Nd\u00ebr autor\u00ebt e till\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb Hajro Ulqinaku, i cili &nbsp;opusit krijues i ka bashkangjitur nj\u00eb botim t\u00eb ri q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr nga forma dhe p\u00ebrmbajtja e tij. Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr fotoalbumin q\u00eb &nbsp;i kushtohet Riza Harapit-Shurdha(1922-2003), fotografit t\u00eb par\u00eb profesionist n\u00eb Ulqin<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nga Nail\u00a0 Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e k\u00ebtij botimi, autori p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se ka konsultuar botime t\u00eb ndryshme kushtuar harap\u00ebve(zezak\u00ebve) me vler\u00eb jan\u00eb rrefimet e undivid\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb jetuar e bashk\u00ebpunuar me ta n\u00eb Ulqin. Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt fotografit\u00eb e komunitetit t\u00eb zezak\u00ebve t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi autentike e nj\u00eb kohe t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb qytetin e Ulqinit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb tekstit t\u00eb albumit autori prezanton t\u00eb dh\u00ebna ne lidhje me vendosjen e zezak\u00ebve, q\u00eb n\u00eb Ulqin jan\u00eb quajtur harap\u00eb. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti theksohet p\u00ebr disa familje&nbsp; detare ulqinake(Fici, Shurdha, Shepeteja etj.) t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb lundruar&nbsp; si tregtar\u00eb n\u00eb Adriatik e Mesdhe duke sjellur me vete zezak\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me pas i kan\u00eb sistemuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe n\u00eb familjet e tyre. Me vendosjen e tyre n\u00eb Ulqin, ata kan\u00eb marrur mbiemrat e familjeve ulqinake, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur si d\u00ebshmi e identitetit t\u00eb tyre. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr numrin e zezak\u00ebve n\u00eb Ulqin jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, var\u00ebsisht prej viteve dhe autor\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ulqini si vendbanimi i ri &nbsp;i zezak\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Ulqinit n\u00ebn Perandorin\u00eb Osmane n\u00eb shek.XIV, vendosja e zezak\u00ebve n\u00eb Ulqin ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb dukuri e koh\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa autoriteti i familjeve ulqinake var\u00ebj edhe nga numri i zezak\u00ebve q\u00eb kishin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detar\u00ebt turko-arab\u00eb me vite kan\u00eb grabitur&nbsp; njer\u00ebz nga bregu afrikan dhe i kan\u00eb shitur si rob\u00ebr n\u00eb tregun n\u00eb Ulqin, por edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr tregjet tjera gjithandej Evrop\u00ebs, Azis\u00eb e Afrik\u00ebs. Rob\u00ebrit i kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb nga t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt, por sidomos nga qytetet bregdetare. Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse ky ishte fotografi i par\u00eb profesional n\u00eb Ulqin, nd\u00ebrsa dyqani \u201cPinjeshi\u201d n\u00eb Ran\u00eb ishte simboli i fotografis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet p\u00ebr af\u00ebr gjys\u00ebm shekulli.
