Fejziq i cili para anetareve te Kuvendit te BI ne MZ, para anetareve te Meshihatit dhe te Keshillit islam (kryetari i Ilmijjes, drejtori i Medresese dhe kryeimamet) fitoi besimin dhe mandatin e ardhshem, njofton BI e Ulqinit.<\/p>\n<p>Ne votim nga 40 anetare me te drejte vote kane marre pjese gjithsejt 39 votues te cilet kane mbeshtetur Rifat ef. Fejziqin per mandatin e ardhshem gjashtevjecar.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi qe kryetari i kuvendit e shpalli rezultatin, u kenduan tekbire dhe pritet qe ne ditet e ardhshme reisi Rifat ef.
