Sipas gazet\u00ebs s\u00eb Podgoric\u00ebs, Vijesti, disa nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga shkollat e Tiran\u00ebs kan\u00eb val\u00ebvitur flamurin shqiptar duke b\u00ebr\u00eb fotografi, madje duke e puthur at\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin nga plazhet kryesore t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Budv\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb fishk\u00ebllyer edhe nga banor\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Disa nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit kan\u00eb hipur n\u00eb muret e vjetra dhe policia ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb duke u marr\u00eb flamurin dhe duke i p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb deri tek autobus\u00ebt, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt udh\u00ebtonin maturant\u00ebt. Policia si\u00e7 raportojn\u00eb mediat malazeze ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Ligjet malazeze rregullojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e shfaqjes s\u00eb flamujve t\u00eb vendeve tjera dhe me nj\u00eb rregullore t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rregulluar p\u00ebrdorimi i flamurit dhe simboleve komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb popujve pakic\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e shfaqjes s\u00eb flamurit komb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrvajtje dhe trajtohet si prishje e rendit dhe qet\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas incidentit n\u00eb Budva, Ambasada shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi ka reaguar duke pohuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb ngjarjes.<br \/>\n\u201dJemi n\u00eb dijeni p\u00ebr ngjarjen.
