Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast po do t\u00eb t\u00eb trajtojm\u00eb botimin<strong>&nbsp; Monumente natyrore dhe kulturore t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong>West Print, Tiran\u00eb, 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim autori trajton trojet shqiptare dhe regjionalizimin etnogjeografik,nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr ndarjen rajonale etnografike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb shek.XIX-XX, duke vazhduar me ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme fiziko-gjeografike n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi e ato gjeografiko-etnologjik\u00eb t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti jan\u00eb trajtuar rajonet gjeografike t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb si ai i Filatit, Gumenic\u00ebs, Paramithis\u00eb, Marg\u00eblli\u00ebit, Parg\u00ebs, Prevez\u00ebs, Art\u00ebs dhe i Janin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7am\u00ebria-preokupim profesional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga p\u00ebrmbajtja e prezantuar del se autori si preokupim profesional ka krahin\u00ebn e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila gjindet n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn jugore t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjeografike shqiptare, e cila shtrihet nga liqeni i Butrintit dhe lumi i Pavll\u00ebs&nbsp; n\u00eb veri e deri n\u00eb gjirin e Art\u00ebs n\u00eb jug. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb krahin\u00eb ndon\u00ebse e banuar me shumic\u00eb absolute shqiptare n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb vendimeve t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Londr\u00ebs(1913) iu dhurua Greqis\u00eb. Nga ajo koh\u00eb e m\u00eb pas shqiptar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj krahine vazhdimisht kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikuar nga pushteti grek\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrjetuar dhun\u00eb, vrasje e shp\u00ebrngulje me qellim t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb spastrimit etnik, nga popullsia shqiptare. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me politik\u00ebn greke t\u00eb asimilimit dhe helenizimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare sipas \u201cMegali ides\u201d,proces i cili ka vazhduar vite m\u00eb radh\u00eb, duke arritur kulmin n\u00eb vitlt 1944-45. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me projektin qeveritar grek t\u00eb spastrimit etnik t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb nga shqiptar\u00ebt e ate kryesisht ata t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame, nd\u00ebrsa ata t\u00eb fes\u00eb ortodokse llogariteshin sin grek\u00eb!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Harta e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Politika greke e spastrimit etnik n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur k\u00ebt\u00eb qellim ata p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebnyrat: si grabitja e tok\u00ebs, p\u00ebrjashtimi i popullsis\u00eb nga pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore, ndalimi i dhunsh\u00ebm i arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare, burgosjet, torturimet e popullsis\u00eb, d\u00ebbimet me dhun\u00eb&nbsp; e deri t\u00eb masakrat e p\u00ebrgjakshme. Po ashtu pushteti grek veproi me kapacitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar struktur\u00ebn etnike t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmejt kolonizimit t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs duke vendosur kryesisht&nbsp; kolon\u00eb grek por edhe vlleh t\u00eb ardhur nga pjes\u00ebt e ndryshme t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb por edhe nga Azia e vog\u00ebl, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Lozan\u00ebs(1923) p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb mes Turqis\u00eb e Greqis\u00eb. Ishte kjo marr\u00ebveshje e cila ka goditur shqiptar\u00ebt e fes\u00eb islame, rreth 55.000, sepse politika greke i konsideronte si turq, andaj i ka d\u00ebbuar p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim spastrimi etnik &nbsp;ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm edhe jasht\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb vendbanimet shqiptare n\u00eb Kostur e Follorin\u00eb &nbsp;ku u shp\u00ebrngulen rreth 35.000 shqiptar\u00eb, duke i detyruar t\u00eb vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb Turqi. Por, me gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto shp\u00ebrngulje t\u00eb dhunshme deri n\u00eb prag t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, \u00c7am\u00ebria vazhdonte t\u00eb ishte&nbsp; nj\u00eb krahin\u00eb etnike homogjene&nbsp; ku mbi 82% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin shqiptar\u00ebt. Sipas statistikave greke t\u00eb vitit 1937, \u00c7am\u00ebria kishte 279 fshatra me nj\u00eb popullsi prej 112.619 banor\u00eb nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt 20.200 banor\u00eb ishin grekofon dhe 92.419 ishin shqiptar\u00eb. Popullsia shqiptare p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej&nbsp; nga 59.419 banor\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb ortodokse dhe 33.000 banor\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procesi i shp\u00ebrnguljes s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb \u00e7ame nga trojet e veta u fut n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs italo-greke(1940-1941) dhe arriti pik\u00ebn m\u00eb kulmore me ngjarjet e vitit 1944-45.