P\u00ebr lundrimin apo historikun e lundrimit n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs kemi shum\u00eb pak punime apo studime t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta nga studiuesit shqiptar.Madje, edhe n\u00eb ato punime t\u00eb pakta, p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e liqenit q\u00eb i takon Malit t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebrdorin terminologjin\u00eb sllave. K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrshembull \u201cGazeta Telegraf\u201d n\u00eb rubrik\u00ebn \u201ckultur\u00eb\u201d m\u00eb 20 q\u00ebrshor 2017, autori duke folur p\u00ebr form\u00ebn, madh\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe thell\u00ebsin\u00eb e liqenit shpjegon se \u201cpasi nuk disponojm\u00eb me literatur\u00eb t\u00eb autor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, emrat e ishujve e gadishujve do t\u2019i shkruajm\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, historiografia malazeze lundrimit n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs i ka kushtuar kujdes t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb publikuar shum\u00eb punime shkencore&nbsp; p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebn e liqenit, pa marr\u00eb parasysh se&nbsp; ai takon Malit t\u00eb Zi apo Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Lundrimi para Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lundrimi n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb i vjet\u00ebr sa edhe sa vet liqeni. Ilir\u00ebt, si banor\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb zonave p\u00ebrrreth e rrotul liqenit, lundronin n\u00ebp\u00ebr Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs me mjetet primitive lundruese t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Mbreti ilir Genci p\u00ebr lundrim kishte p\u00ebrdorur mjetet e quajtura \u201clembe\u201d. Edhe Balshajt, me galijet e tyre q\u00eb i blenin n\u00eb Venedik apo Raguz\u00eb, nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb kan\u00eb lundruar n\u00ebp\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb liqen, por nuk ka pasur transport t\u00eb organizuar. Gjat\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Venedikut n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje, po ashtu nuk ka pasur transport t\u00eb organizuar t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe mallrave. Pas r\u00ebnjes s\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Zet\u00ebs (1499) liqeni dhe shfryt\u00ebzimi i tij kaloi n\u00eb duar t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane. Perandoria Osmane, pothuajse&nbsp; liqenin e p\u00ebrdornin p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet ushtarake e shum\u00eb pak p\u00ebr nevojat e transportit p\u00ebr nevojat e banor\u00ebve.N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb lundrimi p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt ishte i v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsuar dhe i rreziksh\u00ebm ngase malazezet&nbsp; vazhdimisht sulmonin avulloret turke q\u00eb qarkullonin n\u00ebp\u00ebr liqen. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sulmeve t\u00eb shpeshta t\u00eb malazez\u00ebve, n\u00eb an\u00ebn e Shestanit dhe Kraj\u00ebs, buz\u00eb liqenit u nd\u00ebrtuan kulla mbrojt\u00ebse, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb jepej kujdestari. Kullat u nd\u00ebrtuan n\u00eb vaun e Gjura\u00e7it, Muriqit, Mu\u00e7iluk\u00ebs, Boboshtit, Sjer\u00e7it, vanit t\u00eb Fikut, Shitarit, Arbneshit dhe Skjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kushtet normale p\u00ebr shfryt\u00ebzimin e liqenin p\u00ebr nevojat ekonomike t\u00eb banoreve u krijuan me n\u00ebnshkrimin e marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr arm\u00ebpushim n\u00eb mes Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1862. Pavle Rovinski konstaton se lundrat q\u00eb princi&nbsp; Nikolla u kishte bler\u00eb 11 v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrive t\u00eb Ceklinjan\u00ebve, sh\u00ebrbenin p\u00ebr transportin e mallrave n\u00eb relacionin Rijeka -Shkod\u00ebr, Sinjac-Shkod\u00ebr dhe Planic\u00eb-Shkod\u00ebr, pasi Shkodra ishte qendra kryesore tregtare e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Veriore dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi.