Koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb opinionit iu prezantua m\u00eb nj\u00eb botim i cili mban titullin E kaluara e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e Arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit, botuar nga Art Clubi n\u00eb vitin 2014.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb ky nj\u00eb botim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb qe dallohet p\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrmbajtja dhe qasja e tij, sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb kritik\u00eb, ndaj nj\u00eb libri me autor Ivan Jovoviq me titull IZ PROSLOSTI DUKLJANSKO-BARSKE NADBISKUPIJE(Nga e kaluara e Arqipeshkvis\u00eb Dokleato-tivarase), botuar n\u00eb Tivar n\u00eb vitin 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse nj\u00eb botim i till\u00eb kishte dhjet\u00eb vite qe kishte dalur n\u00eb qarkullim, jemi d\u00ebshmitar se ka munguar reagimi kritik, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb v\u00ebshtrimi apo recensioni nga autor t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm shqiptar\u00eb, qofshin ata historian\u00eb, klerik\u00eb apo publicist. Por, po qese ky lib\u00ebr do t\u00eb ishte botuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e monizmit, di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb ka munddur edhe t\u00eb arsyetohet, sepse pak kush ka pasur guxim t\u00eb merret m\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb till\u00eb, sepse pasojat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb evidente p\u00ebr autoret p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. Por, nj\u00eb qendrim i till\u00eb nihilist tash n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohet m\u00eb asgj\u00eb, sepse ekziston liria e t\u00eb shprehurit dhe e t\u00eb shkruarit, ku nuk bejn\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim as \u00e7\u00ebshtjet konfesionale, apo t\u00eb institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb Arqipeshkvia e Tivarit.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht, duke e par\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me v\u00ebshtrim kritik e cila meritonte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje dhe qasje profesionale, ishte Gjok\u00eb Dabaj, i cili u angazhua profesionalisht dhe opinionit i dhuroi nj\u00eb botim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me titull E KALUARA E V\u00cbRTET\u00cb E ARQIPESHKVIS\u00cb S\u00cb TIVARIT.<\/p>\n<p>Duke lexuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr nuk ka dilem\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr admirim angazhimi i autorit, n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eb tem\u00eb interesaante p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e nj\u00eb institucioni t\u00eb klerit katolik q\u00eb ka luajtur nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb ket\u00eb mjedis. Por, them pa hezitim se autori kishte guxim intelektual t\u00eb merrej me nj\u00eb tem\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb e cila kryesisht iu takon klerik\u00ebve apo historian\u00ebve sepse jan\u00eb m\u00eb kompetent p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla. Por Gjok\u00eb Dabaj, duke qen\u00eb intelektual i guximsh\u00ebm b\u00ebri nj\u00eb avancim personal dhe moral duke trajtuar nj\u00eb tem\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar n\u00eb diakroni dhe sinkroni deri m\u00eb tash nga asnj\u00eb autor shqiptar. Ky botim m\u00eb vler\u00eb paraqet nj\u00eb polemik\u00eb, apo m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj autorit I.Jovoviq, i cili e ka botuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe n\u00eb vitin 2004.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e k\u00ebtij botimi autori e ka trajtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje duke u bazuar n\u00eb literatur\u00eb profesionale, botimet publicistike por edhe kujtesen popullore, duke qen\u00eb autokton nga ky mjedis i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit. Pra, autori me ket\u00eb mjedis \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb emocionale, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e bot\u00ebs shiprt\u00ebrore katolike e cila i ka sfiduar rrethanat e koh\u00ebs, duke mbetur i vetmi institucion katolik n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs profesionale autori nuk ka mbetur rob i referencave dhe burimeve t\u00eb ndryshme shkencore t\u00eb cilat i ka p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr por ai i analizon dhe komenton ato n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb analitike, duke sjell\u00eb p\u00ebrfundime logjike dhe t\u00eb argumentuara. Esht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht analiza e autorit e cila demaskon autorin Jovoviq, duke ndri\u00e7uar pa paragjykime t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e Arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit, dhe rolin qe ajo ka pasur n\u00eb te kaluar\u00ebn e deri n\u00eb ditet tona p\u00ebr popullat\u00ebn vendore shqiptare t\u00eb konfesionit katolik, n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n<p>Gjok\u00eb Dabaj cek\u00ebn qart\u00eb se dekompozimi i Siujdhes\u00ebs Ilirike meqe m\u00eb von\u00eb quhet m\u00eb emrin e q\u00eb e mban edhe sot-Ballkan, fillon me pushtimin nga ana e Perandori\u00ebs romake, por moment kritik paraqet shek . VII, kur perandori i Bizantit Irakliu, me dekret perandorak lejoj vendosjen e sllaveve n\u00eb Iliri. Autori jep t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn nj\u00ebmij\u00ebvje\u00e7are t\u00eb Arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit