Hamendjet dhe sorollatjet individuale dhe grupore jan\u00eb pikat q\u00eb i sulmon autori, me t\u00eb vetmin q\u00ebllim t\u00eb gjendet diagnoza p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare sa m\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, sot se nes\u00ebr mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cKoha e mediokr\u00ebve\u201d<\/em>, si titull p\u00ebrmbledh n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tejet t\u00eb logjikshme qasjen e autorit t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhuran\u00eb n\u00eb 46 artikuj, me tema mjaft\u00eb serioze t\u00eb cilat ng\u00ebrthejn\u00eb n\u00eb vete shum\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tejet t\u00eb guximshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara, fakt ky i cili na d\u00ebshmon se ky autor nuk heziton tu rreket temave t\u00eb cilat paraqesin dhe manifestojn\u00eb realitetin e mjeruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi, autori thekson \u201cdomosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndri\u00e7uar vizionin q\u00eb aspirojm\u00eb\u201d. T\u00eb mos sillemi n\u00eb <em>\u201crrethin e mallkimit\u201d<\/em> si n\u00eb legjend\u00ebn shqiptare t\u00eb murimit. T\u00eb vet\u00ebdijesohemi e t\u00eb shporrim vet\u00ebmashtrimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kaq t\u00eb ngushtuar ku gjithsecili e njeh gjithsecilin. Alkimia e politik\u00ebs si e till\u00eb dhe ajo e politik\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, nuk do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishin caqe p\u00ebr standarde \u00e7orodit\u00ebse q\u00eb me nj\u00eb t\u00eb prekur me thup\u00ebr, t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb pasuri personale apo grupore t\u00eb mediokreve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vij\u00eb u shmang\u00ebn, u margjinalizuan apo u haruan krejt\u00ebsisht vlerat e mir\u00ebfillta n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha fushat e jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Libri i Z. Nail Drag\u00ebs, i titulluar <em>\u201cKoha e mediokr\u00ebve\u201d<\/em>, jo rast\u00ebsisht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur n\u00eb k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr autori i jep form\u00eb m\u00eb se reale dhe precize mu k\u00ebtyre fakteve t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebri e neveritshme dhe monotone, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne nuk duam&nbsp; ta kemi&nbsp; p\u00ebrreth nesh, por ajo imponohet dhe b\u00ebhet e patjet\u00ebrsueshme. Autori n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr m\u00ebton t\u00eb na tregoj\u00eb se n\u00eb n\u00eb epok\u00ebn ton\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore, politike e kulturore n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn po kalojm\u00eb, jeta e p\u00ebrditshme frymon me nj\u00eb adhurim dhe me nj\u00eb ushtrim t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb karaktereve t\u00eb ndryshme njer\u00ebzore, profesionale e mendore. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr defektet e karakterit q\u00eb po e p\u00ebrcjellin njeriun e dit\u00ebve tona \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mediokriteti i cili perceptohet si nj\u00eb defekt i mendjes, si nj\u00eb harlisje e disa njer\u00ebzve tan\u00eb. Madje edhe si nj\u00eb lloj s\u00ebmundje e pash\u00ebrueshme q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb terapi shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr autorin njeriu mediok\u00ebr, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim i jet\u00ebs son\u00eb e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e st\u00ebrmbushur me p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsime dhe dukuri negative nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet. Gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb rrethi dhe populli nuk denjon t\u2019i japi hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn q\u00eb ai t\u00eb ngrit\u00ebt mbi njer\u00ebzit e merituar, intelektual\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet, krijuesit e \u00e7do l\u00ebmi. T\u00eb till\u00eb jan\u00eb dukur t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe fushatat e partive politike ku elektorati ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kurthet e verb\u00ebta t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me paraqitjen e tyre kan\u00eb pasur pamje engj\u00eblli e p\u00ebrmbajtje mediokri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nail Draga n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, m\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin nga artikujt, trajton edhe dukurin\u00eb e \u00e7ekuilibrimit si strategji q\u00eb ka \u00e7orientuar veprimin e politik\u00ebs shqiptare k\u00ebtu nd\u00ebr ne. Kjo, thot\u00eb autori, ka qen\u00eb dhe mbase vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb, do t\u00eb shtoja un\u00eb, metoda m\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar me djall\u00ebzi \u00e7do gj\u00eb t\u00eb ngritur me mund e sakrific\u00eb. Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs shqiptar\u00ebt dhe politika e tyre, thot\u00eb autori, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar nga vetvetja u<em> \u201cstrehuan n\u00eb kalan\u00eb e lakmis\u00eb (p\u00ebr pushtet e privilegje) dhe vet\u00ebp\u00eblqimit<\/em>\u201d narcisoid them un\u00eb. Kjo lakmi, kjo \u00ebndje, do t\u00eb brej\u00eb substanc\u00ebn e e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi por edhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb shmangia, largimi dhe ikja e t\u00eb rinjve q\u00eb nuk pajtoheshin me politik\u00ebn e partizuar, pun\u00ebsimet me libreza partiake, e q\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019i b\u00ebnin rezistenc\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb pakompromis, sidomos mes llojit. Ky fenomen do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb zbraz\u00ebti profesionale e m\u00eb pastaj edhe hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr injoranc\u00ebn dhe mediokritetin me plot t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm dhe injorant. Andaj, kjo politik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e rras\u00ebt me mashtrime, nd\u00ebrskamsa, truqe e veprime lakmitare t\u00eb pista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tuf\u00eb tekstesh t\u00eb shkruara me guxim, t\u00eb ngjeshura me mjeshtri, lexuesi i v\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm e i kujdessh\u00ebm, duke lexuar do t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb kurthet dhe pusit\u00eb q\u00eb ngrehen n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore e politike, e ve\u00e7mas te kjo nd\u00ebr ne q\u00eb autori do ta em\u00ebrtoj\u00eb <em>\u201cpolitik\u00eb anarkike, \u201cpolitik\u00eb e padefinuar\u201d, \u201cpolitik\u00eb biznesi\u201d, \u201cpolitik\u00eb lypsare\u201d&#8230;<\/em>nd\u00ebrkaq un\u00eb do t\u00eb shtoja em\u00ebrtimet: <em>politik\u00eb servilizmi e politik\u00eb vazalizmi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Injoranca, diletantizmi, ambiciet e s\u00ebmura dhe epitete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre, Draga do t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb n\u00eb shtrirjen e t\u00ebr\u00ebsishme t\u00eb teksteve t\u00eb librit p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb p\u00ebrfundime logjik\u00eb-plota sesi operohej indi komb\u00ebtar pa anestezion, meq\u00eb gjendja jon\u00eb ishte si n\u00eb hipnoz\u00eb. <em>\u201cMendjet e rob\u00ebruara\u201d <\/em>q\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00eb u fut\u00ebn kinse p\u00ebr ta <em>\u201cshp\u00ebtuar kombin\u201d,<\/em> deklarata k\u00ebto q\u00eb b\u00ebheshin p\u00ebrpara elektoratit shqiptar e ve\u00e7mas p\u00ebrpara nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve, si dhe mentaliteti anarkik me shum\u00eb gabime e faje, kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se kjo shtur\u00eb trumacak\u00ebsh politik\u00eb, ky zhgan kusar\u00ebsh e intelektual\u00ebsh laraman\u00eb <em>\u201cpa dhembje e fundos\u00ebn \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr autorin politik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb jeta. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, politika me nj\u00eb energji negative n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rreth kohor t\u00eb tranzicionit p\u00ebrfshiu \u00e7do pore t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. M\u00eb s\u00eb keqi e p\u00ebsoi kultura komb\u00ebtare, e cila&nbsp; me mendjeleht\u00ebsi t\u00eb vrazhd\u00ebt u kuptua si <em>\u201ck\u00ebng\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebndohet me dy-tre akorde\u201d.<\/em> N\u00eb munges\u00eb e pamund\u00ebsi t\u00eb dijes e t\u00eb guximit, n\u00eb sken\u00eb zhagun e mbajt\u00ebn <em>\u201cmediokr\u00ebt\u201d, \u201cservil\u00ebt\u201d, \u201cinjorant\u00ebt\u201d<\/em> me mb\u00ebshtetjen dhe p\u00ebrkrahjen e manipuluesve t\u00eb strukur n\u00eb limere hajdut\u00ebsh, rrini t\u00eb tulatur n\u00ebp\u00ebr strofka grupesh e grupimesh. Dhe, nga veprime t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla t\u00eb padenj\u00ebG, u lind\u00ebn demagog\u00ebt q\u00eb vun\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik mir\u00ebqenien shoq\u00ebrore. Prandaj, ky tufan i furish\u00ebm i p\u00ebrgaditur q\u00eb moti dhe i ndihmuar nga vetvetja solli dukurin\u00eb e akulturimit, nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrlarje truri me pasoja t\u00eb pariparueshme q\u00eb ende, sot, nuk ia shohim shenjat e k\u00ebndelljes. Dhe n\u00ebse nuk angazhohemi e nuk b\u00ebhet luft\u00eb p\u00ebr demokraci sa m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb popullit, asgj\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb kuptim. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, angazhimet dhe veprimet pa p\u00ebrmbajtje, me folkloriz\u00ebm t\u00eb that\u00eb e optimiz\u00ebm t\u00eb rrem\u00eb, nuk paraqesin asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, ve\u00e7se ambicie t\u00eb s\u00ebmura, kot\u00ebsi, me t\u00eb vetmin q\u00ebllim d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe dalldin\u00eb p\u00ebr pushtet. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb politikat e err\u00ebta t\u00eb mbetura n\u00eb labirint, e t\u00eb cilat me guxim i gozhdon autori i librit dhe prej nga kuptojm\u00eb se nomenklatura udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse politike shqiptare e k\u00ebsaj periudhe u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb personazhe qe me koh\u00eb i p\u00ebrbuznin qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb n\u00eb fund vlen\u00eb t\u00eb theksohet se shkrimet q\u00eb i ofrohen lexuesit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb autorit Draga, jan\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje e shk\u00eblqyeshme q\u00eb pasqyrojn\u00eb situat\u00ebn politike e kulturore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, por edhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr trajtohen ngjarje dhe paraqiten ide, ku jan\u00eb analizuar mir\u00eb konceptet e shqiptar\u00ebve, paraqitet ecuria p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen dhe sukseset e pritshme t\u00eb popullit shqiptar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjuha me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar kjo p\u00ebrmbledhje, pra ky lib\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb e past\u00ebr, me sintaks\u00eb t\u00eb krehur mir\u00eb, me nj\u00eb leksik\u00eb t\u00eb pasur, elemente k\u00ebto t\u00eb cilat edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb e shtojn\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij libri.
