Nj\u00eb qytetar mund t\u00eb sillet mir\u00eb ose keq ndaj nj\u00eb tjetri, por institucionet e kan\u00eb detyrim ligjor dhe moral t\u2019i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb.<br>N\u00eb Plav\u00eb dhe Guci, shqiptar\u00ebt nuk k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb privilegje. Nuk k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. K\u00ebrkojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm at\u00eb q\u00eb u takon: respektimin e gjuh\u00ebs, kultur\u00ebs dhe identitetit t\u00eb tyre.<br>Ngjarja e fundit n\u00eb Guci, gjat\u00eb inaugurimit t\u00eb Sahat Kull\u00ebs, ngriti p\u00ebrs\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim. N\u00eb nj\u00eb territor ku shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e historis\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs dhe jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, ceremonia u zhvillua pa asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Gjith\u00e7ka u orientua n\u00eb nj\u00eb drejtim fetar, nd\u00ebrsa gjuha e nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb mbeti e padukshme.<br>Dua t\u00eb jem shum\u00eb e qart\u00eb: kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kritik\u00eb ndaj asnj\u00eb feje. Shqiptar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar nd\u00ebr shekuj se din\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb me besime t\u00eb ndryshme dhe t\u2019i respektojn\u00eb ato. Feja \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje personale dhe duhet t\u00eb mbetet e respektuar p\u00ebr secilin. Por identiteti komb\u00ebtar, kultura dhe gjuha nuk mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen me simbole fetare.<br>Gjuha shqipe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e nj\u00eb partie politike, as e nj\u00eb grupi. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e historis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi dhe duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb vendin q\u00eb e meriton n\u00eb institucionet publike.<br>Shqet\u00ebsimi m\u00eb i madh \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje e izoluar. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb par\u00eb se si gjuha e tyre anashkalohet, se si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i tyre zvog\u00eblohet dhe se si identiteti i tyre trajtohet si di\u00e7ka dyt\u00ebsore. Jo me deklarata t\u00eb hapura kund\u00ebr tyre, por n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb t\u00eb heshtura, m\u00eb t\u00eb sofistikuara dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr t\u2019u v\u00ebn\u00eb re. Pik\u00ebrisht kjo e b\u00ebn situat\u00ebn m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese.<br>Asimilimi nuk ndodh gjithmon\u00eb me ndalime dhe urdhra. Shpesh ai ndodh p\u00ebrmes heshtjes, neglizhenc\u00ebs dhe injorimit t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm. Edhe m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese \u00ebsht\u00eb heshtja e atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb zgjedhur p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar shqiptar\u00ebt. Kur institucionet harrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb komunitet, detyra e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb flasin. Kur ata heshtin, krijohet p\u00ebrshtypja se gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull. Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<br>Nj\u00eb komunitet nuk humb vet\u00ebm kur i mohohen t\u00eb drejtat. Ai humb edhe kur m\u00ebsohet t\u00eb mos flas\u00eb p\u00ebr to. Prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb koha t\u00eb shtrojm\u00eb disa pyetje t\u00eb thjeshta:<br>Pse gjuha shqipe vazhdon t\u00eb trajtohet si e par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike t\u00eb Plav\u00ebs dhe Gucis\u00eb?<br>Pse shqiptar\u00ebt duhet vazhdimisht t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb se ekzistojn\u00eb?<br>Dhe deri kur do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb kjo heshtje institucionale?<br>K\u00ebto pyetje nuk drejtohen kund\u00ebr askujt. Ato drejtohen n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb barazis\u00eb, dinjitetit dhe respektit q\u00eb \u00e7do qytetar meriton. Sepse njohja e gjuh\u00ebs dhe identitetit t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb privilegj. \u00cbsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb.
