Ne ve\u00e7anti kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje fitoj nj\u00eb dimension tjet\u00ebr pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb monizmit sepse ne pluraliz\u00ebm u krijuan rrethana t\u00eb tjera&nbsp; t\u00eb favorshme duke mos pasur tema tabu, apo qasje ideologjike si\u00e7 ishte m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nder studiuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb zellsh\u00ebm dhe serioz ne k\u00ebt\u00eb gam\u00eb b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb Sherif Delvina, i cili ne k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut m\u00eb pesh\u00eb p\u00ebr historiografin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare shqiptare.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga <strong>Nail\u00a0 Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne shek.XIX, tek fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb na u paraqiten dy projekte politike t\u00eb cilat ishin t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht ekspansioniste &nbsp;n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb popujve tjer\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar endrrat e tyre mesjetare. Fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201c<em>Megaliiden\u00eb<\/em>\u201d greke(1843) dhe <em>\u201cNa\u00e7ertanien<\/em>\u201d serbe(1844) ku si qellim final kishin rimb\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen e perandorive t\u00eb tyre &nbsp;mesjetare &nbsp;ate t\u00eb Bizantit dhe t\u00eb Car Dushanit. Dihet historikisht se pasojat e k\u00ebtyre projekt\u00ebve i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt shqiptar\u00ebt duke filluar nga Kongresi i Berlinit(1878) dhe Konferenca e Londr\u00ebs(1913) sepse &nbsp;m\u00eb s\u00eb dy t\u00eb tretat e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjegrafike shqiptare u aneksua &nbsp;nga fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb sllavet dhe grek\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por, megjith\u00eb k\u00ebto p\u00ebrfitime territoriale oreksi i tyre nuk ka t\u00eb ngopur q\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet me politik\u00ebn e tyre shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb zhvilluar ne vazhdim\u00ebsi, duke shpifur e trilluar ne lidhje mbi autoktonin\u00eb iliro-shqiptare dhe hap\u00ebsiren etnogjeografike shqiptare n\u00eb Siujdhes\u00ebn Ballkanike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb qasjeve jan\u00eb t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti disa struktura klero-shoviniste greke, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ende trumpetojn\u00eb p\u00ebr jugun e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke shpikur dhe krijuar sajesa te ndryshme&nbsp; territoriale. Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt ato shpiken sajesen Vorio Epiri q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aspirat\u00eb territoriale ndaj shtetit shqiptar\u00eb. E t\u00ebr\u00eb kjo politik\u00eb ne rrethana t\u00eb reja shoq\u00ebrore pas d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb komunizmit \u00ebsht\u00eb transparente dhe nga ana e tyre b\u00ebh\u00ebt gjoja p\u00ebr mbrojtje te t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb minoritar\u00ebve grek\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku k\u00ebto qarqe t\u00eb till\u00eb i konsiderojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb&nbsp; shqiptar\u00ebt ortodoks\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb i t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebtyre akrobacion\u00ebve politike m\u00eb pasoja p\u00ebr popullin dhe shtetin shqiptar\u00eb, intelektuali dhe studiuesi i zellsh\u00ebm Sherif Delvina &nbsp;opinionit shqiptar\u00eb i dhuron &nbsp;librin <em>\u201cE v\u00ebrteta mbi Epirin<\/em>\u201d.\u00cbsht\u00eb ky nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr nga l\u00ebnda e trajtuar dhe&nbsp; me nj\u00eb qasje analitike dhe argumente shkencore q\u00eb demaskon politik\u00ebn shoviniste greke ndaj aspiratave dhe falsifikim\u00ebve t\u00eb realitetit historik dhe gjeografik t\u00eb jugut shqiptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Libri paraqet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb artikujve t\u00eb botuar nga viti 1992-1999 ne gazeta t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nuk ka dyshim se ne saje t\u00eb tyre artikujve &nbsp;t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrmbajtja jan\u00eb shkencor\u00eb, analitik\u00eb dhe publicistik\u00eb autori ka b\u00ebr\u00eb sensibilizimin e opinionit shqiptar\u00eb ne lidhje me disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb cilat ose kan\u00eb qen\u00eb tabu apo t\u00eb panjohura p\u00ebr opinionin e gj\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autori librin e ka&nbsp; &nbsp;konceptuar n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb&nbsp; q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebh\u00ebt prej n\u00ebnt\u00eb pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb cilat paraqesin nj\u00eb unitet t\u00eb qasjeve t\u00eb autorit p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare nga koha antike e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim m\u00eb vler\u00eb &nbsp;autori ofron t\u00eb dh\u00ebna m\u00eb interes p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare, duke theksuar s\u00eb para Kongresit t\u00eb Berlinit(1878), Shqip\u00ebria e kishte sip\u00ebrfaqen 110.000km2, m\u00eb popullsi kompakte shqiptare dhe m\u00eb pakica komb\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Kongresi i Berlinit u quajt nga rilindasit m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt varrimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por ky nuk kishte qen\u00eb ende varrimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, sepse&nbsp; pas atij kongresi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ngeli Kosova, ngeli Maqedonia, \u00c7am\u00ebria, Grebeneja, Kosturi, dhe sundimi osman ishte