K\u00ebshtu ngjet edhe me zhvillimin e arsimit shqip n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Ulqinit e t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Me gjith\u00eb situat\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb, mungesat e pengesat n\u00eb rrethanat e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, nga synime e q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb ndryshme, n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1941-42 nga Ministria e Arsimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, u vendos q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb krahinat me popullsi shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb Maqedoni e n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi 400 m\u00ebsues p\u00ebr hapje shkollash fillore e t\u00eb mesme, 200 nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin m\u00ebsues t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb shkollat pedagogjike. Veprimtaria arsimore e k\u00ebtyre m\u00ebsuesve u zhvillua n\u00eb k\u00ebto drejtime: S\u00eb pari, n\u00eb shkollat e rregullta; s\u00eb dyti, n\u00eb kurset e para t\u00eb shqipes ose n\u00eb kurset verore; s\u00eb treti, n\u00eb kurset e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb dor\u00ebs; s\u00eb kat\u00ebrti, n\u00eb kurset kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit; s\u00eb pesti \u00e7do periudh\u00eb ka ve\u00e7orit\u00eb dalluese dhe p\u00ebrmbledh kontributin e vet n\u00eb, n\u00eb kurset e grave. N\u00eb vitin shkollor 1941-42 Jahja Domnori , m\u00ebsues i p\u00ebrgatitur nga ana shkencore, kulturore e profesionale, nga Shkodra u em\u00ebrua drejtor i shkoll\u00ebs fillore t\u00eb Ulqinit dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkollat q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb komuna e Ulqinit, si Shtoj, Dars\u00eb, Pistull, Selc, Pe\u00e7uric\u00eb, Goran\u00eb, Kosiq, Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00eb e Sukobin\u00eb. Puna organizative, pedagogjike e propagandistike e drejtorit dhe e m\u00ebsuesve dha rezultate t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme. Kjo v\u00ebrtetohet nga pasqyra e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave fillore p\u00ebr vitin 1941-42 n\u00eb komunat e Qendr\u00ebs, M\u00ebrkotit, Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00ebs, Kraj\u00ebs e Tuzit ku rezultojn\u00eb 14 shkolla me 1809 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe me 30 m\u00ebsues. N\u00eb k\u00ebto shkolla arsimoheshin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e 65 fshatrave. N\u00eb burime t\u00eb ndryshme rezulton se n\u00eb shkollat fillore kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer k\u00ebta m\u00ebsues: N\u00eb Ulqin: Jahja Domnori, Zef Tarnaku, Angjelina Pistulli, Xhemal Lop\u00e7i, Hasan Brahimi, Mina Nikoll\u00eb Gega, Ganije Ba\u00e7i e Zekije Golemi; n\u00eb Pe\u00e7uric\u00eb: Luigj Shkjezi e Viktor Ki\u00e7i; n\u00eb Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00eb: Prenk\u00eb Jakova e Prek\u00eb Shiroka; n\u00eb Sukobin\u00eb: Shuk Shllaku; n\u00eb Kosiq: Ramadan Milla; n\u00eb Ostros: Gaqo Pisha e Nuk Ku\u00e7i; n\u00eb Martiq: Ilija Xhavara; n\u00eb Muriq: Qazim Kraja; n\u00eb Dedaj: Vat\u00eb Gjeloshi. M\u00ebsuesit i kushtonin kujdes t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm realizimit t\u00eb programeve t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, t\u00eb leximit, t\u00eb historis\u00eb e t\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. P\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs amtare ata shfryt\u00ebzuan p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tekstit edhe materiale nga k\u00ebng\u00ebt, legjendat, kall\u00ebzimet, p\u00ebrrallat e pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb folklorit. Paralelisht me m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs u punua edhe p\u00ebr leximin. Puna me p\u00ebrmbajtjen, iden\u00eb, ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e personazheve e bukurit\u00eb artistike t\u00eb copave letrare, ku shpreheshin ndjenjat e past\u00ebrta t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb qytetin e Ulqinit p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shkollave fillore ka funksionuar edhe nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb me drejtim bujq\u00ebsor q\u00eb ka pasur 4 klasa me 64 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt 11 vajza. K\u00ebtu funksiononte gjithashtu nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb dor\u00ebs, ku frekuentonin ato pak vajza q\u00eb kishin mbaruar shkoll\u00ebn fillore dhe q\u00eb kishin d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb fitonin mjeshtrin\u00eb e rrobaqepsis\u00eb. Kurset e para t\u00eb shqipes ose kurset verore funksiononin n\u00eb pushimet verore. Aty m\u00ebsonin t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl e t\u00eb rritur sipas grupmoshave 7-12 vje\u00e7, 13-18 vje\u00e7. