Megjithate ky veprim nuk shkonte ashtu si e kishin menduar malazez\u00ebt sepse nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruar i familjeve ulqinake\u00a0 e ruajt\u00ebn mbiemrin e vjet\u00ebr! Mir\u00ebpo n\u00eb vitin 1907\u00a0 disa familje paraqiten t\u00eb regjistruara me mbares\u00ebn sllave si: Selim beg Alibegoviq, Jakup Met Likoviq, Mustafa Manbegoviq, Brahim Bet Tuziq. Nd\u00ebrkaq, me humbjen e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe krijimin e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb SKS-s\u00eb, n\u00eb regjistrat zyrtar\u00eb, pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha familjeve ulqinake\u00a0 n\u00eb mbiemrat e tyre u \u201cqepet\u201d mbaresa sllave \u201ciq\u201d ose \u201cviq\u201d. N\u00eb fshatrat e kapetanis\u00eb s\u00eb Ulqinit, procesi i vendosjes s\u00eb mbares\u00ebs sllave n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptare zgjati nga viti 1882-1907. K\u00ebtu po p\u00ebrmendi rastin e fshatit Gorana, e cila at\u00ebher\u00eb i p\u00ebrkiste kapetanis\u00eb s\u00eb Ulqinit, q\u00eb numronte 21 familje prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve vet\u00ebm 5 ishin regjistruar me mbares\u00ebn sllave: Vu\u00e7iq 3 familje, Isakoviq 1 dhe Kova\u00e7eviq 1, t\u00eb tjerat mbanin mbiemrin Metan, Nikezi, Bileca, Dajak, Kova\u00e7, Gorana. Nd\u00ebrkaq, n\u00eb vitin 1899 t\u00eb gjitha familjet ishin regjistruar me mbares\u00ebn sllave \u201ciq\u201d apo \u201cviq\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arni i qepur sllav n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve jetoi mbi 140 vite, madje pa m\u00ebshir\u00eb po jeton edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, anipse tani m\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt po i pag\u00ebzojn\u00ebfemij\u00ebt e tyre me emra shqiptar si Flamur, Dritan, Agim, Besa, Besarta, Shqipe, Kastriot,&nbsp; Valdrin, Butrint, Shpresa&#8230;. dhe sa keq ting\u00ebllon mbiemri serb apo boshnjak n\u00eb emrat shqiptare si p\u00ebrshembull Flamur Hajdareviq, Shqipe Kova\u00e7eviq, Shpresa Gje\u00e7bitriq, Besarta Lulgjuroviq, Agim Salloviq, etj,etj. Kjo s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se nj\u00eb koklavitje e (pa)q\u00ebllimt n\u00eb trurin e individit q\u00eb aq koh\u00eb nuk po gjen zgjidhje! P\u00ebrndryshe, infrastruktura ligjore p\u00ebr emrin personal n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi&nbsp; i mund\u00ebson \u00e7di individi q\u00eb lirisht e pa shpenzime t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndryshimet e duhura n\u00eb emrin personal, qoft\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimin e emrit apo mbiemrit. Pra, shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi pa asnj\u00eb penges\u00eb mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb n\u00eb mbiemrin e tyre duke e kthyer ate n\u00eb identitet. Shum\u00eb intelektual, sidomos ata q\u00eb u shkolluan n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, qysh n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e shtat\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ishte v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e rrezik p\u00ebr nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb till\u00eb, pat\u00ebn guximin t\u00eb heqin mbares\u00ebn sllave nga mbiemri i tyre. E sot!? Ska asnj\u00eb rrezik apo v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, por mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve vazdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb sllavizuar!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mungesa e intelegjenc\u00ebs intrapersonale (personale dhe kolektive)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Si\u00e7 kemi theksuar nd\u00ebrhyrja n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb norm\u00eb juridike e \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn apo pelqimin e shqiptar\u00ebve. Mbaresa sllave n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve u b\u00eb n\u00eb ato kohra kur nuk funksiononte ligji, kur askush nuk p\u00ebrgjigjej p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb tilla, kur \u00e7do gj\u00eb b\u00ebh\u00ebj sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb princit. Shqiptar\u00ebt ishin pak n\u00eb num\u00ebr, nuk kishin p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre n\u00eb organet legjislative, ekzekutive e as gjyq\u00ebsore. Kund\u00ebrshtimet eventuale paguheshin shum\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb, me rrahje, burgosje&#8230;.. dhe kjo mbase e arsyeton \u201cd\u00ebgjueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d e qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar p\u00ebr mbajtjen e \u201ciq\u201d apo \u201cviq\u201d n\u00eb mbiemrat e tyre. Por, tani m\u00eb kjo frik nuk ekziston e nga ana tjet\u00ebr sot kemi m\u00eb shum\u00eb njohuri, kemi shum\u00eb artikuj e libra q\u00eb shpjegojn\u00eb historikun e mbares\u00ebs sllave n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve. \u00c7do intelegjent, nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, student