M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit&nbsp; dikur \u201c edukonin\u201d me dhun\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, nd\u00ebrsa sot&nbsp; ushtrohet dhun\u00eb &nbsp;edhe ndaj m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve. &nbsp;Nj\u00eb anket\u00eb mbi dhun\u00ebn ndaj m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve , n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb 1.300 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs &nbsp;t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Sindikata e Arsimit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi p\u00ebrfundoi me rezultate&nbsp; shqet\u00ebsuese. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebraf\u00ebrsisht &nbsp;nj\u00eb e kat\u00ebrta e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk ndjehen t\u00eb sigurt n\u00eb vendin e tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke i prezantuar rezultatet e&nbsp; sondazhit t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit&nbsp; t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi &nbsp;psikologia Zorica Miniq nga Qendra e Provimeve t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb , theksoi se pothuajse nj\u00eb e kat\u00ebrta e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk ndjehen t\u00eb sigurt n\u00eb vendin e tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe ndjenja e siguris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl sa m\u00eb i madh t\u00eb jet\u00eb numri i shkollave. \u201cKur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr dhun\u00ebn nga ana e menaxhmentit t\u00eb institucionit, m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve u&nbsp; k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb detyra q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrimin e tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Toni ngrihet rrall\u00eb n\u00eb institucionet parashkollore. N\u00eb shkollat \u200b\u200bm\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, rreth 40 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb anketuarve kishin p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e presionit t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur not\u00ebn. Kjo lloj dhune \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e zakonshme n\u00eb shkollat \u200b\u200be mesme dhe pothuajse \u00e7do punonj\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr e ka p\u00ebrjetuar at\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frik\u00ebsimi dhe presioni p\u00ebr rritjen e not\u00ebs <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb shkollat \u200b\u200bme mbi 500 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs ka duksh\u00ebm m\u00eb shum\u00eb presion nga prind\u00ebrit me synim rritjen e notave. M\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb anketuar kan\u00eb ndjer\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj presioni. Presionet m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta p\u00ebr rritjen e not\u00ebs ushtrohen nga prind\u00ebrit e shkollave fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme. Ngritja e z\u00ebrit, t\u00eb b\u00ebrtiturat dhe frik\u00ebsimi jan\u00eb gjithashtu forma t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs nga prind\u00ebrit q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme n\u00eb shkollat \u200b\u200be m\u00ebdha dhe fillore (rreth 30 p\u00ebrqind e m\u00ebsuesve e kan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit &nbsp;t\u00eb marrin statusin zyrtar<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryetari i Sindikat\u00ebs s\u00eb Arsimit, Radomir Bozhoviq, ka paralajm\u00ebruar se n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e ardhshme do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb &nbsp;q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit e arsimit t\u00eb marrin statusin zyrtar derisa jan\u00eb duke punuar n\u00eb institucion. Ata gjithashtu do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb prind\u00ebrit t\u00eb ken\u00eb sanksione m\u00eb t\u00eb rrepta (financiare &nbsp;ose t\u00eb tjera) n\u00eb rast se f\u00ebmija i tyre kryen nj\u00eb sulm fizik ndaj punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb nj\u00eb institucioni arsimor. Ata propozojn\u00eb, si\u00e7 tha Bozhoviq, p\u00ebrshpejtimin e projektit me roje n\u00eb shkolla, si dhe p\u00ebrforcimin e bashk\u00ebpunimit me prind\u00ebrit p\u00ebrmes sh\u00ebrbimeve psikologjike dhe pedagogjike n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb programit p\u00ebr parandalimin e dhun\u00ebs. Bozhoviq theksoi se gjendja aktuale n\u00eb shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb e till\u00eb q\u00eb pedagog\u00ebt dhe psikolog\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb st\u00ebrngarkuar me pun\u00eb q\u00eb i largon nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, gjegj\u00ebsisht u jan\u00eb ngarkuar detyra, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave ata kan\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb pak koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u marr\u00eb me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe me parandalimin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shmangia e situatave t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sindikata do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb &nbsp;rritjen e numrit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve profesional\u00eb n\u00eb shkolla, si dhe&nbsp; forcimin e bashk\u00ebpunimit me qendrat p\u00ebr pun\u00eb sociale, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb reduktimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs ndaj m\u00ebsuesve n\u00eb shkolla. \u201cNe gjithashtu do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb &nbsp;q\u00eb presioni i administrat\u00ebs, prind\u00ebrve dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve ndaj m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve &nbsp;n\u00eb lidhje me vler\u00ebsimin t\u00eb trajtohet si form\u00eb e dhun\u00ebs ndaj m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve \u201d, tha Bozhoviq. Ai u shpreh &nbsp;se ka keqp\u00ebrdorime t\u00eb shpeshta n\u00eb seancat e k\u00ebshillave t\u00eb dikastereve, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat marrin pjes\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb administratave, edhe pse nuk duhet. Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto situata kur u b\u00ebhet presion koleg\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Si nj\u00eb nga shembujt ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb Podgoric\u00eb, e k\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb, pohoi &nbsp;ai, n\u00eb t\u00eb tjerat, n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb vjet, asnj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb nuk ka p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur klas\u00ebn. Bozhoviq n\u00ebnvizoi &nbsp;se sindikata propozon t\u00eb vendosen protokolle q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si prind\u00ebrit mund t\u00eb komunikojn\u00eb me m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shmangen situatat e pap\u00ebrshtatshme. Ata sugjerojn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb faqet e shkollave t\u00eb publikohen kriteret dhe protokollet p\u00ebr \u00e7do l\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe klas\u00eb p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, si dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhen protokolle t\u00eb qarta t\u00eb veprimeve n\u00eb institucione p\u00ebr rastet e dhun\u00ebs ndaj m\u00ebsuesve.
