Zef Gashi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E nderuara Asamble,<br>Kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Shasin e lasht\u00eb, mund t\u00eb konstatohet me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb rea-le se monumentet e kultur\u00ebs materiale mu-nd edhe t\u00eb zhduken. Ato dh\u00ebmbi i koh\u00ebs mund t&#8217;i shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb mund ta b\u00ebj\u00eb edhe dora keqdash\u00ebse e njeriut.<br>Nd\u00ebrsa kultura shpirt\u00ebrore \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kategori tjet\u00ebr. Ajo zakonisht thadrohet thell\u00eb n\u00eb brendin\u00eb e njeriut dhe k\u00ebshtu b\u00ebhet pjes\u00eb e natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe si e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t&#8217;i p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb sfidat e koh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb rrjedhave historike, sepse kalon nga brezi n\u00eb brez. Historia e njer\u00ebzimit ka mjaft argumente p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e k\u00ebsaj teze. N\u00eb trevat tona ka mjaft raste dhe ambiente, ku hasim n\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyeshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij realiteti.<br>Dhe mund t\u00eb konstatohet se as stuhit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs nuk arrit\u00ebn t&#8217;i zhbijn\u00eb apo asgj\u00ebsojn\u00eb vlerat shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb kultivuara me kujdes nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb gjat\u00eb shum\u00eb shekujve.<br>Ne, pasardh\u00ebsit e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e af\u00ebrt nuk kemi ditur, por edhe nuk kemi pasur mund\u00ebsi t&#8217;i vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb sa duhet e si duhet k\u00ebto pasuri t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti t\u00eb gjykojm\u00eb ose t\u00eb paragjykojm\u00eb, tani \u00ebsht\u00eb koha t&#8217;i drejtojm\u00eb syt\u00eb kah e ardhmja, por pa e harruar t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb moment, sepse Historia magistra vitae est (Historia \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuese e jet\u00ebs).<br>Ajo \u00e7ka ka mbetur pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn p\u00ebr shkaqet q\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb dihen, duhet kompensuar tash me p\u00ebrpjekjen e krejt trurit e t\u00eb shpirtit. Koha dhe rrethanat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat po jetojm\u00eb e b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb. Ne si popull, me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb rrall\u00eb her\u00eb apo kurr\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kemi pasur mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb afirmim t\u00eb gjith\u00ebmbar-sh\u00ebm. Por tani gj\u00ebrat kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb ndry-shojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<br>Hapja e shtetit Am\u00eb, para dy dekadave, arritja e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe hap\u00ebsira afirmative e veprimtaris\u00eb n\u00eb Vendin ku jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb Malin e Zi, hapin dhe zgjerojm\u00eb shtigje t\u00eb reja, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrparim t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar.<br>Jemi t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se vet kultura materiale pa kultur\u00ebn e zemr\u00ebs, q\u00eb mjerisht n\u00eb koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb deficitare, nuk mjafton p\u00ebrderisa njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb zoon politikon (Qenie shoq\u00ebrore). Aq me tep\u00ebr, njeriu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm zoon politikon, por \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ens religiosus (qenie fetare-shpirt\u00ebrore).<br>N\u00eb fundin e fundit t\u00eb shpirtit t\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur d\u00ebshira e pashuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bukuren, p\u00ebr pa-qen, p\u00ebr lumturin\u00eb. E gjith\u00eb kjo flet se zemra e njeriut \u00ebsht\u00eb tempu-lli i t\u00eb gjitha vlerave t\u00eb imagjinueshme.<br>P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto vlera p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat fola deri m\u00eb tani, gjejm\u00eb d\u00ebshmin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lokalitet &#8211; Shas: \u201cNa ishte nj\u00ebhe-r\u00eb n\u00eb Shas, nj\u00eb Ipesh-kvi e themeluar n\u00eb vitin 1067 me bull\u00ebn e dekretuar t\u00eb Pap\u00ebs Aleksandrit II, me ipeshkvin e par\u00eb q\u00eb quhej Pietro Bono, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin thuhet se ka nd\u00ebrtuar Kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Gjon Pag\u00ebzuesit n\u00eb vitin 1030, pas t\u00eb cilit pasojn\u00eb Bazili\u2026 deri me 1530.\u201d<br>\u00c7ka ka ndodhur me von\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendbanim dhe me Kishat na tregon Relacioni i vitit 1610 i Arqipeshkvit t\u00eb Tivarit, Marin Bici, i cili referoi: \u201cShasi dikur qytet shum\u00eb i madh, dhe i fortifikuar m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, sikurse edhe sot e tregojn\u00eb rr\u00eb-nimet e tija. Thuhet edhe se aty pati deri n\u00eb 365 kish\u00eb, dmth. aq sa jan\u00eb dit\u00ebt e vitit. Tashti \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrue e ba fshat, ashtu si ndodh zakonisht me pushtimet e turqve q\u00eb \u00e7dogja shkretojn\u00eb e rr\u00ebnojn\u00eb. Kishte dikur ipeshk\u00ebv, q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb nga sufragan\u00ebt e Metropolis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit. Gjendet i vendosur mbi nj\u00eb kod\u00ebr p\u00ebrsipri nj\u00eb li-qeni t\u00eb kand\u00eb-sh\u00ebm, t\u00eb gjan\u00eb e t\u00eb mbushun me peshq t\u00eb ndrys-h\u00ebm, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sidomos mbahen (rrojn\u00eb) ata banor\u00eb [\u2026].<br>\u00cbsht\u00eb rreth 20 mil\u00eb larg prej Tivarit. P\u00ebrball\u00eb, n&#8217;an\u00eb t\u00eb detit, i q\u00ebndron qyteti i Ulqinit, q\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e kalueme ra n\u00eb pushtimin e turqve bashk\u00eb me Tivarin, q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Venedikut. Mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nja 80 sht\u00ebpi pothuaj t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb banueme prej t\u00eb krishten\u00ebsh latin\u00eb e ma pak turq. Ka kish\u00ebn e sh\u00ebn Gjon Pag\u00ebzuesit, shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjerave q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb zbulueme. Ajo [kish\u00eb] \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb keq p\u00ebr \u00e7dogja. Mbi altar nuk ka asnj\u00eb pala (pala \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb e kelqit), ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kryq druni dhe n\u00eb mur\u00eb, n\u00ebn tribun\u00eb [balkon] disa fytyra shenjtor\u00ebsh, pa batister e pa sakrar (vende t\u00eb posa\u00e7me n\u00eb kish\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb ndryshme fetare), sikurse jan\u00eb gati t\u00eb gjitha kishat tjera t\u00eb Arb\u00ebris\u00eb [\u2026]. \u00cbsht\u00eb aty famullitar resident [i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm] d. Lorenzo Mezilli q\u00eb disa jav\u00eb ma par\u00eb e vendosa un\u00eb aty. Banor\u00ebt nuk flasin gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 shqipes dhe turqishtes\u2026\u201d.
