, koleg\u00eb t\u00eb profesionit kam pas fatin e mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb punoj p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tridh\u00ebjet\u00eb vjet. Me tre kat\u00ebr sish jemi ende bashk\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e lr\u00eb n\u00eb pushime mes or\u00ebsh, takime jsht klase me sy kah brezi i ri kujtojm\u00eb mr nostalgji koh\u00ebt e shkuara dhe koleg\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb pension. Prekse jan\u00eb momentet kur kujtojm\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt fizikisht nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb e q\u00eb shum\u00eb heret u ndan\u00eb nga kjo bot\u00eb. Kujtojm\u00eb dit\u00ebt e bukura t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, p\u00ebrpjekjet maksimale q\u00eb sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb realizijm\u00eb programin m\u00ebsimor, obligimet ndaj shkoll\u00ebs dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, ndihmes\u00ebn q\u00eb i jepnim nj\u00ebri tjetrit n\u00eb momentet e caktuara p\u00ebr mir\u00ebvajtj\u00ebne procesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, k\u00ebshillat kolegiale dhe shk\u00ebmbimi i p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr l\u00ebmi t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb ngritj\u00ebn e nivelit t\u00eb procesit edukativo arsimor. Kujtoj me nostalgji dhe respekt t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm kontributin ton\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjet e organeve profesionale, n\u00eb K\u00ebshillat e klas\u00ebve, Aktivin profesional, K\u00ebshillin e arsimtar\u00ebve ku me diskutime t\u00eb thuk\u00ebta shqyrtoheshin problemet e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe m\u00ebsimnx\u00ebnies. Objektivi thelb\u00ebsor\u00eb at\u00ebbot\u00eb ka qen\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi, klasa dhe shkolla n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb mir\u00ebvajtja e procesit edhukativo-arsimor n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe jasht\u00eb saj. Afirmimi i vlerava morale dhe komb\u00ebtare ka qen\u00eb bazament i arsimimit dhe edukimit t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ri.
