Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb trashegimis\u00eb kulturore komb\u00ebtare, duke kontribuar n\u00eb &nbsp;mbrojtj\u00ebn e simboleve komb\u00ebtare nga sulmet e ndryshme antishqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasi t\u00eb lexohet &nbsp;ky botim del qart\u00eb se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb autor idealist ashtu si\u00e7 ishin rilindasit tan\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb tashm\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebn e kombit ton\u00eb. Duke qen\u00eb i vetdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr aktualitetin shqiptar, sidomos p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn pas moniste, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb kritik\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr dukurit\u00eb e ndryshme ne pluraliz\u00ebm, sepse \u00e7do gj\u00eb varet nga angazhimi i strukturave qeveritare n\u00eb nivel lokal e deri t\u00eb ai qendror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, ai mund t\u00eb merret si sh\u00ebmbull p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt si nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuaesit e politik\u00ebs apo t\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore, p\u00ebr qasjen, angazhimin intelektual dhe guximin e d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb prezantimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb &nbsp;identitetit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar, nga Kosova, \u00c7am\u00ebria n\u00eb jug e Plav\u00eb-Gucia, e Mal\u00ebsia n\u00eb veri, duke cekur personalitete t\u00eb njohura q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke lexuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr&nbsp; del qart\u00eb se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb botim shum\u00ebplanesh q\u00eb nxit\u00eb kureshtjen e lexuesve, sepse t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e prezantuara kan\u00eb referenca shkencore nga del se autori ka konsultuar nj\u00eb litaratur\u00eb selektive . N\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar, autori n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb prezanton shqet\u00ebsimin n\u00eb lidhje me em\u00ebrtimet gjeografike, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht toponimet t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb pushtuesve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm kan\u00eb ndryshuar fzionomin dhe p\u00ebrmbajtj\u00ebn e tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt trajton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb vendlindjen e tij e cila quhet historikisht Mal\u00ebsia e Gjakov\u00ebs, e cila si e till\u00eb ishte deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, por m\u00eb pas pushteti i instaluar komunist vendosi t\u00eb em\u00ebrtohet Tropoj\u00eb, qe e ka edhe sot. Ashtu sikurse kemi bashkin\u00eb Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb analoge \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb quhet Mal\u00ebsia e Gjakov\u00ebs, ku i p\u00ebrket popullsis\u00eb vendore t\u00eb inicoj\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb till\u00eb e cila besoj se do t\u00eb mbeshtetet nga pushteti vendor dhe ai qendror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb artikuj t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm na paraqiten t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarj\u00ebn territoriale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e tyre etnogjeografike por edhe tkurrj\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebrave pushtuese t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebve, por edhe t\u00eb vendimeve t\u00eb padrejta kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb konferencat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si n\u00eb Berlin(1878) dhe Lond\u00ebr(1913).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt aspekt&nbsp; autori&nbsp; \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetdijsh\u00ebm n\u00eb intrigat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve&nbsp; kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe&nbsp; kritik &nbsp;p\u00ebr qendrimin inferior t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare ndaj ngjarjeve me pesh\u00eb komb\u00ebtare si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs n\u00eb moniz\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb till\u00eb autori i librit dallohet nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e politik\u00ebs shqiptare si qeveritar apo politikan, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb transparent n\u00eb trajtimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb sidomos n\u00eb lidhje me pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve&nbsp; n\u00eb trojet e tyre jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb londineze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt ai mbeti model duke mos qen\u00eb opurtunist, por me qasje intelektaule dhe i guximsh\u00ebm n\u00eb prezantimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve konkrete, sepse \u00e7\u00ebshtja komb\u00ebtare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb personale, &nbsp;private e partiake por \u00ebsht\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb neve pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb e ngjyrimet politike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt ndihmes\u00ebn duhet&nbsp; ta japin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, e sidomos edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e politik\u00ebs si t\u00eb votuar nga populli, duke qen\u00eb aktiv e jo duke heshtur, sepse pun\u00ebt tona nuk i kryejn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij v\u00ebshtrimi dua t\u00eb theksoj&nbsp; p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb autorit&nbsp; i cili &nbsp;trajton trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore ku me pak fjal\u00eb ia kushton kull\u00ebs s\u00eb bajraktarit t\u00eb Hotit \u00c7un Mul\u00ebs, n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi t\u00eb Madhe, d\u00ebshmon shqet\u00ebsimin intelektual p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb monument t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs q\u00eb ka mbetur n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs, q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohet me asgj\u00eb si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga nj\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjim i till\u00eb autori me t\u00eb drejt&nbsp; pyet se ku jan\u00eb institucionet kulturore shqiptare? Dhe nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim i till\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb apel p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb e jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr tu angazhuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim qe ajo kull\u00eb t\u00eb restaurohet dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebt sht\u00ebpi muze si kudo n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e qytet\u00ebruar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por, ate qe nuk e b\u00ebri shteti p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht &nbsp;qeveria &nbsp;p\u00ebrmes ministris\u00eb s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs &nbsp;apo pushteti vendor n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi t\u00eb Madhe, e b\u00ebn\u00eb&nbsp; qytetar\u00ebt&nbsp; t\u00eb cil\u00ebt inicuan nism\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur fonde p\u00ebr restaurimin e kull\u00ebs s\u00eb bajraktarit.
