Procesi i shpopullimit, apo i spastrimit etnik t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trevave \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i cili ka filluar q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur viset shqiptare u aneksuan nga Mali i Zi me vendimet e Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit n\u00eb vitin 1878 dhe t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Londr\u00ebs me 1913 dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo tjet\u00ebr vazhdon edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00ebnyrat e arritjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmes ushtrimit t\u00eb presionit ekonomik ndaj popullsis\u00eb vendase shqiptare n\u00eb shp\u00ebrnguljen e tyre. Ky lloj presioni manifestohet jo vet\u00ebm duke mos investuar n\u00eb trevat shqiptare, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht si n\u00eb rastin dhe shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb, duke iu marr\u00eb edhe djers\u00ebn e mundin e pun\u00ebs dhe duke iu hequr \u2018kafshat\u00ebn e goj\u00ebs\u2019 banor\u00ebve pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj treve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb ashtuquajtur t\u00eb sistemit demokratik n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, pra q\u00eb nga viti 1990 e k\u00ebndej, shembuj si ky i Kraj\u00ebs ka shum\u00eb si n\u00eb Ulqin, An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit, Mal\u00ebsi, Plav\u00eb-Guci e Rozhaj\u00eb, ku vendimet e qeverive t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Malit Zi kan\u00eb kan\u00eb l\u00ebn pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda e shkat\u00ebrruese n\u00eb ekonomit\u00eb, ashtu t\u00eb brishta, t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre vendbanimeve shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vet\u00eb statistikat e Malit t\u00eb Zi d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se trevat ku shqiptar\u00ebt jetojn\u00eb me shumic\u00eb, jan\u00eb trevat m\u00eb t\u00eb pazhvilluara, jan\u00eb trevat ku investohet shum\u00eb pak apo aspak, jan\u00eb trevat ku p\u00ebrqindja e papun\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e lart, jan\u00eb trevat ku ( p\u00ebr ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt punojn\u00eb) kan\u00eb pagat m\u00eb t\u00eb ulta mujore dhe si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre rrethanave, k\u00ebto treva kan\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb emigrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti kthehemi Kraj\u00ebs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kur shikohet p\u00ebrqindja e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Tivarit jan\u00eb parasysh shifrat e vendbanimit t\u00eb Kraj\u00ebs, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb administrative e k\u00ebsaj komune.P\u00ebrqindja e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Tivarit,p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Kraj\u00ebs,brenda nj\u00eb periudhe 20 vje\u00e7are, ka p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 6.4% .
