Esht\u00eb evidente se t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto studime, jan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar dokumentesh dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash gojore, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakta e shpesh t\u00eb pa sakta [Dragaj:1997\/101-106].<br>Kruno Krstiq i dhuroi lexuesit: \u201cFjalori i t\u00eb folmeve t\u00eb arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs\u201d [Krsti\u0107:1987], dhe nj\u00eb monografi: \u201cVendosja e arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve n\u00eb Zar\u00eb\u201d [Krsti\u0107:1988]. Sipas k\u00ebsaj monografie, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e para mbi shp\u00ebrnguljen e arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve nga Kraja (Mali i Zi), datojn\u00eb nga viti 1726, q\u00eb ishte \u201cshp\u00ebrngulja e par\u00eb e madhe\u201d. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e para i merr nga vikari i arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit Marko Deluchi (Lukish), i cili thot\u00eb, se shqiptar\u00ebt e shp\u00ebrngulur, ishin nga pjesa prendimore e Kraj\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nga Brisku, Ljarja dhe Muriqi, ky i fundit, nj\u00eb vendbanim q\u00eb pushoj s\u00eb ekzituari q\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, pasi ata pak familje q\u00eb nuk u shp\u00ebrngul\u00ebn, u vendosen n\u00eb V\u00ebrri \u2013 fshat q\u00eb e mori emrin e fshatit t\u00eb vdekur Muriq i posht\u00ebm.<br>Gjat\u00eb dyndjes s\u00eb vitit 1726, n\u00eb Zar\u00eb arrit\u00ebn 19 familje (dy beqar\u00eb) me 147 frym\u00eb: 4 t\u00eb barkut Gjeshgjen (Petani), 11 Margje\u00e7i (Qurkoviq), 1 Vukiq, 2 e Jelenkoviq dhe 1 e familjes Mira (Peroviq). Duket se me k\u00ebt\u00eb grup erdh\u00ebn edhe familjet Pin\u00e7iq (Pin\u00e7i) dhe Shestani, t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb von\u00eb ndeshen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Zemunik. Familjet Gjeshgjen dhe Margje\u00e7 ishin nga Brisku. N\u00eb shp\u00ebrnguljet e m\u00ebvon\u00ebshme kishte nga Dobreci, Pin\u00e7i, Muriqi, Karanikajt dhe Bujgri (Shestan).<br>N\u00eb vitin pasues (1727) n\u00eb Zar\u00eb arrit\u00ebn 7 familje t\u00eb ikura me 71 frym\u00eb, midis tyre dy Joviq\u00ebsh (Shestan), Paloka, Gjergja, Alviri \u2013 Petani, Periq, Shestani, Prendje, Qurkoviq, etj. Nd\u00ebrsa kat\u00ebr vjet\u00eb m\u00eb pas (1731), aty u vendos familja e ikur Shenci. Edhe disa familje t\u00eb tjera midis viteve 1726-1733 shp\u00ebrngul\u00ebn nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Gucia, si\u00e7 ishte Ivan Kampsi (Shkod\u00ebr), familja Delveshi, tregtar\u00ebt Angjeloviq nga Shiroka.<br>Megjithse data e arritjes s\u00eb krajan\u00ebve n\u00eb Zar\u00eb nuk dihet sakt\u00ebsisht, dihet se ata kan\u00eb arrijtur atje para 3 Majit 1726, sepse n\u00eb librin e krezhmimeve, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krezhmuar f\u00ebmiu i par\u00eb i lindur Lek\u00eb Pera (Margie\u00e7eviq) me origjin\u00eb nga Brisku. Domagoj Buljat [\u201cPovijest Arbanasa kod Zadra\u201d], n\u00eb regjistrin e 15 gushtit 1726, ka gjetur k\u00ebto t\u00eb emigruar: Luca d\u2019Andrea Gezghenovich, Nicolo di Luca Marghicevich, Nicolo d\u2019Andrea Gasparovich, Giovanni d\u2019Andrea Gezghenovich, Pere di Marco, Prem Vuca Marghicevich, Paolo Giech Marghicevich, Giech Prend Marghicevich, Giech Pepa Marghicevich, Marco Discialo Marghicevich, Prenz Prema Marghicevich, Petar Vuca Gianova, Nico Matessich, Luca Prend, Boso Nico Smira, Stanica Gielencovich, Visco Gielencovich, Lech Pero Marghicevich, Luca Lucich. Tulio Erber [\u201dKolonia shqiptare e Arbanasve pran\u00eb Zar\u00ebs\u201d (Dubrovnik, 1883)], thot\u00eb se prapashtesat sllave tek mbiemrat \u201cov\u201d dhe \u201ciq\u201d, nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim p\u00ebr k\u00ebta shqiptar\u00eb, por jan\u00eb rezultat i gabimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyesit, ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatjes n\u00eb sllavishte, t\u00eb cilat nga \u201cLuca di Andrea\u201d, kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u201cAndriq\u201d.