Iljaz Rexha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna onomastike t\u00eb defter\u00ebve kadastral\u00eb osman\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb madhe shkencore p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndri\u00e7uar dhe studiuar struktur\u00ebn e ndryshimeve antroponimike, toponomastike, konfesionale, gjenealogjike, etnografike, sociale, sidomos at\u00eb demografike t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs gjeografike t\u00eb An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat onomastike q\u00eb i kemi deshifruar, parashtruar dhe analizuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb punim, t\u00eb nxjerra nga defter\u00ebt origjinal kadastral\u00eb osman\u00eb nga shekujt XV-XVI, p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb pakund\u00ebrshtueshme q\u00eb provojn\u00eb se hap\u00ebsira e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit n\u00eb mesjet\u00eb ishte e banuar krejt\u00ebsisht nga popullsia albane \u2013 shqiptare, n\u00eb shumic\u00eb e besimit katolik, nd\u00ebrsa me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb vog\u00ebl e besimit islam. Rrethanat dhe kushtet historike b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb gjat\u00eb shekujve n\u00eb vijim 2\/3 e shqiptar\u00ebve katolik\u00eb t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb fen\u00eb islame, nd\u00ebrsa 1\/3 n\u00eb at\u00eb ortodokse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e katolik\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb arriti ta ruaj\u00eb besimin, identitetin, gjuh\u00ebn dhe tradit\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr zakonore shqiptare deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. Edhe shqiptar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb njohura dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar privilegje dhe poste n\u00eb administrat\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore osmane, edhe pse e nd\u00ebrruan fen\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr, por kurr\u00eb nuk e identifikuan veten me pushtuesit osmanlinj, po ashtu arrit\u00ebn ta ruajn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn, identitetin dhe tradit\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr shqiptare. Nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebt e besimit katolik q\u00eb kaluan apo u konvertuan n\u00eb fen\u00eb ortodokse, e humb\u00ebn gjuh\u00ebn, identitetin dhe tradit\u00ebn shqiptare, dhe plot\u00ebsisht u asimiluan n\u00eb sllav\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto vendbanime kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb popullsi albane &#8211; shqiptare autoktone, vazhduese e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb hershme ilire, e formuar historikisht shum\u00eb shekuj p\u00ebpara dep\u00ebrtimit sllav dhe atij osma n\u00eb k\u00ebto treva. K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb dhe hedhin posht\u00eb hipotezat shkencore dhe antishqiptare t\u00eb disa autor\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj borgjez\u00eb, e sidomos t\u00eb atyre sllav\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt orvateshin t\u00eb paraqitnin popullsin\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane si joautoktone, si t\u00eb ardhur nga tokat e brendshme shqiptare m\u00eb von\u00eb, aty kah fundi i shek. XVII dhe fillimi i shek. XVIII, pas luftrave austriako -turke (1683-1690).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe shumica e toponimeve t\u00eb An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi se ato i kan\u00eb em\u00ebrtuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb shqipfol\u00ebsit, q\u00eb i kishte sh\u00ebnuar administrata e koh\u00ebs, n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, me nj\u00eb influenc\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl nga administrata sllave dhe ajo osmaneturke si: Sh\u00ebn Gjergj-i, Sh\u00ebn Koli, Sh\u00ebn Todri, Sh\u00ebn Petra, Sh\u00ebn Andre, Sh\u00ebn Shirgji, Sh\u00ebn Mrija, Zogaj, Ifshas (Shasi), Gjonza, Kryq-i (Kruqi), Bukmir, Krroq-i, Bardon-i (Bardhoni), etj. K\u00ebto e disa t\u00eb tjera toponime t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane jan\u00eb regjistruar sipas natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe me forma t\u00eb shqipes, e jo me format sllave, si\u00e7 i hasim vendbanimet tjera shqiptare n\u00eb viset e tjera, t\u00eb kalkuara ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave nga administrata mesjetare sllave, si: Sveti Gjorgje, Sveti Nikola, Sveta Marija, Sveti Andrija, Bardoniq &#8211; Beliq, Palabardh \u2013 Bjelopavliq, etj. Disa toponime t\u00eb protoshqipes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane