Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse ekzistonte cenzuara ideologjike q\u00eb ka kufizuar hulumtimin dhe penguar publikimin e studimeve t\u00eb ndryshe shkencore. N\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb ishin edhe shqiptar\u00ebt &nbsp;n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla&nbsp; shoq\u00ebrore, sepse \u00e7do hulumtim e publikim kishte koston e vet.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por, pas vitit 1990, me miratimin e pluralizmit&nbsp; p\u00ebr hulumtuesit e studiuesit&nbsp; shqiptar\u00eb filloi nj\u00eb epok\u00eb e re, kur p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb u fillua t\u00eb shkruhet &nbsp;e v\u00ebrteta e mohuar &nbsp;pa pasoja ideologjike e shoq\u00ebrore.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt autor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi jan\u00eb paraqitur me punime&nbsp; e botime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta duke shpalosur t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn&nbsp; dhe sfidat e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, duke ofruar t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes shkencor e kulturor p\u00ebr opinionin e gjer\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga <strong>Nail\u00a0 Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e hulumtimeve\u00a0 dhe botimeve shkencore\u00a0 individ\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm paraqesin befasi sepse jan\u00eb ve\u00e7uar jasht\u00eb profilit t\u00eb tyre profesional. Dhe i till\u00eb ishte pik\u00ebrisht Hajrullah Hajdari (1949-2025) i cili ndon\u00ebse nga profesioni ishte jurist, n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e fundit opinionit shkencor e kulturor i ka dhuruar 5 botime \u00a0q\u00eb jan\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u00a0t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nga fusha e historis\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore e cila ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb dinamike, n\u00eb aspektin historik,gjeopolitik e shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore kan\u00eb ndodhur ngjarje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha lokale e regjionale, duke definuar krijimin e shtet\u00ebve t\u00eb pavaruara, t\u00eb cilat ishin n\u00ebn sundimin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, ku shqiptar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar sepse filloi dekompozimi i hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjeografike shqiptare. N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla shoq\u00ebrore ku hegjemonizmi&nbsp; ishte orientim i politik\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kishin t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb asnj\u00eb dokument n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, as p\u00ebrdorimin e shkrimin me alfabetin shqip n\u00eb let\u00ebrnjoftim e as n\u00eb&nbsp; d\u00ebftesat e librezat shkollore, q\u00eb ishte diskriminim klasik i pabarazis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb zgjati deri n\u00eb vitin 1968.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por, t\u00eb drejtat e&nbsp; arritura nga viti 1968 e m\u00eb pas, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs antishqiptare&nbsp; nga viti 1981&nbsp; u eliminuan, sepse pushteti luftonte gjoja \u201enacionalizmin\u201c t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb demagogji politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb arsyetuar masat represive ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fushata antishqiptare mision i pushtetit<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb e till\u00eb u&nbsp; realizu n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti&nbsp; n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit, ku p\u00ebrmes organizimit t\u00eb seminarit p\u00ebr punjonj\u00ebsit e arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1981, n\u00eb Ulqin, u realizu n\u00eb praktik\u00eb politika shtet\u00ebrore antishqiptare. Pas k\u00ebtij seminari&nbsp; u ndryshuan p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht u&nbsp; imponuan&nbsp;&nbsp; program\u00ebt&nbsp; m\u00ebsimore, u larguan nga p\u00ebrdorimi tekst\u00ebt&nbsp; shkollore t\u00eb botuara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, u ndalu&nbsp; p\u00ebrdorimit i flamurit komb\u00ebtar shqiptar etj. Skenarist\u00ebt dhe regjisor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij seminari vendos\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrjashtuan nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsideruar t\u00eb punonj\u00ebs\u00ebve t\u00eb arsimit fillimisht nga partia, nd\u00ebrsa&nbsp; nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e larguan nga puna, por ma keq e p\u00ebsuan disa t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i burgos\u00ebn&nbsp; e me pas&nbsp; i d\u00ebnuan p\u00ebrmes gjyq\u00ebve t\u00eb montuara politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje autori ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna arkivore t\u00eb cilat botohen p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, duke d\u00ebshmuar se nga policia politike p\u00ebrcillej \u00e7do shqiptar me nd\u00ebrgjegje e vet\u00ebdije komb\u00ebtare&nbsp; i cili nuk ishte sipas shijes s\u00eb pushtetit dhe ideologjis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre politike. Ishte kjo&nbsp; koha e mbijetes\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve e cila vazhdoi deri m\u00eb d\u00ebshtimin e sistemit shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb ideologjis\u00eb komuniste n\u00eb vitin 1990.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore(1981-1990)&nbsp; ku jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb okular, sepse p\u00ebrcill\u00ebj \u00e7do shqiptar\u00eb i dyshimt\u00eb p\u00ebr pushtetin, ku thirr\u00ebshin n\u00eb biseda informative, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoheshin, paraburos\u00ebshin, d\u00ebnoheshin p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrvajtje, apo me burg, bastis\u00ebshin sht\u00ebpit\u00eb, iu merrnin librat n\u00eb bibliotekat familjare, p\u00ebrcill\u00ebshin udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt n\u00eb autobus, biseda n\u00eb kafene, tubime familjare, dasma, kush cilat gazeta lexon, p\u00ebrcill\u00ebj posta(letra, telefoni), cilat k\u00ebng\u00eb k\u00ebndoh\u00ebn e d\u00ebgjoh\u00ebn, kush p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb programin e TVSH etj. Veprimet e tilla ishin n\u00eb favor t\u00eb arsyetimit p\u00ebr masat represive ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, gjoja&nbsp; t\u00eb luftimit t\u00eb \u201cnacionalizmit\u201d shqiptar n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Pasi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebriudh\u00eb kohore ekziston l\u00ebnd\u00eb e mjaftueshme duhet&nbsp; t\u00eb realizohet&nbsp;&nbsp; nj\u00eb botim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb favor t\u00eb&nbsp;&nbsp; demaskimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs antishqiptare&nbsp; me pasoja n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00eb dh\u00ebna arkivore publikohen p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me \u00e7\u00ebshtje personale por me pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin&nbsp; e shqiptar\u00ebve&nbsp; n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi&nbsp; p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn kohore 1945-1990, autori ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes&nbsp; t\u00eb cilat trajtohen, analizohen dhe publikoh\u00ebn p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa shfryt\u00ebzimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs arkivore jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nga forma&nbsp; d\u00ebshmon p\u00ebr qasje profesionale p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e trajtuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb &nbsp;botim me vler\u00eb i fush\u00ebs historiko-juridike e un\u00eb them edhe&nbsp; nga sociologjia politike&nbsp; q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nxitje&nbsp; p\u00ebr studiues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar hulumtimet sipas profilit t\u00eb tyre profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si i till\u00eb ky botim&nbsp; \u00ebsht\u00eb apologjia e shqiptar\u00ebve e cila d\u00ebshmon sfidat &nbsp;p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar&nbsp; n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr studiuesit &nbsp;do t\u00eb jet\u00eb referenc\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb rrethanat shoq\u00ebrore e politike p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrfundim <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb lexojn\u00eb botimet e H.Hajdarit kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb njihen p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn veriper\u00ebndimore t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjeografike shqiptare, duke filluar nga Kongresi i Berlinit e deri n\u00eb vitin 1990. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore dinamike, kur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb territoriale kan\u00eb ndodhur ngjarje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha&nbsp;&nbsp; q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb me pasoja p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb aspektin territorial dhe ate demografik.