nga koha e themelimit t\u00eb saj 1089 e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona, madje duke paraqitur edhe regjistrin e arqipeshkve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer k\u00ebtu. Nd\u00ebrsa dekompozimi i fundit dhe m\u00eb tragjik \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1878, ku n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb vendimeve t\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb Berlin it, Tivari dhe rrethina i jepen Malit t\u00eb Zi, dhe nga ajo koh\u00eb kemi shkeputjen e Arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit nga Shkodra. Ishte ky nj\u00eb veprim politik i koh\u00ebs, duke anashkaluar faktin se kisha katolike \u00ebsht\u00eb ekumenike, e cila nuk mund t\u00eb parcializohet n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb kufijve politik t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb ndryshme. Por, nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb u legjitimua me 13.3.1886, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb Konkordatit t\u00eb Vatikanit me Malin e Zi, qe paraqet nj\u00eb akt t\u00eb turpsh\u00ebm diplomatik, nga del n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente politizimi i fes\u00eb p\u00ebr qellime politike. Autori, \u00ebsht\u00eb kritik, p\u00ebr k\u00ebto veprime absurde t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb pasur pasoja n\u00eb vitet n\u00eb[ vijim p\u00ebr arqipeskvin\u00eb dhe popullat\u00ebn e konfesionit katolik n\u00eb ket\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n<p>E dh\u00ebna se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb lejuar mbajtja e mesh\u00ebs n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, si pjes\u00eb d\u00ebrmuese e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb konfesionit katolik n\u00eb ket\u00eb arqipeshkvi e d\u00ebshmon m\u00eb s\u00eb miri nj\u00eb konstatim t\u00eb till\u00eb. Nj\u00eb gjendje vazhdon edhe sot n\u00eb sistemin pluralist, gjoja t\u00eb barazis\u00eb qytetare dhe nacionale, nga del qart\u00eb, politika asimiluese dhe sllavizuese ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb katolike n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. Andaj, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb konstaton autori, se nj\u00eb politik\u00eb e till\u00eb ka ndikuar qe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruar i shqiptar\u00ebve katolik\u00eb t\u00eb deklarohen n\u00eb aspektin komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb malazez apo kroat, duke mohuar ate shqiptare qe jan\u00eb rreth 90% t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj aeqipeshkvie, qe \u00ebsht\u00eb rast p\u00ebr hulumtim dhe apsurd i p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjok\u00eb Dabaj, k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr nuk e shkruan m\u00eb subjektiviz\u00ebm apo me qellim p\u00ebr t\u00eb fyer autorin Jovoviq, por e kund\u00ebrta, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i matur dhe me kujdes prezanton pik\u00ebpamjet e tia me argumente, duke hjedhur posht\u00eb tezat e Jovoviqit t\u00eb cilat nuk p\u00ebrkojn\u00eb me realitetin etnik e demografik n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs gravituese t\u00eb Arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit. Madje autori Dabaj cek\u00ebn qart\u00eb se duhet ndar\u00eb qartas s\u00eb \u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb historikisht e pranueshme dhe \u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb prodhimi i fantazis\u00eb krijuese apo letrare. Dabaj po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb dhe kategorik kur ceken se ilir\u00ebt pasi ran\u00eb n\u00ebn sundimin romak, mbeten ata qe ishin por n\u00ebn pushtetin e nj\u00eb perandorie. Pra, popullsia romane ishin ilir\u00ebt edhe pse ka pasur administrator, zejtar\u00eb, tregtar\u00eb e qeveritar\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, sidomos n\u00eb qytetet bregdetare t\u00eb Iliris\u00eb, por popullsia dominuese ishte ilire, nd\u00ebrsa sllavet jan\u00eb vendosur von\u00eb si ardhacak n\u00eb krahinat e ndryshme t\u00eb Iliris\u00eb, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb simbioz\u00eb me popullsin\u00eb autokone-ilire, q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri d\u00ebshohet pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Pra e meta par\u00ebsore e botimit t\u00eb I.Jovoviqit cek\u00ebn me t\u00eb drejt Dabaj s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mungesa e trajtimit dhe injorimi i popullsis\u00eb iliro-arb\u00ebrore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis gjeografik.<br \/>\nSi m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe tash p\u00ebr libra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm kemi pasur rast t\u00eb lexojm\u00eb, v\u00ebshtrime apo recensione nga disa faqe, por jo sikurse kemi ket\u00eb rast ku ndaj nj\u00eb libri shkruhet nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr. \u00cbsht\u00eb ky nj\u00eb rast i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe ky lib\u00ebr polemizues \u00ebsht\u00eb unikat dhe si e till\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, me duhet t\u00eb them edhe nj\u00eb faktor tjet\u00ebr qe ka qen\u00eb motiv i reagimit t\u00eb till\u00eb polimezues.\u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht largimi i tij nga vendlindja n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb re pa e par\u00eb ate p\u00ebr rreth tridhjet vite(1962-1991). Ndon\u00ebse ka jetuar larg saj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, vendlindjen e kishte n\u00eb zem\u00ebr.
