Memorandumi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb ambientin e Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kultur\u00eb n\u00eb Rozhaj\u00eb, ku n\u00eb takimin e ministrave kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm edhe ambasadorja e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, Ariana Zherka me bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb, kryetari i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Rozhaj\u00ebs, Rahman Husoviq, dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e komunave t\u00eb Bijello Poles, Gucis\u00eb dhe Andrijevic\u00ebs.
