Nj\u00eb prej tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb Fadil Ramazan Sala, arsimtar i gjuh\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe, i cili p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kat\u00ebr dekada i ka sh\u00ebrbyer dijes, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe komunitetit me p\u00ebrkushtim dhe ndershm\u00ebri profesionale.<br>I lindur m\u00eb 1948 n\u00eb Shtod\u00ebr, n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit, Fadil Sala q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb hershme u dallua p\u00ebr rezultate t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe sjellje shembullore. Shkoll\u00ebn fillore e kreu n\u00eb vendlindje, nd\u00ebrsa arsimin e mes\u00ebm bujq\u00ebsor n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, ku u formua jo vet\u00ebm profesionalisht, por edhe shpirt\u00ebrisht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur arsimi ishte sfid\u00eb dhe sakrific\u00eb.<br>Studimet universitare p\u00ebr Gjuh\u00eb dhe Let\u00ebrsi Shqipe i vijoi n\u00eb Prizren, ku u dallua si student i p\u00ebrkushtuar dhe aktiv n\u00eb jet\u00ebn akademike, duke u zgjedhur edhe kryetar i rinis\u00eb studentore. Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb studimeve, u kthye n\u00eb vendlindje, duke zgjedhur rrug\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrbimit ndaj komunitetit p\u00ebrmes arsimit.<br>N\u00eb vitin shkollor 1970\/1971 nisi pun\u00ebn si arsimtar n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore \u201cBedri Elezaga\u201d n\u00eb Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00eb. Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, ai u shqua p\u00ebr metodik\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb, korrekt\u00ebsi dhe p\u00ebrkushtim maksimal ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. Megjithat\u00eb, rruga e tij profesionale nuk ishte e leht\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1973, gjat\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit ushtarak, u p\u00ebrball me ndjekje dhe akuza politike p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb literatur\u00ebs profesionale dhe lidhjes s\u00eb tij me kultur\u00ebn shqiptare, duke u d\u00ebnuar me gjasht\u00eb muaj burg me kusht nga Gjykata e Titogradit.<br>Kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb, si\u00e7 ka rr\u00ebfyer vet\u00eb, la pasoja psikologjike dhe profesionale, por nuk e ndali. P\u00ebrkundrazi, pas rikthimit nga sh\u00ebrbimi ushtarak, Fadil Sala iu kthye arsimit edhe m\u00eb me shum\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim. Ai u b\u00eb shembull i arsimtarit t\u00eb qet\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur dhe k\u00ebrkues, i cili edukon jo vet\u00ebm me fjal\u00eb, por p\u00ebrmes shembullit t\u00eb vet.<br>P\u00ebr dekada me radh\u00eb, ai punoi n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, p\u00ebrball\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb teksteve dhe reformave t\u00eb shpeshta arsimore, por gjithnj\u00eb me bindjen se arsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb themeli i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Nga k\u00ebshillat pedagogjike dhe koleg\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar vazhdimisht p\u00ebr profesionalizmin, korrekt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe ndikimin pozitiv n\u00eb formimin e brezave t\u00eb rinj.<br>Sot, emri i Fadil Ramazan Sal\u00ebs mbetet i lidhur ngusht\u00eb me arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn shqiptare n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit, si nj\u00eb figur\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshmon se dijes i sh\u00ebrbehet me durim, ndershm\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cShtodri n\u00eb breg t\u00eb Bun\u00ebs\u201d, nj\u00eb monografi me vlera t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishta<br><\/strong>Fadil Sala \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i monografis\u00eb \u201cShtodri n\u00eb breg t\u00eb Bun\u00ebs\u201d. Librin e p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb vitin 2013, para daljes n\u00eb pension. Monografia \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar nga Shoqata e Artist\u00ebve dhe Intelektual\u00ebve \u201cArt Club\u201d.