Botimet e publikuara deri me tash trajtojn\u00eb tema shum\u00ebdimensionale kushtuar gruas shqiptare, nd\u00ebrtimeve n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, personaliteteve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs shkodrane, dibran\u00ebve n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr etj. Duke qen\u00eb studiuese e pasionuar ajo dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb opinionit i paraqtiet me librin me t\u00eb ri me titull <em>Lidhjet historike mes Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Ulqinit(vlera dhe kontribute historike).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo vet\u00ebm titulli por edhe pamja e dy kalave n\u00eb ballin\u00ebn e librit nxit\u00eb kureshtjen e lexuesve. Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dy qytete antike ku Shkodra ishte kryeqyteti i Iliris\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Ulqini porti i saj n\u00eb Adriatik.Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e qytet\u00ebrimit shqiptar i cili ka sfiduar rrethanat e koh\u00ebs deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Libri \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb ne pes\u00eb kaptuj, ku fillimisht trajtohen&nbsp; lidhjet&nbsp; n\u00eb mes Ulqinit dhe Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb ndryshme historike, duke vazhduar m\u00eb pas me p\u00ebrpjekj\u00ebt e shkodranv\u00ebve p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e territorit shqiptar veriper\u00ebndimor. Me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kontributi i shkodran\u00ebve n\u00eb Ulqin si dhe i ulqinak\u00ebve n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr duke p\u00ebrfunduar me histori dhe kujtime t\u00eb ulqinak\u00ebve n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Libri \u00ebsht\u00eb i paisur me fotografi t\u00eb ndryshme si dhe bibliografin\u00eb e literatur\u00ebs s\u00eb konsultuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb botim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb dallohet nga p\u00ebrmbajtja sepse ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me popullsin\u00eb shqiptare me origjin\u00eb nga qyteti i Ulqinit, e cila k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur nga viti 1880 e m\u00eb pas. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me koh\u00ebn e dekompozimit politik t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjeografike shqiptare, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb vendimeve t\u00eb padrejta t\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit, por edhe m\u00eb pas. Rasti i Ulqinit ka mbetur rast tipik i presion\u00ebve diplomatike t\u00eb Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs kund\u00ebr Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, e cila u detyrua t\u00eb dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb Ulqinin principat\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi(n\u00ebntor 1880). Ndon\u00ebse ulqinak\u00ebt luftuan m\u00eb arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb tok\u00ebsore shqiptare, ata nuk mund\u00ebn t\u00eb luftojn\u00eb kund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, por d\u00ebshmuan akt patriotizmi dhe heroizmi n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga rrethanat e tilla duke mos dashur t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00ebn admnistrimin e Malit t\u00eb Zi, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave Ulqinin e l\u00ebshuan 413 familje ulqinake, t\u00eb cilat kryesisht u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe Durr\u00ebs. Dhe nga ajo koh\u00eb ulqinak\u00ebt e vendosur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr u p\u00ebrshtat\u00ebn dhe bashk\u00ebjetuan me shkodran\u00ebt, duke ruajtur me gjelozi origjin\u00ebn e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona na d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb mbiemrat e &nbsp;familjeve ulqinake, duke d\u00ebshmuar identitetin e tyre si\u00e7 jan\u00eb: Beci, Fani, Bilali, Gjyli, Bleta, Broci, Luli, Shazi, Shurdha, Truma, Ulqinaku, Kashi, Kalamishi, Kurtabegu, Hoti, Kadia, Dizdari, Ahmetaga etj.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrpreja e komunikimit n\u00eb mes Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Ulqinit nga viti 1880 e m\u00eb pas ka l\u00ebn\u00eb pasoja shoq\u00ebrore e komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi e familjare n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. Ndon\u00ebse ka pasur p\u00ebngesa t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb ndryshme komunikimi ka vazhduar deri n\u00eb vitin 1948. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb vit tragjik, sepse Shqip\u00ebria nd\u00ebrpreu marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb, duke u izoluar q\u00eb ishte&nbsp; me pasoja p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt brenda dhe jasht\u00eb saj. Nga ajo koh\u00eb e deri n\u00eb vitin 1991, shqiptar\u00ebt jasht\u00eb shtetit am\u00eb-Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mbet\u00ebn jetim pa mbeshtetje dhe pa interesimin e duhur&nbsp; duke mbijetuar n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e tyre etnogjeografike. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me qasjen&nbsp; ideologjike t\u00eb pushtetit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e jo t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare shqiptare, duke marr\u00eb parasysh se gjysma e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare ishte jasht\u00eb kufijve politik t\u00eb vitit 1913.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vet\u00ebm pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb socializmit si rend shoq\u00ebror dhe komunizmit si ideologji&nbsp; nga viti 1991, filloi komunikimi brenda shqiptar\u00ebve. Pasi deri at\u00ebher\u00eb ne mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb nga ana e Malit t\u00eb Zi kishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb VKK n\u00eb Han t\u00eb Hotit, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt ngjarje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb paraqet rihapja e VKK n\u00eb Muriqan-Sukubin\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb <em>Bardhoje<\/em>, me 28 maj 2002, pas 54 viteve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ishte ky nj\u00eb moment i rrall\u00eb sa emocional dhe komb\u00ebtar&nbsp; p\u00ebr popullsin\u00eb e An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit, Ulqinit, Tivarit dhe&nbsp; te Kraj\u00ebs, sepse p\u00ebrfundimisht u mund\u00ebsu komunikimi i mohuar me Shkodr\u00ebn e t\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Dhe nga ajo dit\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb komunikim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimtarit\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb identitetit dhe komunikimit mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar, si kudo n\u00eb bot\u00ebn demokratike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr e vlersoj\u00eb nj\u00eb homazh p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb em\u00ebr me kontributin e tyre n\u00eb lidhjet shoq\u00ebrore e komb\u00ebtare ne mes Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Ulqinit. Kujtojm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast kontributin e shkodran\u00ebve n\u00eb hapj\u00ebn e shkoll\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb Ulqin n\u00eb vitin 1941-1944 me emrin \u201c<em>Skanderbeg<\/em>\u201d, me drejtor shkodranin &nbsp;Jahja Domnori. Po ashtu nderim &nbsp;edhe p\u00ebr ulqinak\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontribut &nbsp;n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme &nbsp;shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, por n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb&nbsp; e detaris\u00eb n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar.