apo pun\u00ebtor\u00eb, sot mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb njohuri se gjysh\u00ebrit e sidomos st\u00ebrgjysh\u00ebrit tan\u00eb n\u00eb mbiemrat e tyre nuk e kan\u00eb pasur \u201ciq-in\u201d e as \u201cviq-in\u201d. Po ashtu \u00e7do kush prej tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i njoftuar me ligjin dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr heqjen e mbares\u00ebs sllave n\u00eb mbiemrat e tyre. S\u2019ka dyshim, po ashtu, se \u00e7do kush e din se mbiemri sllav Kova\u00e7eviq, Barlloviq,, Stanoviq, Markoviq etj nuk tingullojn\u00eb bukur n\u00eb&nbsp; emrat shqipar si Shqipe, Agime&nbsp; apo Besmir, Liridon etj, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb se ato jan\u00eb sajesa, madje e din\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb malazez\u00ebt, nga nj\u00ebher\u00eb ata ne qeshin sepse p\u00ebrshembull fisi i Savo Kova\u00e7eviqit apo Aleksa Markoviqit nuk kan\u00eb emra si Liridon, Lulzim etj. Mbiemrat sllave n\u00eb emrat e shqiptar\u00ebve mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb vet\u00ebm bastardim i mbiemrave malazeze e kurrsesi p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi! P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, shtrohet pyetja,&nbsp; sa jemi intelegjent apo sa e njohim vetveten?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intelegjenca p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e individit p\u00ebr njohjen e vetvetes dhe e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, q\u00eb lejon p\u00ebrshtatjen me situatat e reja, duke m\u00ebsuar nga p\u00ebrvoja e vet, manipulimin e koncepteve apstrakte, zhvillimin n\u00eb mjedis duke p\u00ebrdorur njohurit e marra p\u00ebr t\u00eb ose zgjidhjen e llojeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb problemeve. Nd\u00ebrkaq, intelegjenca intrapersonale \u00ebsht\u00eb aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur vetveten, p\u00ebr t\u00eb reflektuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar e disiplinuar bot\u00ebn e brendshme t\u00eb qenies son\u00eb individuale dhe hyn\u00eb n\u00eb grupin e intelegjenc\u00ebs sociale.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shkollohen n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb e Tiran\u00eb por mbajn\u00eb mbiemrat me mbares\u00ebn sllave!<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb, pse nuk reflektojm\u00eb n\u00eb zgjidhjen e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje, athue nuk e njohim sa duhet vetveten!?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7uditur, sidomos me rinin\u00eb ton\u00eb t\u00eb shkolluar, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr njohurive q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebr historikun e mbiemrave tan\u00eb e duke ditur se mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve me mbares\u00ebn sllave nuk shprehin prejardhjen ton\u00eb as historin\u00eb por shprehin tendenc\u00ebn malazeze p\u00ebr sllavizimin apo asimilimin e shqiptar\u00ebve. Pse dje, sot apo nes\u00ebr, tani kur m\u00eb nuk ka pengesa, shqiptar\u00ebt ende po i mbajn\u00eb mbiemrat sllav\u00eb! \u00cbsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme, mbase edhe tragjike, q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb po shkollohen n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb apo Prishtin\u00eb po diplomohen me mbiemrin sllav\u00eb. Nuk dua t\u00eb besoj se k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u pun\u00ebsuar me leht\u00eb sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb e pakuptimt\u00eb!&nbsp; Thjesht\u00eb mendoj se kjo reflekton munges\u00ebn e intelegjenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr njohjen e vetvet\u00ebs! Rast\u00ebsisht takova nj\u00eb t\u00eb diplomuar p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Mbiemrin e kishte Kova\u00e7eviq. E pyeta pse nuk e nd\u00ebrron mbiemrin? K\u00ebshtu e ka pasur edhe gjyshi e st\u00ebrgjyshi m\u00eb tha! Jo i thash, gjyshi e sidomos st\u00ebrgjyshi i yt\u00eb e ka pasur mbiemrin Gjurnikaj, duke ia argumentuar m\u00eb nj\u00eb dokument arkivor. U \u00e7udit, por nuk u skuq shum\u00eb, ai sot p\u00ebrseri \u00ebsht\u00eb Kova\u00e7eviq.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mungesa e vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, vet\u00ebdija komb\u00ebtare ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb popullat\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb territor t\u00eb caktuar q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt gjuh\u00ebn, doket dhe zakonet, si dhe traditat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta kulturore dhe zhvillimin historik t\u00eb nj\u00eb etnikumi. Vet\u00ebdija komb\u00ebtare n\u00ebnkupton edhe insistimin permanent t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin zyrtar t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare si simboli kryesor i nj\u00eb kombi dhe i kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00ebp\u00ebr institucionet