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve p\u00ebrgatitej p\u00ebr t&#8217;u futur n\u00eb fillore ose n\u00eb cikle m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar e p\u00ebr t\u00eb lexuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit m\u00ebsonin n\u00eb form\u00ebn e klasave kolektive. M\u00ebsuesit b\u00ebnin pun\u00eb t\u00eb diferencuar. M\u00ebsimi zhvillohej paradreke e pasdreke. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitej kontigjenti i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr klasat e rregullta. Ve\u00e7 kurseve p\u00ebr t\u00eb vegj\u00eblit funksiononin edhe kurset kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat punohej pasdreke ose n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos penguar pun\u00ebt e dit\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kurse ve\u00e7 l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs amtare m\u00ebsohej edhe histori komb\u00ebtare dhe gjeografi e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Kurset kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Ulqinit funksionuan n\u00eb Ulqin, Sal\u00e7, Pe\u00e7uric\u00eb, Goran\u00eb, Ljare e Shestan. Krahas k\u00ebtyre formave t\u00eb shkollimit t\u00eb t\u00eb rriturve kan\u00eb ekzistuar edhe kurset e grave q\u00eb frekuentoheshin nga femrat, t\u00eb cilat nuk i kapte detyrimi shkollor. K\u00ebtu ato m\u00ebsonin shkrim-k\u00ebndim e disa njohuri t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhura t\u00eb historis\u00eb, t\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb e t\u00eb dituris\u00eb s\u00eb natyr\u00ebs t\u00eb bashk\u00ebrenditura me elemente t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb sht\u00ebpiake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00ebsuesit q\u00eb punuan n\u00eb shkollat e ndryshme t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit krahas veprimtaris\u00eb m\u00ebsimore-edukative zhvilluan edhe nj\u00eb veprimtari atdhetare e antifashiste me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, prind\u00ebr e popull. M\u00ebsuesit shqiptar\u00eb (shumica ishin shkodran\u00eb) n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, larg familjeve e vendbanimeve t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb rrethana kritike p\u00ebrballuan v\u00ebshrtir\u00ebsi e sakrifica t\u00eb panumrta vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur arsimin shqip n\u00eb popullsin\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trevave. Ata e ndienin me shum\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi misionin e tyre fisnik, prandaj me p\u00ebrkushtim, me aft\u00ebsi e me entuzias\u00ebm iu p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn thirrjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer detyr\u00ebn e ngarkuar n\u00eb hapjen e shum\u00eb shkollave e kurseve me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb zhduket analfabetizmi. Me pun\u00ebn e tyre lan\u00eb kujtime t\u00eb pashlyera, fituan dashurin\u00eb dhe nderimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, t\u00eb koleg\u00ebve, t\u00eb prin\u00ebrve dhe t\u00eb mbar\u00eb popullat\u00ebs shqiptare. Veprimtaria arsimore, kulturore e atdhetare e k\u00ebtyre m\u00ebsuesve shqiptar\u00eb e vend\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb kapitull t\u00eb ndritur t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb arsimit lokal e komb\u00ebtar, krijoi mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e populli jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb flisnin shqip, por gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00ebs shum\u00eb do t\u00eb shkruanin, do t\u00eb lexonin dhe do t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare, hodhi bazat p\u00ebr zhvillimin e arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare, sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr krijimin e kuadrove t\u00eb ardhshme, t\u00eb inteligjenc\u00ebs s\u00eb re, t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb arsimuar e t\u00eb kulturuar q\u00eb i dhan\u00eb hov zhvillimit t\u00eb gjithansh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje, formimit e forcimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes e t\u00eb identitetit shqiptar, p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta qytetare, komb\u00ebtare e demokratike.
