Paqja, p\u00ebr\u00adsh\u00ebndetjet dhe urimet e bekuara qofshin mbi Muhamedin a.s. themeluesin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe harmonis\u00eb njer\u00ebzore.<br \/>\nLexues t\u00eb nderuar, do t\u00eb njoftoheni shkurtimisht me dispozitat dhe vlefshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kurbanit, m\u00ebnyra e prerjes dhe ndarjes s\u00eb Kurbanit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurbani dhe dispozitat e tij<\/strong><br \/>\nKurbani ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim sakrificen, prerjen e nj\u00eb kafshe p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb Allahut xh.sh. Kurbani \u00ebsht\u00eb vaxhib (obligim). Q\u00eb kurbani t\u00eb jet\u00eb obligim duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen k\u00ebto kushte: t\u00eb jet\u00eb musliman; t\u00eb jet\u00eb i lir\u00eb ngase robi nuk ka obligim t\u00eb pres\u00eb kurban; t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb vendlindje, pra t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim; t\u00eb jet\u00eb psiqikisht i men\u00e7ur; t\u00eb jet\u00eb i mosh\u00ebs madhore (pubertet), dhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb mund\u00ebsi financiare p\u00ebr prerjen e Kurbanit.<\/p>\n<p>Argument p\u00ebr obligimin e kurbanit kemi ajetin Kuranor ku Allahu xh.sh. thot\u00eb: \u201cAndaj ti falu dhe prej kurban p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb Zotit t\u00ebnd!\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cI D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, Muhamedi a.s. me dor\u00ebn e tij kishte prer\u00eb kurban dy desh t\u00eb lar\u00ebm me brinj\u00eb, kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb bismil-lah dhe tekbir\u201d Kur e pyet\u00ebn t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut a.s. se pse b\u00ebhen k\u00ebto kurbane, ai u p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201d\u00cbsht\u00eb sunneti (tradita) i babait ton\u00eb, Ibrahimit\u201d Ata i than\u00eb: \u201c\u00c7far\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb ne prej tyre?\u201d Ai i tha: \u201cP\u00ebr \u00e7do qime (t\u00eb kurbanit), ju do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrbleheni.\u201d Gjithashtu transmetohet se Pejgamberi a.s. ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKush ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ther kurban dhe nuk ther, t\u00eb mos i afrohet xhamis\u00eb son\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu Pejgamberi a. s. Ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cV\u00ebrtet, n\u00eb mesin e gj\u00ebrave m\u00eb t\u00eb preferuara te Zoti \u00ebsht\u00eb therja e kurbanit n\u00eb Kurban Bajram. V\u00ebrtet ai do t\u00eb vij\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit n\u00eb form\u00ebn e tij, me brir\u00ebt e tij, leshin dhe thundrat e tij. Te All-llahu do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb puna e mir\u00eb (sevapi i kurbanit) para se t\u00eb bie gjaku n\u00eb tok\u00eb, prandaj g\u00ebzojuni me k\u00ebto shp\u00ebrblime.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Therja e Kurbanit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues i madh se njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb sakrifikuar p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e Allahut dhe bindjes s\u00eb tij ndaj Krijuesit.<\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00eb akt t\u00eb till\u00eb muslimani tregon mir\u00ebnjohjen e tij ndaj Allahut p\u00ebr mir\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe begatit\u00eb e shumta q\u00eb Zoti ia ka dhuruar njeriut. Besimtari shpreh gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij q\u00eb t\u00eb sakrifikoj\u00eb pasurin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote, duke u treguar human dhe dor\u00eblir\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Ne, duke respektuar urdhrat e Allahut, shprehim respektin dhe mir\u00ebnjohjen ton\u00eb ndaj Tij.<\/p>\n<p>Me therjen e kurbanit ne sakrifikojm\u00eb nj\u00eb nga mir\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe dhuntit\u00eb q\u00eb na ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Allahu. Ai na ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kurse ne e sakrifikojm\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Tij, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb kurbani t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen k\u00ebto kushte:<br \/>\nKurbani \u00ebsht\u00eb adhurim n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, andaj edhe vlefshm\u00ebria e Kurbanit varet nga zbatimi i k\u00ebtij obligimi brenda koh\u00ebs s\u00eb caktuar. Koha e therjes s\u00eb Kurbanit fillon pas faljes s\u00eb namazit t\u00eb bajramit dhe p\u00ebrfundon dit\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb Kurban bajramit, pak para koh\u00ebs s\u00eb akshamit, porse koha m\u00eb e preferuar \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e par\u00eb e Kurban bajramit. \u00cbsht\u00eb Mekruh (e pap\u00eblqyeshme) q\u00eb kurbani t\u00eb pritet nat\u00ebn, gjat\u00eb net\u00ebve t\u00eb bajramit.