Sipas tyre, e gjith\u00eb ajo q\u00eb shmanget dhe q\u00eb del jasht\u00eb regjimit politik \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm devijim, deformim dhe rast patologjik. Kjo rrym\u00eb intelektuale vazhdimisht \u00ebsht\u00eb imponuar me nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb t\u00eb hapur, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb ruajtjen e regjimit politik dhe mbrojtjen e interesave t\u00eb veta nga sulmet revolucionare-nd\u00ebrrimet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb drejtim i till\u00eb social ka qen\u00eb i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb protagonist\u00ebt e tij, q\u00eb nga Konti, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb Dirkemit, deri te Veberi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I t\u00ebr\u00eb kapitali intelektual ishte i p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar n\u00eb hulumtimin e nj\u00eb ane t\u00eb realitetit: rendit shoq\u00ebror, stabilizimit t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs politike ekzistuese-edhe pse ajo n\u00eb raste t\u00eb shpeshta ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem politiko-shoq\u00ebror jo human. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ky drejtim n\u00eb thelb ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb koncept statik p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e status quo-s, si dhe nj\u00eb ideologji konservatore mbi shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe politik\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rryma e dyt\u00eb intelektuale ka qen\u00eb bart\u00ebse e filozofis\u00eb dialektike-kritike, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb nj\u00eb vizion i ri mbi mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e reja njer\u00ebzore dhe shoq\u00ebrore, q\u00eb e ka kap\u00ebrcyer struktur\u00ebn ekzistuese politike dhe nj\u00ebherit ka qen\u00eb arm\u00eb ideore p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrrimin e saj. Kjo rrym\u00eb ka qen\u00eb ana intelektuale e procesit t\u00eb emancipimit historik t\u00eb nj\u00ebmend\u00ebsis\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore. K\u00ebt\u00eb orientim e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb plejad\u00eb e autoriteteve t\u00eb njohura intelektuale sikurse jan\u00eb: Lluka\u00e7, Korsh, Blloh, Sartr, From, Markuze, Mills, Golldman, Kosik, Goulldner, Horkhajmer etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga kjo rrjedh se t\u00eb gjitha konfliktet e m\u00ebdha globale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e shkenc\u00ebs, artit, moralit, fes\u00eb dhe politik\u00ebs kan\u00eb qen\u00eb konflikte t\u00eb intelektual\u00ebve me q\u00ebndrime dhe p\u00ebrcaktime t\u00eb ndryshme dhe divergjente mbi drejtimet dhe orientimet socio-historike. Miti mbi intelektual\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb prishur edhe me faktin q\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i personave t\u00eb arsimuar shpesh her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb e regjimeve politike autokratike. Jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb sistemeve politike t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb dominim, tjet\u00ebrsim dhe dehumanizim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intelektual\u00ebt e till\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e vet jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrulur dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrvujt\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar q\u00ebndrave t\u00eb forcave politike dhe interesit p\u00ebr profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po ashtu, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, n\u00eb histori ndodh q\u00eb politik\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore ta drejtojn\u00eb strukturat mediok\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilat shpesh i persekujtojn\u00eb dhe i d\u00ebnojn\u00eb krijuesit dhe intelektual\u00ebt e denj\u00eb, si dhe personat me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk u p\u00ebrputhen mendimet, duke i kompensuar k\u00ebshtu ndjenjat e veta t\u00eb paaft\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sterilitetit. Arsimimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrcjellur me nj\u00eb verb\u00ebrim shpirt\u00ebror, josensib\u00ebl p\u00ebr probleme jasht\u00eb rrethit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb interesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njohurit\u00eb e tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrcipta. Ata n\u00eb praktik\u00ebn politike drejtohen dhe udh\u00ebhiqen nga pozita e utilitarizmit, korrupsionit, kontraband\u00ebs, malverzimeve dhe krimeve t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natyrisht se personat e till\u00eb n\u00eb mjedisin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin jetojn\u00eb, p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb qortime e p\u00ebrbuzje, mosp\u00ebrfillje dhe injorim. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb zhvler\u00ebsuar n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje morale, politike, intelektuale dhe njer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr kemi intelektual\u00ebt humanist\u00eb dhe kreativ\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb vet d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb autonom\u00eb dhe jokonformist\u00eb. Ata synojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb mendimtar\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb, krijues t\u00eb ideve, vlerave dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb reja. Jan\u00eb mendjethell\u00eb dhe q\u00ebnie humaniste, sensibil\u00eb p\u00ebr problemet e njeriut, t\u00eb popujve dhe t\u00eb pakicave etnonacionale. Mir\u00ebpo, politika dhe raporti i saj ndaj humanizmit shum\u00eb her\u00eb jan\u00eb koncepte jokompatibile dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrth\u00ebnie. Politika e till\u00eb p\u00ebr krijuesin dhe intelektualin e denj\u00eb ka nj\u00ebfar\u00eb ngjyrosjeje socio-etike, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka ata