<br>Libri p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb monografi me vlera t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishta historike, etnografike dhe dokumentare, e cila i kushtohet nj\u00eb vendbanimi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, por me nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi t\u00eb pasur kulturore e historike. Vepra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje serioze p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar nga harresa kujtes\u00ebn kolektive t\u00eb Shtodrit, nj\u00eb fshat i An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit i vendosur n\u00eb bregun e lumit Buna, n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb kufitare ku historia, gjeografia dhe politika jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurur vazhdimisht.<br>Q\u00eb n\u00eb parath\u00ebnie, autori e b\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb motivin kryesor t\u00eb shkrimit: munges\u00ebn e burimeve t\u00eb shkruara p\u00ebr Shtodrin dhe nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb dokumentuar t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, p\u00ebrpara se ajo t\u00eb humbas\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb nga shuarja e kujtes\u00ebs brezore. Ky dimension e b\u00ebn librin jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr studimore, por edhe nj\u00eb akt moral e kulturor ndaj vendlindjes.<br>Nga ana strukturore, monografia \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kronologjike dhe tematike. Autori trajton pozit\u00ebn gjeografike t\u00eb fshatit, etimologjin\u00eb e emrit Shtod\u00ebr, historin\u00eb e vendbanimit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, zhvillimet historike t\u00eb shekujve XIX\u2013XX, ndikimin e kufirit shtet\u00ebror, jet\u00ebn fetare, arsimin, popullsin\u00eb dhe aspektet e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Kjo qasje e gjer\u00eb e b\u00ebn librin nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb fshatit n\u00eb dimensionin kohor dhe shoq\u00ebror.<br>Nj\u00eb nga vlerat kryesore t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi i burimeve t\u00eb ndryshme: dokumente historike, studime shkencore, kujtime personale, rr\u00ebfime t\u00eb t\u00eb moshuarve dhe d\u00ebshmi gojore. Autori arrin t\u2019i nd\u00ebrthur\u00eb k\u00ebto burime n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb funksionale, duke krijuar nj\u00eb narrativ\u00eb q\u00eb ruan seriozitetin shkencor, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht mbetet e kuptueshme dhe e af\u00ebrt p\u00ebr lexuesin e zakonsh\u00ebm.<br>Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i goditur \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtimi i jet\u00ebs kufitare dhe pasojave q\u00eb kufiri i Bun\u00ebs ka pasur mbi banor\u00ebt e Shtodrit. P\u00ebrshkrimet e frik\u00ebs, dhun\u00ebs, izolimit dhe represionit e kthejn\u00eb librin n\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme historike p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn n\u00eb zonat kufitare shqiptare gjat\u00eb shekullit XX. K\u00ebto pjes\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb thjesht rr\u00ebfim faktik, por mbartin edhe ngarkes\u00eb emocionale dhe njer\u00ebzore, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb tekstin t\u00eb gjall\u00eb dhe autentik.<br>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr aspekt me vler\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dokumentimi i jet\u00ebs fetare, i xhamis\u00eb dhe i varrezave, si dhe i arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. K\u00ebto kapituj d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr rezistenc\u00ebn kulturore dhe identitare t\u00eb banor\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, pavar\u00ebsisht kushteve t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira historike dhe politike, kan\u00eb ruajtur gjuh\u00ebn, fen\u00eb dhe traditat e tyre.<br>N\u00eb planin stilistik, gjuha e p\u00ebrdorur \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb, e qart\u00eb dhe e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, pa ngarkesa t\u00eb panevojshme retorike. Kjo i sh\u00ebrben q\u00ebllimit dokumentues t\u00eb librit. N\u00eb disa raste, teksti merr form\u00eb rr\u00ebfimtare, \u00e7ka e afron lexuesin me jet\u00ebn reale t\u00eb personazheve dhe ngjarjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruara.<br>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, \u201cShtodri n\u00eb breg t\u00eb Bun\u00ebs\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr historiografin\u00eb lokale dhe p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm histori e nj\u00eb fshati, por edhe histori e q\u00ebndres\u00ebs, e kujtes\u00ebs dhe e identitetit shqiptar n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kufitare.