<\/p>\n<p>Ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt presin kurbanet e tyre para koh\u00ebs detyrohen t\u2019i p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin, ngase Pejgamberi s.a.v.s. ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKush e ka prer\u00eb kurbanin para namazit, le ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebris\u00eb.\u201d<br \/>\nKafsha e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr kurban duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb pa t\u00eb meta, pra t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb e verb\u00ebr, e s\u00ebmur\u00eb, e gjymte, dhe q\u00eb \u00e7alon. Kafsha e cila e ka t\u00eb humbur syrin ose t\u00eb pamurit nuk vlen p\u00ebr kurban. Kafsha e cila \u00e7alon, respektivisht ec\u00ebn vet\u00ebm me tri k\u00ebmb\u00eb ose nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb e ka t\u00eb k\u00ebputur, nuk vlen p\u00ebr kurban, mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse ajo k\u00ebmb\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt e l\u00ebshon nga pak\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe ndihmohet me t\u00eb sa t\u00eb ec\u00eb deri te vendi ku theret, at\u00ebher\u00eb vlen p\u00ebr kurban.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu p\u00ebr kurban nuk vlen kafsha e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e hutuar. Nuk vlen p\u00ebr kurban edhe kafsha e cila shumic\u00ebn e veshit e ka t\u00eb prer\u00eb, ose \u00ebsht\u00eb e krijuar me t\u00eb meta pa vesh\u00eb, e n\u00ebse veshi ekziston por \u00ebsht\u00eb i vog\u00ebl lejohet p\u00ebr kurban.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr kurban vlen t\u00eb theret kafsha e cila nuk ka brir\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e till\u00eb nga krijimi i saj, e edhe kafsha e cila brir\u00ebt i ka t\u00eb thyer por jo nga rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e saja.<br \/>\nPo ashtu nuk lejohet p\u00ebr kurban edhe kafsha e cila ka humbur shumic\u00ebn e dh\u00ebmb\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb kurbani t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm patjet\u00ebr duhet respektuar edhe mosh\u00ebn e kafsh\u00ebs e cila do t\u00eb theret p\u00ebr kurban. Kafsh\u00ebt e imta t\u00eb cilat theren kurban, pra delet dhe dhit\u00eb, kusht\u00ebzohet q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb vit t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse delja e cila ka vet\u00ebm gjasht\u00eb muaj, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e rritur dhe e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb, saq\u00eb kur t\u00eb p\u00ebrzihet me kopen\u00eb nuk dallohet nga tjerat, vlen p\u00ebr kurban. Nd\u00ebrsa kafsh\u00ebt e m\u00ebdha, lop\u00ebt dhe buallicat nuk lejohet t\u00eb theren p\u00ebr kurban n\u00ebse nuk kan\u00eb mbushur 2 vite, kurse devet\u00eb pes\u00eb vjet.<\/p>\n<p>Kafsh\u00ebt e m\u00ebdha si lop\u00ebt, buallica dhe devet\u00eb, lejohet q\u00eb t\u00eb theren kurban p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb person, respektivisht deri n\u00eb shtat\u00eb persona. Bashkimi i personave p\u00ebr kurban n\u00eb nj\u00eb kafsh\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, detyrohet q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim kurbanin, sepse n\u00ebse nj\u00ebri prej tyre nuk ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim kurbanin si adhurim, por thjesht vet\u00ebm mishin e saj, at\u00ebher\u00eb kurbani \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavlefsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Mishi i Kurbanit mes pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre duhet t\u00eb ndahet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb precize duke e matur. N\u00eb Kurbanin e madh lejohet t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb edhe m\u00eb pak\u00eb se shtat\u00eb persona, por nuk lejohet mbi shtat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebkura e kurbanit duhet dh\u00ebn\u00eb sadeka ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr nevojat sht\u00ebpiake dhe nuk guxon t\u00eb shitet p\u00ebr para, sepse Pejgamberi a.s. ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKush e shet l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e Kurbanit, ai nuk ka kurban!\u201d Nuk lejohet q\u00eb kasapit ti jipet shp\u00ebrblim p\u00ebr prerje nga kurbani si mishi, l\u00ebkura, etj. Aliu, r.a. ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201d Pejgamberi m\u00eb ka urdh\u00ebruar\u2026q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i jap ( shp\u00ebrblej\u00eb) asgj\u00eb kasapit prej Kurbanit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerja e Kurbanit<\/strong><br \/>\nPrerja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga vet personi i cili ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nijet t\u00eb ther\u00eb kurban. N\u00ebse ka njohuri dhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr therjen e tij, e n\u00ebse nuk mundet apo nuk din\u00eb t\u00eb ther\u00eb kurbanin at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmohet nga dikush tjet\u00ebr. N\u00ebse dikush tjet\u00ebr e ther\u00eb Kurbanin, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb zot\u00ebriu i kurbanit t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb pran\u00eb tij dhe ta sheh at\u00eb duke e ther\u00eb, sepse i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut a.s. i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb Fatimes r.a., bijes s\u00eb tij:<br \/>\n\u201cOj Fatime, ngrihu dhe shihe kurbanin t\u00ebnd, sepse t\u00eb falen m\u00ebkatet me pik\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb gjakut q\u00eb bie n\u00eb tok\u00eb\u201d dhe thuaj: V\u00ebrtet\u00eb namazi im, kurbani im, jeta ime dhe vdekja ime jan\u00eb p\u00ebr Allahun e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebve, Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i pa shok, me At\u00eb jam i urdh\u00ebruar e un\u00eb jam nga musliman\u00ebt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do mjet prer\u00ebs i cili pret, q\u00eb shkakton daljen e gjakut, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr mjet prer\u00ebs, dhe mishi i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i lejuar, por gjat\u00eb therjes \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb mjeti ther\u00ebs t\u00eb jet\u00eb i mpreht\u00eb e t\u00eb mos e mundoj\u00eb kurbanin.<\/p>\n<p>Personi q\u00eb vendos t\u00eb pres\u00eb kurban, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb abdes dhe ti fal dy reqat namaz nafile, dhe para se ta presin kurbanin ta thot\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lutje-dua:<br \/>\n\u201cBismil-lahi All-llahu ekber. All-llahumme hadha minke ve leke. In-ne salati ve nusuki ve mahjaje ve mematil lil-lahi rabbil-alemin. La sherike lehu ve bidhalike umirtu ve ene ev-velul-muslimin. All-llahumme tekabbel min-ni kemma tekabbelte min halilike Ibrahime ve min Muhammedin alejhisselam\u201d.<br \/>\nKurbanin e kthejm\u00eb kah kibla dhe pasi themi \u201cBismil-lahi All-llahu Ekber\u201d e therim duke ia prer\u00eb zorr\u00ebn e ushqimit, t\u00eb frym\u00ebmarrjes dhe dy venat kryesore q\u00eb kalojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes qaf\u00ebs.<br \/>\nMbasi ta presim, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebndohet tekbire deri n\u00eb daljen e shpirtit p\u00ebrfundimisht t\u00eb Kurbanit. Tekbiri shqiptohet k\u00ebshtu: All-llahu Ekber, All-llahu Ekber. La ilahe il-lall-llahu vall-llahu ekber. All-llahu ekber ve lil-lahil hamd\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mishin e Kurbanit e ndajm\u00eb n\u00eb tri pjes\u00eb: nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e lejm\u00eb p\u00ebr vehte, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb ia shp\u00ebrndajm\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrme dhe pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr ia shp\u00ebrndajm\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve. Kurbani q\u00eb pritet p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurin duhet q\u00eb i t\u00ebr\u00eb mishi i kurbanit t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahet.<br \/>\nNuk lejohet t\u00eb shitet mishi i kurbanit.<br \/>\nMe shp\u00ebrndarjen e mishit t\u00eb kurbanit n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e bajramit nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb edhe g\u00ebzimin dhe haren\u00eb n\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrat e t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve dhe familjeve t\u00eb tyre. Kjo form\u00eb e adhurimit shton\u00eb dashurin\u00eb dhe humanizmin mes njer\u00ebzve. Prerja e kurbanit dhe shp\u00ebrndarja e mishit t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve, fqinj\u00ebve dhe dashamir\u00ebve, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 dashuris\u00eb reciproke, n\u00ebnkupton edhe gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e besimtarit musliman p\u00ebr t\u00eb sakrifikuar nga pasuria e tij p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb Allahut xh.sh.<\/p>\n<p>Lusim Allahun e Plotfuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb na pranoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb adhurim dhe dit\u00ebt e Bajramit t\u2019i kalojm\u00eb n\u00eb harmoni me Krijuesin dhe krijesat.
