E para \u00ebsht\u00eb roli i tij n\u00eb organizimin e Kuvendit t\u00eb Arbrit(14 janar 1703) dhe e dyta, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb &nbsp;n\u00eb emigrimin dhe vendosj\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve nga krahina e Kraj\u00ebs dhe e Shestanit n\u00eb Zar\u00eb&nbsp; t\u00eb Dalmacis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1726.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr.Nail&nbsp; Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por, ky personalitet&nbsp; i nderuar n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb angazhimit jo vet\u00ebm teologjik ka mbledhur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb i ka shkruar n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn <strong>Relacion i gjendjes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb&nbsp; e Serbis\u00eb(1702-1703)<\/strong> e cila p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e panjohur p\u00ebr opinionin e gjer\u00eb, por n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb angazhimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt n\u00eb mes Institutit Shqiptar n\u00eb St.Gall\u00ebn n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr dhe SHB\u201dFaik Konica\u201dn\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, na vjen e botuar n\u00eb shqip n\u00eb vitin 2022.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb informacionit q\u00eb disponojm\u00eb, Relacioni i ipeshkvit Vincenc Zmajeviqit i vitit 1702\/1703 \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr e tre autor\u00ebve: Vincenc Zmajeviq, Peter Bartl dhe Injac Zamputti. Zmajeviqi e ka shkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb relacion nga vizita apostolike n\u00eb ipeshkvit\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Serbis\u00eb, Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Bullgaris\u00eb m\u00eb 1702\/1703. K\u00ebt\u00eb relacion e ka botuar italisht (versioni i arkivit t\u00eb Vatikanit) Peter Bartl m\u00eb 1979 n\u00eb librin \u201cQuellen und Materialien zur albanischen Geschichte Im 17. Und 18. Jahrhundert\u201c fq. 1-186, p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb me shpjegime e sh\u00ebnime nga vet Bartl-i. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb shqip \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer nga Injac Zamputti m\u00eb 1988, q\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrkthim i pabotuar deri tani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autoritet i koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vincenc Zmajeviqi ka lindur n\u00eb Perast (Mali i Zi i sot\u00ebm) m\u00eb 23. 12. 1670 n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje kroate e njohur n\u00eb historin\u00eb e rajonit dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. &nbsp;Me ndihmen e xhaxhai i tij, Andrija Zmajeviqi,i cili &nbsp;ishte ipeshk\u00ebv i Tivarit (1671- 1694), &nbsp;d\u00ebrgohet n\u00eb \u201cCollegium Urbanum\u201d n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, ku p\u00ebrfundon studimet n\u00eb filozofi e teologji, ku edhe &nbsp;&nbsp;doktoroi m\u00eb 30. 03. 1695. Pas shugurimit meshtarak, m\u00eb 1696 kthehet n\u00eb vendlindje dhe em\u00ebrohet famullitar n\u00eb Perast. M\u00eb 1701 papa Klementi XI e em\u00ebroi ipeshk\u00ebv t\u00eb Tivarit me dekretin: \u201cVicentius Zmajevich, archiep. Antibarensis 8 Iulii 1702 deput. visit. apost. ecclesiarum et missionum prov. Epiri seu Albaniae iuxta decr. S. Congr. Prop. 13 Iun. 1702 emanatum et a S.S. 19 Iun. 1702 approbatum\u201d. Vincenc Zmajeviqi ishte ipeshk\u00ebv i Tivarit deri sa u em\u00ebrua ipeshk\u00ebv i Zar\u00ebs n\u00eb Kroaci, m\u00eb 1713, ku edhe vdiq m\u00eb 11.09.1745.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas em\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tij ipeshk\u00ebv i Tivarit m\u00eb 1701, Papa Klementi XI (Giovanni Francesco Albani) em\u00ebroi Zmajeviqin Vizitator Apostolik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Serbi, Maqedoni e Bullgari, dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vizit\u00eb e filloi n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1702 e q\u00eb zgjati deri n\u00eb shkurt 1703.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasi Zmajeviqi kishte vizituar si i d\u00ebrguar i Vatikanit ipeshkvit\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Maqedoni, Serbi e Bullgari, kishte par\u00eb gjendjen e mjerueshme t\u00eb katolik\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm materiale por edhe organizative, strukturore n\u00ebn Perandorin\u00eb Osmane. Nj\u00eb situate e till\u00eb aspak e favorshme&nbsp; ndikoj &nbsp;q\u00eb &nbsp;ai t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb di\u00e7ka konkrete p\u00ebr Kish\u00ebn Katolike n\u00eb trojet shqiptare. K\u00ebshtu fal\u00eb Zmajeviqit u thirr dhe u organizua &nbsp;Kuvendi i Arbrit i cili u mbajt m\u00eb 14 dhe 15 janar 1703 n\u00eb M\u00ebr\u00e7i n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, ku u tubuan ipeshkvijt\u00eb e klerik\u00ebt katolik\u00eb, apo m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit kishtar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar dhe vendosur rregulla p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn kishtare n\u00eb trojet shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb kishtare, organizime ipeshkvore apo nd\u00ebripeshkvore ka pasur edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb &nbsp;por \u201cKuvendi i Arbrit\u201d ishte me p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, pasi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ishte informuar mir\u00eb Papa Klementi XI dhe dokumentet e botuar pas Kuvendit ishin t\u00eb shumta, latinisht e pastaj edhe shqip, me