Vendosja e flamujve&nbsp; si shtet\u00ebror&nbsp; e te pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb popujve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb&nbsp; ne ato mjedise&nbsp; \u00ebsht\u00eb e rregulluar&nbsp; me ligje t\u00eb miratuar nga Kuvedni i Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt individ\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm&nbsp; ne kund\u00ebrshtim&nbsp; me etik\u00ebn qytetare i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00ebs autorizim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje&nbsp; q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incidenti &nbsp;n\u00eb Tuz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pik\u00ebrisht&nbsp; n\u00eb lidhje&nbsp; me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje&nbsp; mediat&nbsp; informuan se<strong> <\/strong>&nbsp;n\u00eb prag t\u00eb festimeve p\u00ebr Dit\u00ebn e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb&nbsp;Malit t\u00eb Zi, me 21 maj,&nbsp; n\u00eb Tuz \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb incident lidhur me vendosjen e flamujve n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas informacioneve nga terreni, disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb grup individ\u00ebsh nga Tuzi kan\u00eb vendosur flamujt e Malit t\u00eb Zi n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit, n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira publike. Nd\u00ebrkaq, kur autoritetet e&nbsp;Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit&nbsp;kan\u00eb tentuar t\u00eb vendosin flamujt zyrtar\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 b\u00ebhet \u00e7do vit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe flamurin shqiptar krahas atij malazez, nj\u00eb grup individ\u00ebsh ka penguar vendosjen e tyre. N\u00eb vendngjarje kishte mb\u00ebrritur edhe policia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ngjarja ka shkaktuar reagime n\u00eb opinionin publik dhe interpretime t\u00eb ndryshme politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ngjarje t\u00eb tilla kan\u00eb nxitur debat edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi. Kjo nuk konsiderohet hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb individ\u00eb vendas, shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb asimiluar, shfaqin kund\u00ebrshtim ndaj pranis\u00eb s\u00eb flamurit shqiptar n\u00eb aktivitete publike n\u00eb Tuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7\u00ebshtja e till\u00eb ndon\u00ebse mund t\u00eb trajtohet e izoluar, ajo ka pesh\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb raport\u00ebt shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Tuz, sepse kemi t\u00eb bejm\u00eb me veprime t\u00eb cilat irritojn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb ne raport\u00ebt shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shqiptar\u00ebt e asimiluar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb rrethanave shoq\u00ebrore e politike &nbsp;n\u00eb veriun e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjeografike &nbsp;shqiptare&nbsp; n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruar i shqiptar\u00ebve jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshi n\u00eb procesin e asimilimit. Historikisht dihet se nga shek.XVII, krahina e Ku\u00e7it&nbsp; e cila ishte e banuar me &nbsp;shqiptar\u00ebt katolik\u00eb filluan t\u00eb asimilohen n\u00eb aspektin fetar n\u00eb ortodoks&nbsp; e m\u00eb pas edhe n\u00eb aspektin gjuh\u00ebsor&nbsp; duke p\u00ebrfunduar me ate komb\u00ebtar. Nj\u00eb dukuri e till\u00eb &nbsp;m\u00eb pas i ka p\u00ebrfshi shqiptar\u00ebt edhe&nbsp; n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn e Plav\u00eb-Gucis\u00eb, Rozhaj\u00ebs, Tutinit, Peshterit etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb dukuri e till\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto mjedise&nbsp; mori p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha pas vit\u00ebve 1912\/13 ku n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshim\u00ebve t\u00eb pushtetit, shqiptar\u00ebt e p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare islame u asimiluan gjuh\u00ebsisht e me te edhe n\u00eb aspektin komb\u00ebtar. Se si ka evoluar p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb disfavor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, d\u00ebshmohet nga regjistrimi i vitit&nbsp; 1908\/09,&nbsp; ku n\u00eb Rozhaj\u00eb&nbsp; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit &nbsp;shqiptar\u00eb ishin 86.5%, n\u00eb Plav\u00eb&nbsp; 82.6 %&nbsp; dhe n\u00eb Tuz&nbsp; 100 %. Por, nga ajo koh\u00eb situata ka ndryshuar n\u00eb disfavor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ku n\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto qytete duke p\u00ebrjashtuar Tuzin, shqiptar\u00ebt u asimiluan n\u00eb musliman sllavishtfol\u00ebs &nbsp;e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb boshnjak duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb popullsi shumic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por, procesi sociologjik&nbsp; i asimilimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare &nbsp;ka vijuar edhe pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e sistemit socialist ku ideologjia komuniste n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb perfide ka mbeshtetur asimilimin, ku t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat nga regjistrimet e popullsis\u00eb dhe kontakt\u00ebt&nbsp; e drejtp\u00ebrdrejta me k\u00ebt\u00eb popullsi e d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente nj\u00eb konstatim t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Individ\u00ebt albanofob n\u00eb Tuz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb befasi n\u00ebse&nbsp; themi se dukuria e albanofobis\u00eb n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranishme e ate n\u00eb &nbsp;ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb Tuz, q\u00eb deri m\u00eb tash n\u00eb opinion \u00ebsht\u00eb manifestuar n\u00eb disa raste. Si duket kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb indvid\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb realitetit shoq\u00ebror, duke harruar se jemi n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb n\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre qytetare e komb\u00ebtare. Dhe t\u00eb till\u00ebt jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar t\u00eb komunitetit &nbsp;sllavishtfol\u00ebs me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi fetare islame(muslimane) nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr nga origjina jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb te asimiluar. Por, rasti i paraqitj\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb opinion nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i rast\u00ebsish\u00ebm, sepse duke qen\u00eb af\u00ebr pushtetit n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, atyre iu pengon \u00e7do e arritur e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi e sidomos nga konstituimi i komun\u00ebs s\u00eb pavarur &nbsp;p\u00ebr territorin e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb me seli n\u00eb Tuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Origjina nuk mund t\u00eb mohohet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasi territori i Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, njihen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pothuaj n\u00eb detaje nga &nbsp;p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia &nbsp;familjare e fisnore, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar origjin\u00ebn e tyre. Ndon\u00ebse, \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb e \u00e7do individi t\u00eb deklarohet sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs se vet n\u00eb aspektin komb\u00ebtar, gjuh\u00ebsor e fetar, por origjina nuk mund t\u00eb mohohet dhe t\u00eb shlyhet me gom\u00eb, sepse argument\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb qendrueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individ\u00ebt e till\u00eb n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb heshtin, &nbsp;duke d\u00ebshmuar toleranc\u00eb dhe kultur\u00eb qytetare, ata me veprimet e tyre d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb albanofobi q\u00eb paraqet \u00e7\u00ebshtje p\u00ebr hulumtim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse atyre iu pengon \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb e&nbsp; identitetin shqiptar\u00eb si&nbsp; komuna e pavarur e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb, gjuha&nbsp; shqipe, \u00ebmblema e re e &nbsp;klubit t\u00eb De\u00e7iqit&nbsp; dhe s\u00eb fundit edhe Flamuri shqiptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>P\u00ebrfundim<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke marr\u00eb parasysh se n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Tuzit pushtetin lokal e kan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrmes&nbsp; subjekt\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre&nbsp; politike incident\u00ebt e tilla mbesin njoll\u00eb e individ\u00ebve apo t\u00eb sponzor\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pasi kan\u00eb humbur privilegj\u00ebt&nbsp; nga e kaluara, tentojn\u00eb t\u00eb prezantohen n\u00eb opinion si shpetimtar\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit. Por, t\u00eb arriturat e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tuzit, jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e pun\u00ebs dhe te funksionalitetit t\u00eb qeverisj\u00ebs lokale, n\u00eb favor t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve sipas ligjeve dhe standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se t\u00eb asimiluarit jan\u00eb specie e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb&nbsp; me komplekset e tyre, andaj me k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve&nbsp; nuk ia vlen t\u00eb trajtohen \u00e7\u00ebshtjet&nbsp; identitare.
