Iljaz Rexha<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\u00e7 dihet, kah fundi i shekullit XV n\u00eb kuad\u00ebrt\u00eb Sanxhakut t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs u formua nahija e Bregut t\u00eb P\u00ebrtejm\u00eb apo e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit, si nj\u00ebsi administrative osmane, ku n\u00eb fillim ishin t\u00eb regjistruara vet\u00ebm 20 vendbanime t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit XVI, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vitin 1582, \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar nahija e re administrative, me emrin e modifikuar nahija e Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme, ku tani p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb ishin regjistruar edhe 40 vendbanime q\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt s\u2019kishin qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb sistemin e timarit osman, e q\u00eb gjithsej p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin 60 vendbanime t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meq\u00eb jemi duke folur p\u00ebr monumentet e kultit dhe ato kulturo-historike t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj treve, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave onomastike q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb defter\u00ebt, shihet qart\u00eb se emrat e k\u00ebtyre monumenteve sakrale dhe t\u00eb institucioneve religjioze jan\u00eb ruajtur si relikte n\u00eb format e toponimizura brenda em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb vendbanimeve t\u00eb cilat tanim\u00eb nuk ekzistojn\u00eb. Vendbanimi Shasi del t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet n\u00eb burimet mesjetare me trajta t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb formave, si p. sh. Sfacium, Soacium, Soacia, Suazo, Sovaci, Shas dhe Sva\u00e7, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb defter\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar me form\u00ebn turke Ifshas, me shkronj\u00ebn protetike i p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shqiptimit m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs turke. Si duket, fshati i tash\u00ebm, Shas &#8211; Fshas (form\u00eb turke) q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb mesjet\u00ebn e von\u00eb, e ka ruajtur dhe e ka trash\u00ebguar emrin e qytetit t\u00eb Shasit antik dhe t\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs s\u00eb hershme, i cili tani gjendet mbi Liqenin e Shasit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ky fshat n\u00eb vitin 1485 kishte vet\u00ebm dy sht\u00ebpi me dy kryefamiljar\u00eb: Martin Korona dhe Mika Armeni, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1582 vendbanimi ishte rritur n\u00eb 29 sht\u00ebpi, e 3 beqar\u00eb dhe 8 pronar\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7ifligjeve. Prej kryefamiljar\u00ebve, 28 mbanin antroponimi tipike t\u00eb krishter\u00eb tradicionale shqiptare, nd\u00ebrsa 8 kryefamiljar\u00eb mbanin emra oriental\u00eb. N\u00eb mesin e k\u00ebtyre kryefamiljar\u00ebve hasim edhe n\u00eb dy prift\u00ebrinj katolik\u00eb: Gika Don Preni dhe Ded\u00eb Donza, ku shihet se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendbanim mesjetar ka ekzistuar nj\u00eb monument kulti, si objekt fetar. N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij punimi do t\u2019i japim antroponimet dhe patronimet e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kryefamiljar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr \u00e7do vendbanim, si zot sht\u00ebpie q\u00eb i kan\u00eb shlyer detyrimet fiskale ndaj administrat\u00ebs osmane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Shasit del i regjistruar vendbanimi me emrin Klishani, me form\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb protoshqipes, q\u00eb semantikisht p\u00ebrputhet me form\u00ebn e sotme kish\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast vendbanimi n\u00eb fjal\u00eb e kishte ruajtur emrin e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb hershme. Si duket, ky vendbanim mesjetar ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me Kleshnen -Kllezn\u00ebn e sotme n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Liqenit t\u00eb Shasit. Ky fshat n\u00eb vitin 1582 kishte 38 sht\u00ebpi, 6 beqar\u00eb, 4 pronar\u00eb me \u00e7ifligje. N\u00eb mesin e kryefamiljar\u00ebve kemi dy prift\u00ebrinj katolik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb si Dom Prendi dhe Dom Gjoni. Antroponomia dhe patronimia e kryefamiljar\u00ebve n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ishte e sfer\u00ebs latino-romane t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb krishter\u00eb shqiptare me forma t\u00eb shqipes, 38 kryefamiljar\u00eb kishin emra kalendarik\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa 4 kryefamiljar\u00eb mbanin emra t\u00eb sfer\u00ebs slame orientale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendbanimi tjet\u00ebr Sh\u00ebn Gjergji, q\u00eb e kishte marr\u00eb emrin pik\u00ebrisht sipas kish\u00ebs q\u00eb ekzistonte m\u00eb heret me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, b\u00ebnte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nahijen e Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme dhe n\u00eb vitin 1485 kishte tri sht\u00ebpi me tre kryefamiljar\u00eb me antroponimi t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1582 kishte 20 sht\u00ebpi me 26 kryefamiljar\u00eb. Antroponimia e k\u00ebtij vendbanimi ishte krejt\u00ebsisht e sfer\u00ebs latino-romane dhe tradicionale shqiptare. N\u00eb mesin e kryefamiljar\u00ebve kemi dy prift\u00ebrinj katolik\u00eb Dom Nika dhe Dom Andre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendbanim ishte regjistruar vak\u00ebfi dhe pasuria e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Gjergjit dhe bashtina e Dom Andres\u00eb, por jo edhe kisha si institucion fetar, andaj nuk kemi t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr kish\u00ebn e sotme q\u00eb ekziston n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendbanim. N\u00ebse kjo kish\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e hershme para osmane n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit apo e koh\u00ebs pas dep\u00ebrtimit osman, mbetet t\u00eb verifikohet nga burimet e tjera arkivore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendbanimi Sh\u00ebn Tod\u00ebr n\u00eb vitin 1485 kishte mbetur jasht\u00eb regjistrimit, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb defterine vitit 1582 kishte 20 sht\u00ebpi, 5 beqar\u00eb e 4 pronar\u00eb me \u00e7ifligje. Edhe k\u00ebtu shihet se ka ekzistuar kisha e hershme meq\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendbanim hasim t\u00eb regjistruara 3 mikrotoponime me emra t\u00eb prift\u00ebrinjve katolik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb: bashtina Mark Dom Nika, bashtina Dom Minuka dhe bashtina Domina. N\u00eb af\u00ebrsi ku sot ekziston xhamia, quhet nj\u00eb mikrotoponim me emrin Vendi i Kish\u00ebs. Nga 25 kryefamiljar\u00eb me antroponimi tradicionale t\u00eb krishter\u00eb shqiptare, vet\u00ebm 4 kryefamiljar\u00eb q\u00eb kishin kaluar n\u00eb islam mbanin atroponomi islamo-orientale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendbanimi Sh\u00ebn Koli ishte regjistruar edhe n\u00eb regjistrin e kadastr\u00ebs venedikase t\u00eb vitit 1416-1417 me 12 shtepi, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1485 ishte regjistruar se i takonte Shkodr\u00ebs, por q\u00eb ndodhej n\u00eb an\u00ebn e kufijve t\u00eb kalas\u00eb s\u00eb Ulqinit. Gjat\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb vitit 1485, banor\u00ebt e tij ishin n\u00eb arratisje e sip\u00ebr dhe k\u00ebsaj radhe, ata fare nuk kishin ardhur p\u00ebr t\u2019u regjistruar, andaj nuk figurojn\u00eb emrat e kryefamiljar\u00ebve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas regjistrit kadastral osman t\u00eb vitit 1582, Sh\u00ebn Koli i takonte nahijes s\u00eb Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme dhe kishte 32 sht\u00ebpi, 7 beqar\u00eb dhe 4 pronar\u00eb me \u00e7ifligje. Nga k\u00ebta kryefamiljar\u00eb 35 banor\u00eb kishin antroponimi t\u00eb sfer\u00ebs latino-romane dhe tradicionale shqiptare, nd\u00ebrsa 4 kryefamiljar\u00eb me \u00e7ifligje mbanin antroponimi islamo-orientale. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit nuk ishte regjistruar kisha e mo\u00e7me me emrin Sh\u00ebn Koli si monument i kultit, emrin e t\u00eb cilit e mbante e edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite e mban ky fshat. P\u00ebr kish\u00ebn e tashme q\u00eb sot ekziston n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendbanim nuk kemi kurrfar\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash se kur \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar, para ose pas dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb osman\u00ebve n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendbanimi Sh\u00ebn Petra i takonte nahijes s\u00eb Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme. M\u00eb her\u00ebt ishte i banuar, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1582 ishte regjistruar si trollisht\u00eb e braktisur, e cila gjendej n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb fshatit Muriqan, n\u00eb posedim t\u00eb Aliut dhe Mehmetit, bijve t\u00eb Hasanit, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb tapis\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nga Kasem beu, me t\u00eb ardhura vjetore 100 ak\u00e7e. Edhe nga vet emri i k\u00ebtij vendbanimi, shihet qart\u00eb se fshati ishte pag\u00ebzuar sipas monumentit t\u00eb kultit fetar t\u00eb krishter\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb er\u00ebt ekzistonte. N\u00eb vendbanimin Ublik del i regjistruar mikrotoponimi apo bashtina me emrin Shen Andrea. N\u00eb Brajsh\u00eb del i regjistruar prifti katolik shqiptar me emrin Don Gjoni, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur mikrotoponimi me emrin Vendi i Kish\u00ebs.<br>N\u00eb Zogaj i Madh ishte regjistruar prifti katolik shqiptar me emrin Dom Deda, n\u00eb Goric\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar prifti katolik Dom Gjon Prokshi, n\u00eb Bukmir i Vog\u00ebl ishte regjistruar mikrotoponimi &#8211; bashtina me emrin e priftit katolik shqiptar Andre Domina, n\u00eb zot\u00ebrim t\u00eb Jozef At Gjonit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Tem\u00eb nga projekti\u00a0<\/em>\u201cFol, shkruaj dhe p\u00ebrdore gjuh\u00ebn t\u00ebnde, gjuh\u00ebn shqipe\u201d \u2013 \u00a0Informimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe diaspor\u00eb p\u00ebrmes faqes s\u00eb internetit 2025<em>\u201d, pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur nga Fondi p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe realizimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakicave n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>P\u00ebrmbajtja \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e vetme e projektit dhe nuk pasqyron domosdoshm\u00ebrisht pik\u00ebpamjet e Fondit p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe realizimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakicave n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebna onomastike dhe demografike p\u00ebr Shasin dhe vendbanimet e nahijes s\u00eb Bun\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrtejme sipas defter\u00ebve osman\u00eb t\u00eb shekujve XV dhe XVI (2) Prof. dr.
