Kjo vep\u00ebr mjesht\u00ebrore trajton nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb diskutuesh\u00ebm, <strong>Roxher Kejsmentin<\/strong>, pionier n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mbrojtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, historia e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore prej koh\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Titulli <strong>\u00cbndrra e Keltit<\/strong> i referohet nj\u00eb poeme epike t\u00eb shkruar nga Roxher Kejsmenti, martiri irlandez, pseudonimit t\u00eb tij dhe \u00ebndrr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Irland\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Kejsmenti ishte figura m\u00eb e shquar dhe m\u00eb intriguese e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb <strong><em>Kryengritjen e Pashk\u00ebve<\/em><\/strong>. Gjat\u00eb tre muajve kritik\u00eb n\u00eb 1916, ai mbajti t\u00eb gjall\u00eb historin\u00eb e rebelimit irlandez. Ai u shpall fajtor p\u00ebr tradhti nga ana e britanik\u00ebve dhe u d\u00ebnua me varje, m\u00eb 29 qershor 1916. Novela tregon dram\u00ebn jet\u00ebsore t\u00eb nj\u00eb personi legjendar: nj\u00eb hero dhe nj\u00eb horr, nj\u00eb tradhtar dhe nj\u00eb liridash\u00ebs, moral dhe amoral, pamja e tij komplekse zbehet dhe rilind pas vdekjes. Kejsmenti ishte nj\u00eb nga evropian\u00ebt e par\u00eb q\u00eb deklaroi tmerret e kolonializmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb dy dekadave t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb Leopoldit II, nga nj\u00ebzet milion\u00eb banor\u00ebt e Shtetit t\u00eb Lir\u00eb t\u00eb Kongos, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn pes\u00eb, ndoshta edhe dhjet\u00eb milion\u00eb u vran\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme \u2013 askush nuk e din me siguri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kejsmenti nxori raportin m\u00eb 1904, ku paraqiti d\u00ebshmi p\u00ebr gjenocidin. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tij diplomatike, Kejsmenti fiton titullin e kalor\u00ebsit nga Anglia. Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebrvoja e Kongos e ndryshoi at\u00eb.