&nbsp; Goditja fatale e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare, ka ndodhur me 27 qershor 1944, ku forcat e EDES-it grek, n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e gjeneralit Napoleon Zerva, kryen nj\u00eb nga masakrat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda&nbsp; ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Paramithis\u00eb. Rreth 600 burra, gra dhe f\u00ebmj\u00eb u vran\u00eb barbarisht. N\u00eb muajt q\u00eb pasuan, mbi 2.700 shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u masakruan, u dogj\u00ebn &nbsp;68 fshatra dhe 5800 sht\u00ebpi. Si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtij gjenocidi ishin t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngul\u00ebn nga vatrat e tyre n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri rreth 35.000 shqiptar\u00eb mysliman\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb &nbsp;n\u00eb Turqi. Dhe nga k\u00ebto&nbsp; masakra nuk mbeti asnj\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb i p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb islame, nga del se spastrimi etnik kishte edhe karakter fetar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shqiptar\u00ebt ortodoks drejt asimilimit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, popullsia shqiptare ortodokse n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri e gjetiu n\u00eb Greqi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me politik\u00eb diskriminuese, raciste e asimiluese, sepse pushteti grek ndaloi p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe e me ket\u00eb edhe m\u00ebsimin e saj n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. Nuk ka t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb sakta se sa \u00ebsht\u00eb numri i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Greqi, por sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr vitin 2006, n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn e grupeve etnike shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb 1.5%. Nd\u00ebrsa sipas llogaritjeve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb n\u00eb Greqi nga 11 milion banor\u00eb t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, grupi ernik shqiptar n\u00eb tregues absolut arrin n\u00eb rreth 165.000 banor\u00eb. Pjesa ma e madhe e k\u00ebsaj popullsie shqiptare ortodokse jeton n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri, si dhe n\u00eb rrethet e Prevez\u00ebs, Art\u00ebs e Janin\u00ebs. Ndon\u00ebse procesi i asimilimit e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn, gjuha shqipe&nbsp; flitet n\u00eb familje dhe e rezervuar n\u00eb mjedise publike. P\u00ebrfundimisht popullsia shqiptare n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri e ndodhur n\u00ebn trysnin\u00eb e helenizimit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet diskriminimit e persekutimit nuk e deklaron publikisht identittein e vet komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>27 Qershor 1944-Dita e gjenocidit&nbsp; ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri deri n\u00eb vitin 1991 ndaj masakrave t\u00eb grek\u00ebve kund\u00ebr \u00e7am\u00ebve nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb kushtuar vemendja e duhur. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm kjo&nbsp; \u00e7\u00ebshtje mori pesh\u00ebn e duhur, duke njoftuar opinionin e gjer\u00eb me pozit\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb \u00e7ame. N\u00eb nderim martirizimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb \u00e7ame, Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, m\u00eb 30 qershor 1994, shpalli 27 qershorin si <em>\u201cDit\u00ebn e Gjenocidit ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb nga shovinizmi grek\u201d<\/em>, duke e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb kalendarin komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebrkujtimor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zgjidhje sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me vendosjen e pluralizmit politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nga viti 1991, ndon\u00ebse jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen \u00e7ame &nbsp;por asnj\u00eb &nbsp;Qeveri e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk ia ka arritur &nbsp;q\u00eb me Greqin\u00eb t\u00eb gjej\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashket, duke mbetur \u00e7\u00ebshtje e pazgjidhur. Sepse \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00e7ame nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm e drejtave e lirive t\u00eb individit, apo t\u00eb pron\u00ebs, por \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje politike e cila k\u00ebrkon zgjidhje sipas standard\u00ebve demokratike nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri numri i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i popullsis\u00eb \u00e7ame \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 250.000 t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri kan\u00eb pronat e tyre duke qen\u00eb trash\u00ebgimtar legal por qeveritar\u00ebt grek refuzojn\u00eb t\u00eb trajtohet kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje, madje nuk lejojn\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7am\u00ebt t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb as si vizitor n\u00eb trojet e tyre st\u00ebrgjyshore. Pavar\u00ebsisht raport\u00ebve&nbsp; politike n\u00eb mes dy vend\u00ebve, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb k\u00ebrkon zgjidhje sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ku Shqip\u00ebria&nbsp; si shteti am\u00eb duhet t\u00eb luaj rolin&nbsp; q\u00eb i takon n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar shqiptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Literatur\u00eb e obliguar jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nx\u00ebnsit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke marr\u00eb parasysh vler\u00ebn shum\u00ebdimensionale t\u00eb k\u00ebtij botimi, mendoj se ai duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb si literatur\u00eb&nbsp; e obliguar &nbsp;&nbsp;jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb shkollat fillore e t\u00eb mesme, p\u00ebr tu njoftuar me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb tashm\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj&nbsp; krahine&nbsp; t\u00eb martirizuar shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krahas paraqitjes tekstuale&nbsp; botimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pasur me shum\u00eb fotografi&nbsp; t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb dhe monumenteve&nbsp; t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs&nbsp; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.
