Sipas gazetarit dhe profesorit Ismet Kallaba, nga nj\u00eb shkrim i tij rreth k\u00ebsaj problematike, ata theksojn\u00eb se, ndon\u00ebse kan\u00eb kryer me sukses procedur\u00ebn e njohjes s\u00eb diplom\u00ebs, shum\u00eb kandidat\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb nuk po lejohen t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen provimit profesional pa e p\u00ebrfunduar m\u00eb par\u00eb procesin e barazimit t\u00eb kualifikimit, nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb e nd\u00ebrlikuar, e kushtueshme dhe shpesh e paqart\u00eb, shkruan Ulqini Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas ligjit t\u00eb ri, p\u00ebr barazimin e diplom\u00ebs kandidat\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb paraqesin pran\u00eb komisioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb fakultete programet e studimit dhe planprogramet m\u00ebsimore (syllabuset) e t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb ndjekura gjat\u00eb studimeve. Ky detyrim po i godet m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti student\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer studimet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, pasi dokumentacioni duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet zyrtarisht n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn malazeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasojat financiare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebrkese jan\u00eb alarmante. Nj\u00eb prind ka treguar p\u00ebr redaksin\u00eb se f\u00ebmija i tij ka paguar rreth 1 000 euro vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkthimin e rreth 100 faqeve t\u00eb planprogrameve m\u00ebsimore, pa llogaritur shpenzimet e tjera dhe sorollatjet e shumta n\u00ebp\u00ebr universitete dhe fakultete. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, student\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kan\u00eb deklaruar se iu k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthejn\u00eb mbi 300 faqe dokumentacion, \u00e7ka n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb kosto minimale prej 3 000 deri n\u00eb 4 500 euro vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkthime \u2013 nj\u00eb barr\u00eb e pap\u00ebrballueshme p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e familjeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por problemi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm financiar. Ndryshimet ligjore po krijojn\u00eb edhe pasoja serioze afatgjata p\u00ebr student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb. N\u00eb rast t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrputhjes s\u00eb programeve m\u00ebsimore, komisionet kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e provimeve shtes\u00eb, numri i t\u00eb cilave mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i konsideruesh\u00ebm. Kjo n\u00ebnkupton se student\u00ebt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shpenzimeve t\u00eb larta, mund t\u00eb humbin s\u00eb paku edhe nj\u00eb vit shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar procesin e barazimit t\u00eb diplom\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto pengesa po ndikojn\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt edhe n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhshme arsimore t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve shqiptar\u00eb. Shum\u00eb prej tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur peripecit\u00eb, kostot dhe pasigurin\u00eb pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb studimeve, mund t\u00eb detyrohen t\u00eb heqin dor\u00eb nga studimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht d\u00ebshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare. Si alternativ\u00eb, ata mund t\u00eb zgjedhin t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn malazeze, jo nga vullneti i lir\u00eb, por nga frika e pasojave administrative dhe financiare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, ndryshimet ligjore rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm diskriminues indirekt, q\u00eb cenon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e student\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr arsimim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tyre dhe kufizon lirin\u00eb e zgjedhjes akademike.
