Shyhrete Kastrati Udheheqesja e Departamentit te Qendrave Kulturore te Kosoves ne Diaspore dhe znj. Maliqe Hashani Udheheqese e Divizionit te Qendrave Kulturore ne Diaspore, drejtori i Qendres Kulturore te Kosoves ne Stamboll z. Qamil Byty\u00e7i, profesoret nga Universiteti Teknik i Stambollit z. Oru\u00e7 \u00c7akmakl\u0131 dhe Korkut Ilhan, artistja Linda Kalemi, anetare nga Vatra e Shqiptareve ne Turqi dhe shoqata te tjera, studente shqiptare si dhe shume te tjere qe jetojne dhe veprojne ne Stamboll.<\/p>\n<p>Me kete rast u be edhe ndarja e \u00e7ertifikatave atyre qe mbaruan kursin e Gjuhes Shqipe prane kesaj qendre.<\/p>\n<p>Ne fjalen pershendetese znj. Shyhrete Kastrati uron dhe pergezon autorin e ekspozites Jetlir Kova\u00e7i dhe shpreh kenaqesine qe eshte prezente ne hapjen e kesaj ekspozite per nder te Festes se Flamurit. Nje dhurate e ve\u00e7ante e kesaj mbremje per nder te Festes se Flamurit dhe hapjes se ekspozites ishte nje \u00c7ertifikate Mirenjohjeje per Jetlir Kova\u00e7in nga Ambasadori i Republikes se Shqiperise ne Ankara z. Genci Mu\u00e7aj.
