Kjo popullat\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto lugje t\u00eb kthetrave t\u00eb Rumis\u00eb, me nj\u00eb moral t\u00eb lart\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebr shekuj, ruajti shpirtin e tipareve t\u00eb etnogjenez\u00ebs t\u00eb kombit, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, n\u00eb veshje, n\u00eb krijimet gjeniale folklorike dhe n\u00eb kultivimin e monumenteve arkeologjike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht i njohur fakti q\u00eb me ish pushtetar\u00ebt e fqinj\u00ebve vazhdimisht marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkuara me armiq\u00ebsi. Pjesa e sip\u00ebrme e Kraj\u00ebs \u2013 Shestani ka qen\u00eb i rrezikuar nga synimet e pand\u00ebrprera t\u00eb shkomb\u00ebtarizimit. Si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr anale historike, n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat etnike shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi ekzistojn\u00eb zona t\u00eb t\u00ebra t\u00eb cilat t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht jan\u00eb q\u00ebruar nga gjuha, tradita dhe kultura komb\u00ebtare shqiptare. Pra, n\u00eb Piper, Ku\u00e7, Spuzh\u00eb, n\u00eb Bjellopavliq (Pal\u00ebbardhit) t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer denacionalizimi i shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb atjesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019ju g\u00ebzuar faktit q\u00eb p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr aplikimit t\u00eb metodave decionalizuese nga ana e ish pushtetit malazias, Kraja e Sip\u00ebrme ka shp\u00ebtuar nga ky rrezik. N\u00eb vazhdim lidhur me shtresimet historike nga aspekti gjuh\u00ebsor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb element i p\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb trev\u00ebs ku jetojn\u00eb, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e tipareve t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb folmes s\u00eb Shestanit preksh\u00ebm d\u00ebshmon lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb shekullore t\u00eb kranjan\u00ebve n\u00eb shpatijet e k\u00ebtyre bjeshk\u00ebve. N\u00eb historin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e formimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb folmeje gjuh\u00ebsore lidhet me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e historis\u00eb s\u00eb formimit etnik. Fjalori, tiparet e struktur\u00ebs sintaksore, thekset e zanoreve t\u00eb t\u00eb folmes aktuale t\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pjese t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme q\u00eb kjo popullat\u00eb i takon periudh\u00ebs shum\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00eb historike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas studimeve t\u00eb thella gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushe, Eqrem Qabej, Jeri\u00e7ek, Hahn, Shufflay etj., me an\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar autoktonia e vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb jet\u00ebs iliro-shqiptare n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat ekzistuese. Dijetari i shquar \u2013 albanologu gjerman Hahni, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb metodave shkencore n\u00eb lidhje me evoluimin e em\u00ebrtimeve gjeografike, ka arritur q\u00eb t\u2019i asgj\u00ebsoj\u00eb tezat e dyshimta t\u00eb disa dijetar\u00ebve duke aprovuar teorin\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb popullat\u00eb etnike n\u00eb rajonet ku ekzistojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faktori historiko gjuh\u00ebsor i disa toponimeve si Rum-bi \u2013 Rumi, krah, krahin\u00eb \u2013 Kraj\u00eb, Ulk \u2013 Ulqin, dele Dallmat dardh\u00eb \u2013 Dardahia, Dardanelja, u ka ndihmuar shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebve si \u00c7abej, Hahni, Shuflay, plejad\u00ebs s\u00eb rilindasve etj., q\u00eb t\u00eb sheshojn\u00eb tez\u00ebn reale t\u00eb prejardhjes t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve si vazhduesit gjenetik\u00eb t\u00eb ilir\u00ebve.<br>Si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb e ditur, disa fshatra t\u00eb Shestanit gjenden t\u00eb vendosur pran\u00eb Liqenit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Ky faktor natyror iu ka imponuar q\u00eb t\u00eb merren me lundrim dhe peshkim. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre banor\u00ebve jan\u00eb marr\u00eb edhe me nd\u00ebrtimin e mjeteve t\u00eb lundrimit. \u00cbsht\u00eb me pesh\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr shkencat e albanologjis\u00eb q\u00eb kjo kategori personash q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb me lundrim, peshkim dhe me nd\u00ebrtimin e mjeteve t\u00eb lundrimit, kan\u00eb krijuar terminologjin\u00eb autoktone shqiptare. Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje gjuh\u00ebsore disa pseudoshkenc\u00ebtar\u00eb kan\u00eb hedhur teza q\u00eb neve na mungon terminologjia e lundrimeve dhe e peshkimit. Opsion i qart\u00eb i tyre ishte q\u00eb gjoja shqiptar\u00ebt nuk na paskan jetuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto rajone sepse na mungonka kjo terminologji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supozimeve t\u00eb tilla iu kund\u00ebrvihet terminologjia e gjer\u00eb e bregliqenasve t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs s\u00eb Sip\u00ebrme, e cila jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb parasllave, por edhe kryek\u00ebput shqiptare, si: pjes\u00ebt e mjeteve t\u00eb lundrimit: lopata, brinja, pip\u00ebl, pap\u00ebl, lund\u00ebr &#8211; lundrim, dru &#8211; d\u00ebrras\u00eb, ndenj\u00ebse etj. Pastaj em\u00ebrtimet e pesh\u00ebve: gjun\u00ebs, ngjal\u00eb, bli (peshk), mrin\u00eb, lusp\u00eb, shkum\u00eb, shkarpin, am\u00eb, flo\u00e7k\u00eb, en\u00eb &#8211; anije, bren\u00eb, breshk\u00eb si \u00e7ek\u00ebrk, ferket &#8211; lund\u00ebr e vog\u00ebl, flok \u2013 vel i anijes, fust\u00eb &#8211; lloj lundre, korb\u00eb, gavu &#8211; sip\u00ebrfaqe n\u00eb mes t\u00eb barinjve dhe korb\u00ebve, harap \u2013 nj\u00eb lloj veli, kallum &#8211; lidhja e brinj\u00ebve dhe korbave n\u00eb fund t\u00eb anijes, labe &#8211; anije e fisit labeat, mac\u00eb &#8211; shtyll\u00eb horizontale q\u00eb mban velin e bark\u00ebs dhe terma t\u00eb tjera me origjin\u00eb pararomake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fusha e gjer\u00eb e terminologjis\u00eb detare dhe lundruese q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e peshkatar\u00ebve t\u00eb bregliqenit n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e Kraj\u00ebs s\u00eb Nalt\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e patjet\u00ebrsueshme e vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtushme albano-shqiptare. Gjithashtu t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat onomastike q\u00eb i kemi evidentuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim studimor, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nga Defteri i studiuesit Selami Pulaha i shekullit XIV-XV n\u00eb vitin 1974, si evidentim vjetor, qartas d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr Kraj\u00ebn dhe Shestanin q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb banuar me alban\u00eb (shqiptar\u00eb) t\u00eb besimit katolik. Rrethanat historike t\u00eb asaj kohe shkaktuan q\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e tyre t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb besimin islam, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb e treta e tyre u konvertuan n\u00eb besimin ortodoks. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve arrit\u00ebn q\u00eb ta ruajn\u00eb besimin e vjet\u00ebr \u2013 katolik. K\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb e b\u00ebri Kraja e Ep\u00ebrme \u2013 Shestani. K\u00ebta si edhe shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb kaluan n\u00eb besimin islam s\u00eb bashku arrit\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb mbronin identitetin, gjuh\u00ebn dhe traditat e lashta zakonore shqiptare. Pjesa e shqiptar\u00ebve e cila p\u00ebr shkaqe materiale dhe privilegjeve u islamizuan, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e identifikuan veten me pushtetin osman. Ata ruajt\u00ebn traditat shqiptare. K\u00ebshtu nuk vepruan ata shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt prej besimit katolik kaluan n\u00eb besimin ortodoks. T\u00eb till\u00ebt humb\u00ebn gjuh\u00ebn dhe zakonet shqiptare. Plot\u00ebsisht u asimiluan n\u00eb sllav\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banor\u00ebt e Kraj\u00ebs s\u00eb Poshtme t\u00eb katundeve: Priftaj, Perashaj, Gjonashaj, Markashaj etj., deri te G\u00ebshtenja, t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht pat\u00ebn kaluar n\u00eb besimin islam, por n\u00eb asnj\u00eb aspekt nuk e tret\u00ebn identitetin shqiptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toponimet me substratin ilir dhe tumat, gomilat, varret e tyre hedhin drit\u00eb t\u00eb bollshme mbi ekzistenc\u00ebn ton\u00eb historike para romake. Sa i p\u00ebrket onomastik\u00ebs historike shqiptare, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e fundit studiuesja me prejardhje nga katundi Hutaj i Kraj\u00ebs, ka botuar nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr studimore \u2013 Fshati n\u00eb Sanxhakun e Shkodr\u00ebs (n\u00eb shekullin XV-XVI), Tiran\u00eb, 1990. Kjo bazohet n\u00eb deshifrimet onomastike dhe demografike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb studim t\u00eb P\u00ebrparime Hutajt, sipas mbiemrit Hutaj te Kraj\u00ebs s\u00eb Poshtme, ceken nj\u00eb seri em\u00ebrtimesh t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb me origjin\u00eb shqiptare.