interes shum\u00ebplanesh studimi, &nbsp;si kishtare, historike, gjuh\u00ebsore, gjeografike e&nbsp; etnografike, duke qen\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e popullit shqiptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relacioni i vitit 1702\/03 i Zmajeviqit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb me interes vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr historian\u00ebt e shekullit XVII. P\u00ebrmbajtja e tij do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet n\u00eb pika t\u00eb shkurtra k\u00ebshtu. Faqet e para ia kushton gjendjes jo vet\u00ebm historike shqiptare, por edhe asaj ekonomike, pozicionit gjeografik, dioqezave n\u00eb trojet shqiptare, gjendjes s\u00eb mjerueshme t\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve n\u00ebn sundimin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, por edhe kritikat ndaj klerit katolik nuk mungojn\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb, Zmajeviqi shkruan se duhet thirrur nj\u00eb koncil provincial shqiptar, \u00e7ka edhe b\u00ebri m\u00eb 1703 (Kuvendi i Arbrit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrshkrimet e Zmajeviqit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb relacion jan\u00eb detaje p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e besimtar\u00ebve apo t\u00eb klerik\u00ebve, p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn gjeografike q\u00eb ai vizitonte, p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrimin e kishave, tjet\u00ebrsimet n\u00ebp\u00ebr kisha, por jep edhe numra t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve katolik\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr famulli. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, si\u00e7 dihet, islamizimi kishte shtrir\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt jo pak n\u00eb popullin shqiptar dhe jeta ishte tejet e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt, por edhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb ishin islamizuar. Kishte edhe t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb, n\u00eb brendi mbaheshin t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, kurse jasht\u00eb si mysliman\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relacioni trajton, me nga nj\u00eb kapitull t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, dio\u00e7ezat q\u00eb ai vizitonte e ku jetonin katolik\u00ebt, si ato t\u00eb: Tivarit, Shkodr\u00ebs, Pultit, Sap\u00ebs, Lezh\u00ebs, Administrat\u00ebn e Durr\u00ebsit, Budues, gjendjen e kishave t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe Administrat\u00ebn e Shkupit, gjendjen e t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve n\u00eb Bullgari. Jep po ashtu edhe ide p\u00ebr dalje nga kjo gjendje e mjerueshme, nevojat e misionar\u00ebve fran\u00e7eskan\u00eb etj. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb relacion t\u00eb detajuar nga nj\u00eb indvid\u00eb I p\u00ebrgatitur jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin teologjik, q\u00eb ishte model p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn kur \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar,por e them pa hezitim se &nbsp;mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb model edhe p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb, duke ofruar t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes&nbsp; shum\u00ebdimensional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vendbanime t\u00eb shpopulluara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke &nbsp;analizuar&nbsp; k\u00ebt\u00eb botim ku ofroh\u00ebn t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb konsideruar t\u00eb vendbanimeve, un\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jam p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr disa vendbanime t\u00eb cilat sot jan\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. Pik\u00ebrisht duke marr\u00eb parasysh&nbsp; &nbsp;t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat &nbsp;p\u00ebr vendbanimet e prezantuara n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb famullive t\u00eb tyre, del qart\u00eb se n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona pas me shum\u00eb se tre shekujve disa vendbanime nuk ekzistojn\u00eb me. Ata jan\u00eb shpopulluar&nbsp; p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb koh\u00ebs qoft\u00eb&nbsp; n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb emigrimit, s\u00ebmundjeve t\u00eb ndryshme apo \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tjera sociale&nbsp; dhe si t\u00eb tilla i takojn\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb historike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt na ndihmojn\u00eb edhe hartat e publikuara p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb deshifruar m\u00eb sakt\u00eb vendndodhjen e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shasi-famullia kryesore n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast dua t\u00eb ceki disa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna qe kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me famullit\u00eb n\u00eb &nbsp;An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit,&nbsp; sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me disa &nbsp;t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes gjeografik, historik e etnografik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr famullia krysore e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo &nbsp;e Shasit &nbsp;e cila p\u00ebrb\u00ebh\u00ebj nga&nbsp; 9 vendbanime (Brija, Shasi, Milla, Krytha, Kllezna, Brajsha,Selita, Suma dhe Bukmira)&nbsp; t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjithsejt kan\u00eb 114 sht\u00ebpi me 923 