&nbsp; Ky lloj lundrimi ishte i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe merrte shum\u00eb koh\u00eb pasi lundrat l\u00ebvizin me rrema. Megjithate, pasi nevoja p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimin postar ishte e madhe, nj\u00eb lund\u00ebr malazeze&nbsp; gjat\u00eb vitit 1863, \u00e7do t\u00eb shtund\u00eb kryente sh\u00ebrbimin postar dhe transportin e mallrave&nbsp; nga Shkodra p\u00ebr Rijeka nga se i gjith\u00eb furnizimi i familjes princore b\u00ebhej n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.Me paraqitjen e avullor\u00ebve (anije me avull) u krijuan kushtet p\u00ebr zhvillimin e transportit p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime ekonomike. Konsulli malazez n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, P.Pejoviq, m\u00eb 25 janar 1871, i d\u00ebrgon princit Nikolla kushtet dhe tarifat e nj\u00eb vaporri q\u00eb do t\u00eb vinte nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb n\u00eb Rijek\u00eb, por pa p\u00ebrmendur emrin e anijes. M\u00eb 19 shkurt 1872, gazeta \u201cCrnogorac\u201d nr.7,&nbsp; shkruan se nj\u00eb \u201cvaporr\u201d turk kishte operuar n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs. Ky \u201cvaporr\u201d mund t\u00eb ishte anija e par\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime ekonomike lundronte n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs. Tani m\u00eb turqit posedonin disa avullore si \u201cBojana\u201d (1858),&nbsp; \u201cIshkodrah\u201d dhe&nbsp; \u201cPodgorizza\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, banor\u00ebt e Kraj\u00ebs dhe Shirok\u00ebs mjetet lundruese, lundrat dhe sulet,&nbsp; i p\u00ebrdornin pothuajse pa pengesa sepse jeta dhe ekonomia e tyre ishte e lidhur kryesisht me Shkodr\u00ebn e jo me Cetin\u00ebn.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Lundrimi pas Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb Kongresin e Berlinit.1878, Mali i Zi fitoi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e lundrimit n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Lumit Buna si dhe daljes n\u00eb detin Adriatik. Liqeni i Shkodr\u00ebs ishte m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi jetike p\u00ebr Malin e Zi, sepse Shkodra ishe qendra kryesore p\u00ebr furnizimin e malazez\u00ebve me artikuj ushqimor\u00eb dhe industrial\u00eb. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, si n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr po ashtu edhe n\u00eb Cetin\u00eb ishin t\u00eb v\u00ebndosura p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsit\u00eb diplomatike t\u00eb shum\u00eb shteteve sidomos t\u00eb Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha Evropiane.&nbsp; Nisur nga kjo, pa pritur shum\u00eb, Mali i Zi filloi organizimin e&nbsp; lundrimit t\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Rijek\u00ebs .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anija (avullorja) e par\u00eb q\u00eb nisi lundrimin n\u00eb mes Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Rijek\u00ebs ishe \u201cSlavljanin\u201d e cila fillimisht b\u00ebnte bartjen e post\u00ebs diplomatike si dhe t\u00eb delegaacioneve sidomos t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Komisionit p\u00ebr v\u00ebndosjen e kufij\u00ebve n\u00eb&nbsp; mes Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe Shqiperis\u00eb. Kjo avullore punoi deri n\u00eb vitin 1885 kur Mali i Zi bleu n\u00eb Venedik avulloren \u201c\u017dabljak\u201d ex \u201cEraclea\u201d e cila&nbsp; arriti n\u00eb Rijek\u00eb m\u00eb 8 n\u00ebntor 1885. M\u00eb 10 n\u00ebntor 1885 kjo avullore nisi qarkullimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb rregullt\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe mallrave n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs. Sipas orari kjo anije qarkullonte dy her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb n\u00eb relacionin Rijek\u00eb -Vir Pazar-Planic\u00eb-Shkod\u00ebr (bante post\u00ebn) nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb n\u00eb relacionin Rijek\u00eb-Vir Pazar-Planic\u00eb. Kjo avullore punoi deri n\u00eb vitin 1889. N\u00eb vitin 1886, n\u00eb Angli u ble avullorja \u201cDanica\u201d e cila arriti n\u00eb Tivar m\u00eb 22 korrik 1886. N\u00eb vitin 1887 kjo avullore&nbsp; z\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebsoi&nbsp; avulloren \u201c\u017dabljak\u201d po n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin relacion, t\u00eb diel\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn Shkod\u00ebr \u2013Rijek\u00eb dhe \u00e7do t\u00eb mart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shtun\u00eb Rijek\u00eb-Shkod\u00ebr. