Duke e pasur parasysh\u00eb q\u00eb jemi n\u00eb prag t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb dhe prones (Censusit) i cili pritet t\u00eb mbahet nga data 1 deri me 15 n\u00ebntor 2023, procesi i cili p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Malin e Zi ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb sidomos p\u00ebr ruajtjen e identitetit komb\u00ebtar, kulturor dhe gjuh\u00ebs am\u00ebtare po ashtu edhe p\u00ebr ruajtjen e valorizimin e pronave tona shekullore.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke e ditur q\u00eb ky proces zhvillohet \u00e7do 10 vite, p\u00ebr ne Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Malin e Zi paraqet r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, sepse disa ligje n\u00eb fuqi i referohen p\u00ebrqindjes s\u00eb popullat\u00ebs e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti Ligjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me t\u00eb drejtat e pakicave komb\u00ebtare, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb; Ligji p\u00ebr perdorimim zyrtar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, Ligji p\u00ebr simbolet e pakicave komb\u00ebtare, Ligji zgjedhor, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi proporcional n\u00eb institucionet publike, si dhe disa ligje t\u00eb cilat trajtojn\u00eb politikat e ndryshme shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me investimet publike dhe zhvillimin ekonomik, t\u00eb cilat paraqesin r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ruajtjen e identitetit kulturor e komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Malin e Zi.<br>Me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb qasjes sa m\u00eb efektive rreth k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve, K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar ka mbajtur k\u00ebt\u00eb takim konsultativ me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit politik e intelektual, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyre q\u00eb t\u00eb koordinojm\u00eb veprimet n\u00eb prag t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb regjistrimit (Censusit).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qendrimi i shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve n\u00eb takim ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb procesi i regjistrimit t\u00eb popull\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb shtyhet, deri n\u00eb krijimin e kushteve m\u00eb te mira administrativo-juridike si dhe parakushteve teknike q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me transparencen e vendimeve gjat\u00eb punimit t\u00eb akteve ligjore e n\u00ebnligjore, si dhe t\u00eb formular\u00ebve dhe rregullor\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme, gjat\u00eb hartimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave nuk ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb asnj\u00eb pjestar i popullit shqiptar.&nbsp;N\u00eb takim gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb propozuar q\u00eb n\u00eb Komisionin p\u00ebr perpunimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe informatave, t\u00eb ket\u00eb dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjithashtu nga ky takim ju b\u00ebjm\u00eb apel t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Malin e Zi q\u00eb me rastin e realizimit t\u00eb regjistrimit t\u00eb popull\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe pron\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb proces dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb deklarohen p\u00ebr identitetin e vet komb\u00ebtar dhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe si gjuh\u00eb am\u00ebtare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thirje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nga ky takim shkon p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht ndodhen jasht\u00eb vendit por q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e Malit t\u00eb Zi, q\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces dhe t\u00eb regjistrohen, sepse rezultatet e regjistrimit paraqesin r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi vitale nga t\u00eb cilat varen interesat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Malin e Zi.<br>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb rend\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb deklarohemi q\u00eb jemi shqiptar\u00eb dhe gjuh\u00eb am\u00ebtare kemi gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ju ftojm\u00eb q\u00eb me krenari t\u00eb deklaroni p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe gjuh\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Me iniciativen e K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Malin e Zi, dje n\u00eb Podgoric\u00eb u mbajt nj\u00eb takim me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues politik shqiptar n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.
