Ne kemi q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb. Ballkani i Hapur nuk insiston n\u00eb standardet evropiane\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrsa rreth asaj n\u00ebse Ballkani i Hapur \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nism\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb ndaj an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur: \u201cNuk mendoj se kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr alternativ\u00eb, kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim.
