Ruzhdi Ushakut me titullin \u201cNderi i Akademis\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cMir\u00ebnjohja e qytetit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Medaljen \u201cNderi i Akademis\u00eb\u201d, Prof. dr. Ruzhdi Ushakut ia dor\u00ebzoi sekretari i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Jorgo Bulo, derisa kryetari i Kuvendit komunal t\u00eb Ulqinit Fuad Haxhibeti i dha mir\u00ebnjohjen e qytetit t\u00eb Ulqinit.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ruzhdi Ushaku lindi n\u00eb Ulqin, m\u00eb 1938. Shkoll\u00ebn fillore e kreu n\u00eb vendlindje, normalen n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Fakultetin Filozofik \u2013 Deg\u00ebn e Gjuh\u00ebs e Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Fr\u00ebnge dhe t\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebs Latine i kreu n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb, m\u00eb 1964. Gjate studimeve n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb vit kryetar i Klubit te Romanist\u00ebve. N\u00eb Paris, m\u00eb 1962\/63, kreu shkall\u00ebn e pest\u00eb t\u00eb studimeve moderne fr\u00ebnge me \u00e7\u2019rast merr apsolve Diplome Superieur d`Etudes Francaises Modernes. N\u00eb vitin 1968\/69 regjistrohet n\u00eb studimet pasuniversitare n\u00eb Fakultetin Filologjik t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Beogradit ku, m\u00eb 1972 magjistron me tem\u00ebn \u201cShprehjet idiomatike n\u00eb tekstet bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge n\u00eb serbokroatisht\u201d. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin fakultet doktoron n\u00eb vitin 1979. Nga viti 1971 punoi m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge dhe te asaj latine ne Deg\u00ebn e Gjuh\u00ebs dhe te Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Fr\u00ebnge pran\u00eb Fakultetit Filozofik (tash atij t\u00eb Filologjis\u00eb) Nga viti 1985 ishte profesor ordinar i k\u00ebtij Fakulteti. Kryetar i departamentit t\u00eb Romanistik\u00ebs, kryetar i K\u00ebshillit M\u00ebsimor Shkencor te Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs.