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb anijet e udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve ndalojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Sjer\u00e7-Kraj\u00eb. Sipas orarit t\u00eb n\u00ebntorit t\u00eb vitit 1886, nisja nga Sjer\u00e7i, t\u00eb dielen ishte n\u00eb 13,45, t\u00eb mart\u00ebn 14,45, t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn 11,45, t\u00eb shtund\u00ebn n\u00eb ora 14,45 nd\u00ebrsa arrinte n\u00eb Sjer\u00e7 t\u00eb diel\u00ebn n\u00eb 11,30, t\u00eb mart\u00ebn n\u00eb 14,15, t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn 11,30 dhe t\u00eb shtun\u00ebn n\u00eb 14,15. Sipas orarit t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit, udh\u00ebtimi nga Shkodra deri n\u00eb Sjer\u00e7&nbsp; zgjaste plot&nbsp; 3 or\u00eb e 30 minuta&nbsp; nd\u00ebrsa deri n\u00eb Viri 4 or\u00eb e 15 minuta. Avullorja \u201cDanica\u201d lundroi n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs deri n\u00eb vitin 1918 kur ushtria austro-hungareze e fundosi n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Vir Pazarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga viti 1902-1905 lundrimi n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs organizohet nga shoqata \u201cThe Anglo-Montenegrin trading company LTD\u201d me seli n\u00eb Podgoric\u00eb. P\u00ebr lundrim n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs kjo shoqat\u00eb p\u00ebrdori anijet \u201cDanica\u201d, \u201cUndine\u201d, \u201cLastavica\u201d \u201cObod\u201d dhe \u201cGaleb\u201d. Duhet p\u00ebrmendur se anijet \u201cLastavica\u201d dhe \u201cObod\u201d u blen nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Post\u00ebs Malazeze, sepse \u201cDanica\u201d shpeshher\u00eb prishej dhe transportimi i post\u00ebs ishte i parregullt.&nbsp; Para se t\u00eb likuidohej kjo shoqat\u00eb p\u00ebr lundrim p\u00ebrdori anijet e marra me qira \u201cPrincipe di Piemonte\u201d, \u201cMafalda\u201d dhe \u201cJolanda\u201d. Nd\u00ebrkaq, prej vitit 1905-1916 lundrimin n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs e organizoi firma italiane \u201c Compagnia di Antivari\u201d (Shoq\u00ebria e Tivarit). Lundrimi me anijet e k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie \u201cAntivari\u201d, \u201cDanica\u201d, \u201cDrin\u201d, \u201cNettuno\u201d, \u201cObod\u201d, \u201cVranjina\u201d, \u201cVir\u201d dhe \u201cOka\u201d b\u00ebhej n\u00eb relacionin&nbsp; Rijek\u00eb-Vir-Pazar dhe Vir Pazar-Planic\u00eb-Shkod\u00ebr, por k\u00ebto avullore m\u00eb nuk ndalonin n\u00eb Sjer\u00e7-Kraj\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb luftrave ballkanike komunikacioni ujor n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs u nd\u00ebrpre. Nd\u00ebrkaq, gjat\u00eb viti 1916-1918, Mali i Zi u okupua nga Austro-Hungaria, e cila i konfiskoi t\u00eb gjitha anijet q\u00eb lundronin n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe i p\u00ebrdorte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet e veta. Pas t\u00ebrheqjes ushtria austro-hungareze t\u00eb gjitha anijet q\u00eb lundronin n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs i fundosi apo i shkatrroi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lundrimin n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs gjat\u00eb viteve 1918-1920 e organizuan francez\u00ebt me anijet e mbetura t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cShoq\u00ebria e Tivarit\u201d, pasi s\u00eb bashku me italian\u00ebt p\u00ebr k\u00ebto vite e mbajt\u00ebn t\u00eb okupuar Lliqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore anijet q\u00eb lundronin n\u00eb