Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr programet m\u00ebsimore e tekstet shkollore n\u00eb l\u00ebndet\u00a0 e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 institucioneve arsimore n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi kan\u00eb edhe partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb, sepse ata duhet t\u00eb angazhohen p\u00ebr avancimin e arsimit n\u00eb shqip e jo t\u00eb heshtin, sepse heshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrim<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nga Nail\u00a0 Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Takimi -12 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb kushtuar arsimit n\u00eb shqip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pik\u00ebrisht duke marr\u00eb parasysh gjendjen ekzistuese n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit&nbsp; me 14-15 qershor 2014 K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar n\u00eb Ulqin organizoi seminarin me tem\u00eb <strong><em>\u201cPozita&nbsp; dhe nevojat e arsimit shqip n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Ishte ky takimi i par\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, kushtuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb shqip n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm ku kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb arsimit dhe studiues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm&nbsp; nga Mali i Zi, Shqip\u00ebria e Kosova. N\u00eb fund jan\u00eb miratuar p\u00ebrfundimet dhe rekomandimet, duke d\u00ebshmuar se pozita e arsimit n\u00eb shqip n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, ballafaqohet me probleme programore&nbsp; e t\u00eb teksteve shkollore q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen. Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identitetit komb\u00ebtaar si gjuh\u00eb shqipe e let\u00ebrsi, histori, kultur\u00eb muzikore, gjeografi e art figurativ, &nbsp;nga del se nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e jo p\u00ebr vet\u00ebn e tyre.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndon\u00ebse organizator\u00ebt&nbsp; premtuan se material\u00ebt e prezantuara do t\u00eb botoh\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb botim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, por deri m\u00eb tash nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar. Por, me nj\u00eb veprim t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00b4u \u00e7uditur sepse nga KKSH, nuk jan\u00eb botuar as material\u00ebt e konferenc\u00ebs shkencore kushtuar \u201cMasakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit\u201d, mbajtur n\u00eb Ulqin me 30-31 2013. Mos botimi i material\u00ebve t\u00eb tilla, d\u00ebshmon mos seriozitetin nga ana e organizatorit&nbsp; p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e trajtuara, sepse nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me \u00e7\u00ebshtje personale por t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>H\u00ebshtja &nbsp;e partive politike \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndon\u00ebse kan\u00eb kaluar 12-vjet&nbsp; nga ky takim &nbsp;nuk kemi ndryshime pozitive sepse \u00e7do gj\u00eb vazhdon si m\u00eb par\u00eb. Dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar kjo qasje nga ana e pushtetit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht institucioneve arsimore &nbsp;ka munguar angazhimi i partive politike q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kuvendin e Malit t\u00eb Zi. Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr ato subjekte politike parlamentare q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Qeveri, sepse deri m\u00eb tash \u00e7\u00ebshtj\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb shqip nuk i kan\u00eb kushtuar kujdesin e merituar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pavar\u00ebsisht rrethanave shoq\u00ebrore e politike n\u00eb vend mos&nbsp; angazhimi i tyre si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit autentik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohet m\u00eb asgj\u00eb, sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet autonome n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb identitteit komb\u00ebtar, si kudo n\u00eb bot\u00ebn demokratike. Sepse ka kaluar koha e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb fushatat zgjedhore, apo n\u00eb takime t\u00eb rastit &nbsp;andaj duhet &nbsp;veprim konkret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke marr\u00eb parasysh se shqiptar\u00ebt&nbsp; jan\u00eb e vetmja popullsi jo sllave me gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb&nbsp; Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb &nbsp;arsimit p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e arsimit n\u00eb shqip, duhet t\u00eb&nbsp; themelohet subjekti i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me emrin&nbsp; <em>Qendra e&nbsp; Arsimit n\u00eb Shqip &nbsp;<\/em>q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb favor t\u00eb mbrojtj\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb avancimit &nbsp;t\u00eb arsimit shqip n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis. \u00c7do hezitim apo heshtje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim si deri m\u00eb tash &nbsp;&nbsp;\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tekstet nga l\u00ebnda e historis\u00eb n\u00eb depo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke marr\u00eb parasysh gjendjen ekzistuese e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb &nbsp;pa p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar n\u00eb shkollat n\u00eb shqip, nga l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, nj\u00eb grup profesionist\u00ebsh s\u00eb bashku me KKSH-\u00ebn dhe sht\u00ebpin\u00eb botuese p\u00ebr librat shkollor Albas, n\u00eb vitin e kaluar \u00ebsht\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e tekstit m\u00ebsimor nga l\u00ebnda e historis\u00eb p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn fillore e t\u00eb mesme. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb ka mbeshtetje n\u00eb nenin 79 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi(2007), Ministria e Pakicave: Strategjia e Politikave&nbsp; t\u00eb Pakicave n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebr vitin 2008, 2019 dhe&nbsp; 2024, f.32-33, dhe standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare(BE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas nj\u00eb pune serioze k\u00ebto dy tekste me 26 shkurt 2026&nbsp; n\u00eb Ulqin i jan\u00eb prezantuar opinionit n\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media, duke cekur se tekstet e tilla p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb programit m\u00ebsimor prej 20%&nbsp; p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identitetit komb\u00ebtar. Tekstet e tilla paraqesin p\u00ebrmbledhje temash nga historia komb\u00ebtare shqiptare dhe plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb munges\u00ebn n\u00eb programet m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por, ndon\u00ebse&nbsp; KKSH si botues, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, e ka si obligim p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarj\u00ebn e teksteve t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb shkollat fillore e t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb shqip, deri m\u00eb tash nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vepruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim nga del se ato jan\u00eb ende n\u00eb depo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mbet\u00ebt t\u00eb presim q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb fundit k\u00ebto tekste t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen n\u00eb shkolla, q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit nga viti&nbsp; i ardhsh\u00ebm&nbsp; shkollor&nbsp; t\u00b4i p\u00ebrdorin&nbsp; si tekste plot\u00ebsuese &nbsp;m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb obligueshme. \u00c7do hezitim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim do t\u00eb ishte d\u00ebshtim i nj\u00eb pune profesionale n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e&nbsp; teksteve t\u00eb tilla, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konform\u00eb ligjit dhe standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, sepse jan\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb barazis\u00eb arsimore, qytetare e komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, m\u00ebnj\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u00eb vazhdohet&nbsp; me hartimin dhe botimin e librave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve identitare, t\u00eb programuar&nbsp; n\u00eb seminarin e vitit 2014, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje problematike&nbsp; e arsimit&nbsp; n\u00eb shqip n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb zgjidhet nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mungon angazhimi nga Shqip\u00ebria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndon\u00ebse sipas nenit 8 t\u00eb kushtetut\u00ebs Qeveria e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e ka obligim q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdeset p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, deri m\u00eb tash &nbsp;p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit ka munguar angazhimi konkret. Edhe pse n\u00eb mes dy qeverive ka nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim&nbsp; ku jan\u00eb realizuar takime e n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshje&nbsp; t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb mes dy pal\u00ebve, fusha e arsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb margjinalizuar. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim ka munguar angazhimi konkret nga ana e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet Memorandumi n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit n\u00eb mes dy vendeve. Nj\u00eb dokument i till\u00eb &nbsp;do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb favor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, ku arsimi n\u00eb shqip n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe do t\u00eb ishte me efekte pozitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zgjidhje sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrsa mos angazhimi konkret n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohet me asgj\u00eb, sepse arsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb baza e mbrojtj\u00ebs s\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar. Sepse nuk mjafton&nbsp; t\u00eb thuhet se shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi m\u00ebsojn\u00eb shqip n\u00eb shkolla, por ka munguar pyetja se me \u00e7far\u00eb program\u00ebsh m\u00ebsimore m\u00ebsojn\u00eb dhe cilat tekste shkollore i p\u00ebrdorin dhe sa jan\u00eb ata t\u00eb pranueshme p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt&nbsp; n\u00eb viset e tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.