jan\u00eb parasllave, si toponimi me substratin ilir bard+on&gt; Bardon-i pran\u00eb Bun\u00ebs e disa t\u00eb tjera, dhe ngjan t\u00eb jen\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn antike, si edhe toponimet tjera me baz\u00ebn &#8211; ilire apo t\u00eb protoshqipes bard=bardh, q\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb burimet e shkruara mesjetare sllave dhe osmane jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr gjeografike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb Bardoniq (Gjakov\u00eb) dhe Maqedoni Bardofci (Shkupi), etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vijim dua t\u00eb shtoj se etika shkencore e k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb thuhet se t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat onomastike p\u00ebr vitin 1485 jan\u00eb marr\u00eb nga origjinali, por edhe nga Defteri i regjistrimit t\u00eb sanxhakut t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs q\u00eb e p\u00ebrktheu dhe e botoi historiani i mir\u00ebnjohur, i ndjeri Selami Pulaha n\u00eb vitin 1974 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. N\u00eb defterin e vitit 485 ka t\u00eb dh\u00ebna vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr 20 vendbanime q\u00eb i takonin nahijes s\u00eb Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme, nd\u00ebrsa ne kemi deshifruar dhe nxjerr\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna onomastike dhe demografike p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr 60 vendbanime me trollishta q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nahijen e Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme nga defteri i m\u00ebvonsh\u00ebm i vitit 1582, q\u00eb ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar dhe q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb po ashtu me regjistrimin e territorit t\u00eb sanxhakut t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 1582. Nj\u00eb kopje t\u00eb origjinalit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij defteri e posedoj edhe un\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin jam duke e deshifruar dhe p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr botim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiuesja P\u00ebrparime Huta e botoi librin me titull: Fshati n\u00eb Sanxhakun e Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb shekujt XV-XVI, Tiran\u00eb, 1990, q\u00eb bazohet kryesisht n\u00eb deshifrimet onomastike dhe demografike q\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00ebrisht Selami Pulaha e q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrim n\u00eb Institutin e Historis\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat ne nuk i kemi pasur n\u00eb dor\u00eb e as q\u00eb kemi ditur se ato ekzistojn\u00eb. Andaj duhet pasur kujdes se ata studiues q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbehen me dokumentet e deshifruara nga dikush tjet\u00ebr e q\u00eb nuk e njohin paleografin\u00eb mesjetare t\u00eb shkrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs osmane, mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb l\u00ebshime dhe gabime serioze n\u00eb interpretimin dhe paraqitjen e punimeve t\u00eb tyre N\u00eb librin e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur t\u00eb P\u00ebrparime Hut\u00ebs, ku trajtohet fshati dhe problematika demografike n\u00eb Sanxhakun e Shkodr\u00ebs, mjerisht nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruesh\u00ebm i nomenklatur\u00ebs s\u00eb em\u00ebrtimeve t\u00eb vendbanimeve kan\u00eb dal\u00eb me forma t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebruara dhe jo t\u00eb sakta n\u00eb transkriptim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Tem\u00eb nga projekti&nbsp;<\/em>\u201cFol, shkruaj dhe p\u00ebrdore gjuh\u00ebn t\u00ebnde, gjuh\u00ebn shqipe\u201d \u2013 &nbsp;Informimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe diaspor\u00eb p\u00ebrmes faqes s\u00eb internetit 2025<em>\u201d, pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur nga Fondi p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe realizimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakicave n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><em>P\u00ebrmbajtja \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e vetme e projektit dhe nuk pasqyron domosdoshm\u00ebrisht pik\u00ebpamjet e Fondit p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe realizimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakicave n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebna onomastike dhe demografike p\u00ebr Shasin dhe vendbanimet e nahijes s\u00eb Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme sipas defter\u00ebve osman\u00eb t\u00eb shekujve XV dhe XVI (3) Prof. dr.
