N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt te ne p\u00ebrjashtim b\u00ebn sociologu, Qani Osmani, i cili n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e fundit opinionit i \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur me artikuj, studime, ese e analiza q\u00eb me pas jan\u00eb botuar n\u00eb botime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, duke d\u00ebshmuar p\u00ebrgatitjen profesionale dhe guximin&nbsp; qytetar e intelektual.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I k\u00ebtij profili \u00ebsht\u00eb libri i fundit i Qani Osmanit <strong>\u201dShqiptar\u00ebt dhe sfidat e tranzicionit\u201d,<\/strong> ku jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledh studime, artikuj&nbsp; dhe&nbsp; analiza,&nbsp; q\u00eb prekin thelbin e problemeve shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs se prezantuar, autori trajton nj\u00eb nga periudhat me komplekse n\u00eb historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve-periudh\u00ebn e tranzicionit, pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb regjimit&nbsp; komunist n\u00eb Ballkan. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb let\u00ebrnjoftim mbi problemet dhe fenomenet sociale q\u00eb jan\u00eb shfaqur gjat\u00eb tranzicionit, duke i trajtuar&nbsp; n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme sfidat kryesore q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar k\u00ebt\u00eb tranzicion. Autori e sheh k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm si nj\u00eb transformim politik, por edhe si nj\u00eb proces social-kulturor p\u00ebr kombin shqiptar. Nd\u00ebrsa me r\u00ebnien e&nbsp; regjimit komunist&nbsp; n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Kosov\u00eb dhe pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera me popullsi shqiptare,ky proces solli nj\u00eb transformim t\u00eb madh politik, hapje drejt demokracis\u00eb, integrimit me Perendimin dhe synimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur standardet evropiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Nevoja p\u00ebr unitet komb\u00ebtar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga temat kryesore, q\u00eb autori paraqet \u00ebsht\u00eb nevoja p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuar nd\u00ebrshqiptare q\u00eb tejkalon kufijt\u00eb administrativ\u00eb dhe ndarje politike, ku p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar aspiratat komb\u00ebtare, duhet nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim i fort\u00eb midis shqiptar\u00ebve kudo q\u00eb jan\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ndarjet e mundshme midis shqiptar\u00ebve, mund t\u00eb minojn\u00eb unitetin komb\u00ebtar dhe t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb tensione t\u00eb panevojshme. Pik\u00ebrisht, n\u00eb lidhje mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje autori thekson r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e forcimit t\u00eb institucioneve demokratike, promovimit t\u00eb mendimit kritik dhe formimin e nj\u00eb vizioni t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Libri <strong>\u201dShqiptar\u00ebt dhe sfidat e tranzicionit\u201d<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm sepse lidhet me identitetin, politik\u00ebn dhe integrimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Ai ofron nj\u00eb panoram\u00eb historike dhe bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb sfidave me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballet kombi shqiptar n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e pastranzicionit. Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se periudha e tranzicionit ka sjell\u00eb edhe kriza t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb shfaqur p\u00ebrmes ndarjeve politike, dallimeve ideologjike dhe ndikimeve t\u00eb jashtme, ku k\u00ebto faktor\u00eb, mund t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb dob\u00ebsimin e pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;Identiteti i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt komb\u00ebtar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Periudha e tranzicionit nga sistemi totalitar drejt demokracis\u00eb, ka sjell\u00eb ndryshime t\u00eb thella n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike, shoq\u00ebrore dhe kulturore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Ky identitet, sipas tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb&nbsp; formu p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb historie t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, gjuhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, traditash dhe sakrificash t\u00eb shumta&nbsp; nd\u00ebr breza. Identiteti i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt komb\u00ebtar nuk&nbsp; \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm ndjenj\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsie etnike, por nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi vlerash, historike, gjuhe, tradite, zakoneve, kultur\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrvojes s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt historike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krahas identitetit komb\u00ebtar, autori i kushton v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb edhe identitetit kulturor si shtyll\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb kombit shqiptar. Kultura shqiptare, sipas tij, ka qen\u00eb&nbsp; historikisht nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm mbijetese, q\u00eb ka ruajtur vazhdimsin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebrball\u00eb pushtimeve, asimilimit dhe presioneve&nbsp; t\u00eb ndryshme politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elemente si gjuha,folklori, traditat popullore,tolernca fetare dhe m\u00ebnyra e jetes\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb thelbin e identitetit shqiptar q\u00eb kan\u00eb ruajtur nd\u00ebr shekuj. Identiteti kulturor \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pasuri e paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsueshme e kombit shqiptar. Nese ruhet dhe kultiviohet me kujdes, ai mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si ur\u00eb lidh\u00ebse mes tradit\u00ebs dhe modernitetit. Vet\u00ebm duke respektuar rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e veta kulturore, shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb ndertojn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb saje t\u00eb rrethanave aktuale shoq\u00ebrore,autori shpreh shqet\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr ndikimet e tranzicionit dhe globalizmit mbi identitetin kulturor. Hapja ndaj bot\u00ebs, migrimi masiv dhe ndikimi i mediave moderne kan\u00eb sjall\u00eb ndryshime t\u00eb shpejta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e jetes\u00ebs&nbsp; dhe n\u00eb sistemin e vlerave, sidomos te brezat e rinj, sepse egziston rreziku te humbja e origjanilitetit kulturor dhe zbehja e lidhjes me tradit\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autori nuk e sheh integrimin kulturor si nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, por thekson se ai duhet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohet me vet\u00ebdije komb\u00ebtare dhe edukim kulturor, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb&nbsp; q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga moderniteti pa humbur identitetin e tyre. Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se&nbsp; identiteti i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt komb\u00ebtar dhe identiteti&nbsp; kulturor jan\u00eb t\u00eb pandash\u00ebm.Kultura sh\u00ebrben si baz\u00eb e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, nd\u00ebrsa&nbsp; vet\u00ebdija&nbsp; komb\u00ebtare&nbsp; ndihmon n\u00eb ruajtjen dhe zhvillimin e kultur\u00ebs.