relacionin Shkod\u00ebr \u2013 Rijek\u00eb dhe anasjelltas ndalonin edhe n\u00eb Sjer\u00e7-Kraj\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lundrimin n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs nga viti 1920-1923 e organizoi marina ushtarake e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb SKS-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa nga viti 1923-1925 lundrimi b\u00ebh\u00ebj me anijet \u201cSoko\u201d dhe \u201cVila\u201d t\u00eb pronarit Petar Lekiqit nga Vir Pazari. Por k\u00ebto dy anije t\u00eb vogla nuk i plot\u00ebsonin nevojat e transportit n\u00eb linjen Shkod\u00ebr-Rijeka Crnojeviq k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb autoritetet portale e ndaluan lundrimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb relacion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1922 n\u00eb Cetin\u00eb, Banka Serbo-Shqiptare themelon shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb \u201cLundrimi Adriatik-Shkod\u00ebr\u201d me seli n\u00eb Lipovik. Ka disponuar me avulloret \u201cZeta\u201d (ex Liqeni),\u201dSkenderbeg\u201d dhe \u201cBojana\u201d (ex Shkodra) dhe anijet motorike \u201cRumija\u201d dhe \u201cSoko\u201d. K\u00ebto anije nga viti 1922-1928 qarkullonin p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb n\u00eb relacionin Rijeka Crnojeviq-Vir Pazar-Planic\u00eb-Ostros (Sjer\u00e7)-Shkod\u00ebr dhe anasjelltas. Pra p\u00ebrs\u00ebri anijet ndalojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1928 e t\u00ebr\u00eb pasuria e k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie blehet nga Sh.A. \u201cBoka\u201d nga Kotorri e cila vazhdon t\u00eb mbante lundrimin n\u00eb relacionin Rijeka Crnojeviq-Shkod\u00ebr me dy ndalesa n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb, Ostros (sigurisht Sjer\u00e7) dhe Skje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1934, SH.A.\u201dBoka\u201d shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb Sh.A. \u201cZetska Plovidba\u201d. P\u00ebr lundrim n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs p\u00ebrdorte anijet \u201cZeta\u201d, Skenderbeg\u201d, \u201cSoko\u201d, \u201cRumija\u201d, \u201cBudva\u201d dhe dy lundra motorike \u201cSveti Nikola\u201d dhe \u201cSveti Djordje\u201d. P\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb dy anije b\u00ebnin transportimin e pasagjer\u00ebve nd\u00ebrsa lundrat b\u00ebnin transportimin e mallrave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1941-1945, n\u00eb liqen nuk ka pasur komunikacion t\u00eb rregullt t\u00eb njer\u00ebz\u00ebve dhe mallrave.Nga viti 1945-1948 komunikacioni n\u00eb Liqeninn e Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat linje si edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb, por p\u00ebr shkaqe politike n\u00eb vitin 1948 nd\u00ebrpritet linja Rijeka- Crnojeviq-Shkod\u00ebr k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb stacioni fundit ishte Skjeja. N\u00eb vitin 1947 n\u00eb Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs lundrojn\u00eb anijet e sip\u00ebrmarrjes \u201cLovqen\u201d e cila dispononte me anijet \u201cGrahovac\u201d, \u201cMogren\u201d dhe \u201cJeremija\u201d. Sipas Svetozar Razhnatoviqit,&nbsp; n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen edhe dy mole: Muriq dhe Ostros, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb n\u00eb Kraj\u00eb anijet ndalojn\u00eb n\u00eb Muriq, Sjer\u00e7, Ostros dhe Skje. N\u00eb vitin 1957 themelohet sip\u00ebrmarrja \u201cGaleb\u201d me seli n\u00eb Rijeka Crnojeviq. Kjo sip\u00ebrmarrje vazhdon lundrimin me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat anije deri n\u00eb vitin 1960 kur flot\u00ebs s\u00eb saj i shton edhe anijet \u201cVir Pazar\u201d dhe \u201cRijeka Crnojeviq\u201d dhe k\u00ebshtu kushtet e udh\u00ebtimit p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen duksh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e hekurudh\u00ebs dhe rrug\u00ebs automobilistike Tivar-Podgoric\u00eb filloi t\u00eb zvoglohet numri i udhtar\u00ebve dhe sasis\u00eb se mallrave, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb s\u00eb pari u nd\u00ebrpre linja Vir Pazar-Planic\u00eb, por se shpejti edhe linja Rijeka Crnojeviq-Skje.