i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, kurse pushtimi nga fqinj\u00ebt ishte i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por, m\u00eb 1913, kinse n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr turq\u00ebve, me p\u00ebrkrahj\u00ebn e Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha, k\u00ebto toka u quajt\u00ebn \u201cturke\u201d dhe hap\u00ebsira etnogjeografike shqiptare u zvoglua gjithnj\u00eb. Madje n\u00ebse analizohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat nga viti 1491 kur jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb regjistrimet e Ballkanit t\u00eb pushtuar nga osman\u00ebt, n\u00eb Ballkan del se jan\u00eb mbi 266 mij\u00eb familje n\u00eb trojet shqiptare, duke filluar nga veriu e deri n\u00eb Art\u00eb.Ne at\u00eb koh\u00eb ne kemi pasur popullat\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe se grek\u00ebt dhe territor m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se grek\u00ebt e serb\u00ebt, Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb rrudhur dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mbi tre her\u00eb m\u00eb vog\u00ebl se \u00e7ka qen\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delvina \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb ne konstatimet e tija kur ceken pa hezitim &nbsp;se duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta duke u bazuar ne dokumentet e koh\u00ebs pamvar\u00ebsisht se tash jemi ne rrethana t\u00eb reja shoq\u00ebrore dhe politike me fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb. Andaj m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt cek\u00ebn se nuk duhet heshtur p\u00ebr spastrimin etnik t\u00eb territor\u00ebve shqiptare &nbsp;n\u00eb shek.XIX, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti&nbsp; p\u00ebr 300.000 shqiptar\u00ebt e shp\u00ebrngulur m\u00eb dhun\u00eb nga Sanxhaku i Nishit, po ashtu p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e Art\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt grek\u00ebt e mor\u00ebn pas 1878-\u00ebs, pastaj p\u00ebr Sulin etj. I brengosur p\u00ebr prezantimin dhe falsifikimin e t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs son\u00eb&nbsp; historike ne tekstet shkollore tek fqinj\u00ebt grek, ai na ofron shembullin e &nbsp;suliot\u00ebve. Ato &nbsp;&nbsp;thekson Delvina grek\u00ebt i kan\u00eb &nbsp;n\u00eb \u00e7do tekst shkollor, ku n\u00eb to thuhet se suliot\u00ebt jan\u00eb hedhur nga shk\u00ebmbi i Zallongut p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur nderin. K\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje heroike t\u00eb vjedhur nga heroizmi shqiptar grek\u00ebt e kan\u00eb kthyer nga vetja dhe i mbajn\u00eb si heroizmin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb tyrin! S\u2019ka tekst grek ku nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Marko Bo\u00e7ari, Bubulina etj. Ne ruhemi se mos na prishet politika me grekun.Ne duhet ta dim\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019na kan\u00eb marr\u00eb e \u00e7\u2019na kan\u00eb ngr\u00ebn\u00eb vazhdimisht fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb konstaton m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt Delvina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb botim m\u00eb vler\u00eb autori trajton ne detaje \u201c<em>Megaliiden\u00eb<\/em>\u201d si dhe sajesen e shovinst\u00ebve grek \u201c<em>Vorio Epir<\/em>\u201d e cila ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj m\u00eb pretendimet territoriale ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Jugut, duke d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shkencore p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb iliro-shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Epirit. Nd\u00ebrsa duke b\u00ebr\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr minoritar\u00ebt grek\u00eb ai m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt konstaton se ato &nbsp;jan\u00eb shum\u00eb von\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm ne territoret shqiptare, gjegj\u00ebsisht jan\u00eb &nbsp;ardhacak\u00eb, argat\u00eb t\u00eb sjell\u00eb k\u00ebtu n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Ali Pash\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb enklav\u00eb n\u00eb viset shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke marr\u00eb kompleksin politik te grek\u00ebve p\u00ebr k\u00ebto territore dhe ndaj&nbsp;&nbsp; popullat\u00ebs shqiptare ortodokse falsifikimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave historike dhe i statistikave demografike kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje numri i minoritar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Greqi dhe i minoritar\u00ebve grek\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb d\u00ebtyre patriotike dhe shtet\u00ebrore num\u00ebr nj\u00eb e shovinizmit grek. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr me qellim heshtet numri i mbi dy milion arvanitasve ne Greqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe n\u00eb fund duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i mir\u00ebseardhur jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr studiuesit dhe individet q\u00eb iu intereson \u00e7\u00ebshtja komb\u00ebtare dikur dhe sot, por edhe p\u00ebr &nbsp;opinionin e gj\u00ebr\u00eb. Botuesit shqiptar\u00eb mendoj se do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb pun\u00eb m\u00eb vler\u00eb n\u00ebse ket\u00eb botim do ta &nbsp;p\u00ebrkthenin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi apo apo n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb sintetizuar. Sepse vet\u00ebm ne k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb do t\u00eb informojm\u00eb opinionin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb lidhje mbi realitetin shkencor, autoktonin\u00eb dhe vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb historike iliro-shqiptare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pjes\u00eb t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjeografike shqiptare.