ngrihen kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj politike, e cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, t\u00eb progresit, si dhe t\u00eb emancipimit njer\u00ebzor dhe komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb bot\u00ebn n\u00eb te cil\u00ebn jetojm\u00eb, jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeve dhe ngjarjeve historike n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat logjika e forc\u00ebs dhe logjika e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs jan\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim. Sepse, ata d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb dinjitetin dhe integritetin e vet njer\u00ebzor dhe intelektual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historia ka mjaft shembuj t\u00eb antiintelektualizmit si politik\u00eb iracionale e mohimit t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb kritike t\u00eb inteligjenc\u00ebs humaniste dhe krijuese. Por edhe kur krijuesit dhe intelektual\u00ebt e denj\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht af\u00ebr rrethit m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb politik, numri m\u00eb i madh i mendimtar\u00ebve nuk kan\u00eb arritur q\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtojn\u00eb n\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsit\u00eb politike. Teoria politike tregon se \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur tabiatin e politik\u00ebs. Ajo u ka p\u00ebrgatitur befasi edhe intelektual\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb m\u00ebndimit njer\u00ebzor e politik. Q\u00eb ironia t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ata kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb miq\u00ebsi dhe krah p\u00ebr krah me pushtetar\u00ebt. Platoni dy her\u00eb p\u00ebrpak q\u00eb nuk e ka paguar me kok\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye se pushtetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Sirakuz\u00ebs, p\u00ebrndryshe miq t\u00eb tij dhe me ftes\u00ebn e tyre, u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshilla t\u00eb \u201ctep\u00ebrta\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemi gjithashtu edhe nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr, vet\u00ebm se me nj\u00eb epilog m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, q\u00eb ndodhi dy mij\u00eb vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb me Tomas Morin, t\u00eb cilin Henrik VIII, p\u00ebrndryshe admirues dhe mik i madh i tij, ia ka prer\u00eb d\u00ebnimin q\u00eb ka paraqitur nj\u00eb shembull m\u00eb drastik t\u00eb brutalitetit n\u00eb mesjet\u00eb. Edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb reja kemi dukuri t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb raport i till\u00eb i politik\u00ebs ndaj mendimtar\u00ebve shpie deri n\u00eb rezignacioni, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i natyr\u00ebs jo vet\u00ebm gnoseologjike, por edhe morale-politike. Nga ajo parashtrohen pyetje t\u00eb shpeshta nga mendimtar\u00ebt politik\u00eb: \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e kuptimit dhe e njohjes s\u00eb politik\u00ebs, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ajo nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb rrjedhat e zhvillimit dhe t\u00eb artikulimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P<\/strong><strong>\u00ebrfundim<\/strong>: mund t\u00eb konstatohet se p\u00ebrkufizimi i vjet\u00ebruar q\u00eb \u00e7do person q\u00eb e ka kryer ndonj\u00eb fakultet apo shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb e konsideron si intelektual dhe i cili mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb kriteret formale burokratike, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019u kuptuar esenca e jet\u00ebs intelektuale dhe roli i intelektual\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meq\u00ebn\u00ebse, me nj\u00eb klasifikim t\u00eb till\u00eb si intelektual paraqiteten dhe ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbaruar ndonj\u00eb fakultet n\u00eb vende periferike apo gjysm\u00ebperiferike, pra n\u00eb universitete t\u00eb panjohura me sukses t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, si dhe se kan\u00eb studiuar shum\u00eb m\u00eb gjat\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatja e studimeve, apo se kan\u00eb bler\u00eb apo falsifikuar diploma. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i personave me diploma universitare, por pa njohuri profesionale dhe shkencore. N\u00eb fakt ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquejturit intelektual \u201cllomotit\u00ebs\u201d, si\u00e7 shprehej Zhan \u2013 Paul Satri. Me sa duket, ata studimet i kan\u00eb kaluar dhe i kalojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm me do sh\u00ebnime n\u00eb fletore dhe skenar\u00eb(skripta), respektivisht pa libra. Shum\u00eb prej tyre edhe sot&nbsp; ankohen se nuk kan\u00eb libra. P\u00ebrkundrazi, thon\u00eb sikurse t\u00eb kishim literatur\u00eb dhe burime shkencore, do t\u00eb \u201cbefasonim\u201d opinionin publik me&nbsp; botimin e punimeve tona. Me keqardhje!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natyrisht, n\u00eb vendet e Evrop\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore dhe n\u00eb SHBA, nj\u00eb \u201ckuad\u00ebr\u201d i till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohet askund, sepse ata nuk konsiderohen intelektual\u00eb, por quhen, kuazi shkollar\u00eb \u2013 gjysmak. Nd\u00ebrsa, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, tek ne shpesh her\u00eb ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb inkuadrohen, disa marrin dhe poste t\u00eb larta drejtuese n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore, n\u00eb kierarkin\u00eb politike institucionale, e disa b\u00ebhen ministra dhe deputet\u00eb, prokuror\u00eb, gjyq\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe avokat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sot, n\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin e 21-t\u00eb, n\u00eb shekullin e revolucionit shkencor dhe teknologjik, kur nga Per\u00ebndimi deri n\u00eb Lindje jan\u00eb rreth 100 disiplina t\u00eb shkencave politike.