publike dhe shtet\u00ebrore, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe shembullin personal t\u00eb gatishm\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuuar dhe sakrifikuar p\u00ebr kauz\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po cila \u00ebsht\u00eb sakrifica e intelegjenc\u00ebs ton\u00eb dhe jo vet\u00ebm e atyre p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problematik\u00ebs s\u00eb mbares\u00ebs sllave n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve!? N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e mbares\u00ebs sllave n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi u aktualizua pas Plenumit t\u00eb Brioneve e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pas demonstratave t\u00eb student\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1968.Shum\u00eb student t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs apo t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar q\u00eb kishin m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e hoqen \u201ciq\u201d in apo \u201cviq\u201din&nbsp; nga mbiemrat e tyre dhe p\u00ebrseri mbet\u00ebn gjall\u00eb! N\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore \u201cGjergj Kastrioti-Skenderbeu\u201d n\u00eb Ostros \u2013 Kraj\u00eb (1970) apo n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore n\u00eb Dacaj disa arsimtar n\u00eb regjistrat&nbsp; e klas\u00ebs nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit i regjistruan pa mbares\u00ebn sllave, pa pasur asnj\u00eb dokument zyrtar dhe p\u00ebrseri mbet\u00ebn gjall\u00eb! Nd\u00ebrkaq institucionet shtet\u00ebrore e partiake nuk kontribuan p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, p\u00ebrkundrazi komunist\u00ebt e koh\u00ebs veprimin e heqjes s\u00eb mbares\u00ebs sllave e konsideronin akt armiq\u00ebsor dhe e quanin t\u00eb pakuptimt sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr principeve t\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrim-bashkimit t\u00eb popujve jugosllav. Megjithate, ka pasur tentativa q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e mbiemrave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb rregullohet me akt zyrtar&nbsp; ashtu q\u00eb zyrave t\u00eb gjendjes civile t\u2019u mund\u00ebsohet heqja uniforme e mbares\u00ebs sllave n\u00eb librat am\u00ebz t\u00eb lindjes dhe k\u00ebshtu kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje do t\u00eb zgjidhej nj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb. Kjo zgjidhje ishte propozuar nga shefi i zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb vendit Met Avdiqi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs partiake t\u00eb Lidhjes Komuniste n\u00eb vitin 1970, mbajtur n\u00eb Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00eb, por propozimi i tij mbeti i shurdh\u00ebr dhe nuk u shqyrtua asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb. Pas demonstratave t\u00eb vitit 1981, nj\u00eb propozim i till\u00eb u d\u00ebgjue edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb organizatave shoq\u00ebrore-politike n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Plav\u00ebs por edhe ky propozim u cil\u00ebsua si armiq\u00ebsor. Mbetja n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb e zgjidhjes unike t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtj\u00ebs s\u00eb mbares\u00ebs sllave n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve pati ndikim&nbsp; negativ n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare tek shqiptar\u00ebt. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk punuan sa duhet as partit\u00eb politike shqiptare t\u00eb krijuara pas vitit 1990. Pra \u00e7do gj\u00eb i mbetet individit, nd\u00ebrgjrgj\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Dallimi i mbiemrave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga mbiemrat e malazez\u00ebve, si nj\u00eb simbol i kombit shqiptar, mbetet pjes\u00eb e kauz\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne e sidomos nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e studentet kudo q\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb e studjojn\u00eb, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Prishtin\u00eb, Podgoric\u00eb, Tuz apo Ulqin duhet t\u00eb japin shembullin personal t\u00eb gatishm\u00ebris\u00eb&nbsp; p\u00ebr kthimin e mbiemrave n\u00eb identitet. Duhet t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijesohemi sa m\u00eb par\u00eb, individ, grupe t\u00eb caktuara dhe parti politike, sepse vet\u00ebdija komb\u00ebtare ndihmon zhvillimin e kultur\u00ebs, arsimit dhe zhvillimit ekonomik t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb komb\u00ebsis\u00eb ton\u00eb. Edhe pse mbajtja e \u201ciq\u201dit apo \u201cviq\u201d-t n\u00eb mbiemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve gjason me munges\u00ebn e vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare, sepse ekzistojn\u00eb dispozitat ligjore p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, nuk dua t\u00eb besoj se vet\u00ebdija komb\u00ebtare na mungon!.