banor\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb aspektin fetar\u00eb ishin: 69 sht\u00ebpi katolike dhe 602 banor\u00eb, 41 sht\u00ebpi myslimane me 290 banor\u00eb si dhe 4 sht\u00ebpi ortodokse me 31 banor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga k\u00ebto vendbanime m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti sht\u00ebpi katolike&nbsp; kishte Milla 18 sht\u00ebpi me 171 banor\u00eb, duke pasuar nga Brija e Kllezna. Ndon\u00ebse ishte seli e famullis\u00eb Shasi kishte 1 sht\u00ebpi katolike me 3 banor\u00eb,nd\u00ebrsa kishte 12 sht\u00ebpi myslimane me 90 banor\u00eb, d\u00ebshmi e &nbsp;procesit t\u00eb islamizimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare, duke filluar nga viti 1571, nga koha kur Shasi &nbsp;\u00ebsht\u00eb okupuar e shkat\u00ebrrur nga Perandoria Osmane. Ndon\u00ebse para okupimit Shasi ishte ipeshkvi, nga ajo tradit\u00eb kishtare tash kishte statusin e famullis\u00eb, me num\u00ebr minimal t\u00eb banor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb relacion V.Zmajeviqi&nbsp; p\u00ebr Shasin&nbsp; ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e tij duke cekur disa kisha me em\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb tash dihet me em\u00ebr vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr dy prej tyre(katedrala e Sh\u00ebn Gjonit brenda qytetet dhe ajo e Sh\u00ebn Mris\u00eb, jasht\u00eb mureve t\u00eb qytetit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bria dhe Bukmira i takojn\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb historike<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga&nbsp; numri I p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vendbanimeve&nbsp; t\u00eb cilat prezantohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim dy vendbanime jan\u00eb t\u00eb diskutueshme. Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr dy&nbsp; vendbanime n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit, e ata jan\u00eb &nbsp;<strong>BRIJA,<\/strong> e cila gjindej n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore&nbsp; t\u00eb liqenit t\u00eb Shasit, ku sot gjindet vendbanimi me emrin Kllezna &nbsp;Posht\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1703 kishte&nbsp; 11 sht\u00ebpi katolike &nbsp;me&nbsp; 115&nbsp; banor\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa&nbsp; t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame ishin 3 sht\u00ebpi me 25 banor\u00eb. Por, nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e m\u00ebvonshme ky vendbanim nuk figuron, sepse sipas nj\u00eb informacioni q\u00eb disponoj n\u00eb vitin 1756 popullsia e&nbsp; 42 sht\u00ebpive e t\u00ebra ka emigruar n\u00eb Itali. Nuk ka t\u00eb dh\u00ebna se kush ishte motivi i emigrimit kolektiv, ku supozohet s\u00ebmundja e koh\u00ebs apo ndonj\u00eb motiv tjet\u00ebr social. &nbsp;Por, nga ajo koh\u00eb e m\u00eb pas k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur nj\u00eb popullsi e ardhur nga Mirdita, dhe Shkreli q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranishme edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. Nga ajo koh\u00eb humbi emri I mparsh\u00ebm BRIJA, ku si d\u00ebshmi jan\u00eb g\u00ebrmadhat e sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb asaj kohe, nd\u00ebrsa me banor\u00ebt e rinj\u00eb vendbanimi quhet Kllezna Posht\u00eb, n\u00eb analogji me vendbanimin e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb i cili quhet Kllez\u00ebn, e m\u00eb pas Kllezna e Sip\u00ebrme(Nalt\u00eb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt kemi edhe &nbsp;vendbnimin <strong>BUKMIRA<\/strong>, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Shasit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm, e cila kishte&nbsp; 4 sht\u00ebpi katolike me&nbsp; 41&nbsp; banor\u00eb dhe 2 sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame me 13&nbsp; banor\u00eb. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb vendbanim me pozit\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtashme gjeografike me resurse natyrore q\u00eb sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave \u00ebsht\u00eb vendbanim i vjet\u00ebr dhe i banuar. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb &nbsp;k\u00ebtu b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr kish\u00ebn Sh\u00ebn Pelegrinit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn sot nuk dihet. Por, nga ajo koh\u00eb e me pas nuk ekzistojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna se popullsia \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur, por e kund\u00ebrta duke mbetur pas Shasit.&nbsp; Mbetet t\u00eb hulumtohet p\u00ebr ish popullsin\u00eb e Bukmir\u00ebs dhe numrin e tyre me pas, sepse ka mbetur pa banor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I cek\u00ebm k\u00ebto dy vendbanime sepse me pas ata nuk figurojn\u00eb, sepse popullsia&nbsp; p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb ndryshme ka emigruar, q\u00eb mbet\u00ebn \u00e7\u00ebshtje p\u00ebr hulumtim, ku si t\u00eb tilla k\u00ebto vendbanime i takojn\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb historike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e till\u00eb ekziston edhe n\u00eb dio\u00e7ezat tjera shqiptare &nbsp;ku iu takon studiuesve t\u00eb japin kontributin n\u00eb hulumtimin e tyre n\u00eb terren, por edhe t\u00eb em\u00ebrtimi, sepse disa kan\u00eb evoluar p\u00ebr nga forma q\u00eb paraqet&nbsp;&nbsp; v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb &nbsp;identifikimin&nbsp; e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr duhet cekur se V.Zmajeviqi p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare katolike e islame t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb fetare ortodokse t\u00eb vendbanimeve shqiptare.