<br>Arritjet e k\u00ebti viti i p\u00ebrmend\u00eb edhe Monsignor Bianchi [\u201cZara cristiana\u201d], i cili pretendon t\u00eb ken\u00eb ardhur 24 familje, nga 12 n\u00eb dy drejtime. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, burime t\u00eb tjera flasin vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr 16 familje. Prof Vjekoslav Klaic [\u201cOpis zemalja u kojim stanuju Hrvati\u201d [Klai\u0107:1881], p\u00ebrmend\u00eb 1.354 arb\u00ebresh rreth vitit 1720. M\u00eb pas Jakov Sli\u0161kovi\u0107 [\u201cAlbanija i Makedonija\u201d [Sli\u0161kovi\u0107:1904], p\u00ebrmend\u00eb 27 familje t\u00eb tilla. Nd\u00ebmjet k\u00ebtyre shkrimeve plot kund\u00ebth\u00ebnie, por si studime e kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin e vet p\u00ebr tu theksuar<br>Nj\u00eb dokument i datur m\u00eb 12 shkurt 1727, b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosurit e ca shqiptarve n\u00eb Zemunik, af\u00ebrsisht 14 km n\u00eb lindje t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs: Giovanni di Giovo, Gieci d\u2019Andrea, Pietro di Marco, Giovanni di Vucchia, Giovanni di Nica, Giovanni Prenci, Nicolo Giovi\u2026 Pasardh\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtyre sot nuk e pranojn\u00eb origjinen shqiptare.<br>T\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb raporte t\u00eb misionar\u00ebve katolik\u00eb, nxjerrim t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb mjaftueshme q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se shp\u00ebrngulja e k\u00ebtyre krajan\u00ebve, nuk u b\u00eb nga shkaku i \u201cruajtjes s\u00eb krishterimit\u201d, si u p\u00eblqen atyre q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrralla me turqit\u201d, p\u00ebrralla t\u00eb cilat i ka filluar mbase Josip Rela me dram\u00ebn \u201cNita\u201d, dhe po i vazhdojn\u00eb sot ato q\u00eb ende u p\u00eblqejn\u00eb p\u00ebrrallat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjum\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl.<br>Natyrisht q\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulja kishte arsyet e veta. Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb pas\u00eb rastin ta shohin p\u00ebrshembull, vendbanimin e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Muriqit, p\u00ebrmbi Liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs, do t\u00eb habiten ku kan\u00eb jetuar ato njer\u00ebz, n\u00eb nj\u00eb hapsir\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, t\u00eb pa p\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb terenit malor\u00eb, me tok\u00eb aq t\u00eb kufizuar pune!?<br>Por, Dr. Krstiq, paraqet edhe nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb lidhje me gjendjen e at\u00ebhershme Brenda Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, e cila n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, ishte n\u00eb luft\u00eb me Persin\u00eb (1722-1736) dhe planifikonte t\u00eb mobilizonte 5000 veta nga Shqip\u00ebria Veriore. K\u00ebshtu banor\u00ebt e rrethit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs jetonin me frik\u00eb, se nga dita n\u00eb dit\u00eb, mund t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin pjes\u00eb e asaj ushtrie p\u00ebrforcuese, q\u00eb do t\u2019i bashkangjitej konfliktit me Persin\u00eb. Por, kjo gjendje zotronte n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha pjes\u00ebt e tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit, megjith\u00ebse banor\u00ebt e Kraj\u00ebs e kishin m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb ikjen.<br>Dihet se ishte nj\u00eb \u201cikje e planifikuar dhe e p\u00ebrkrahur\u201d, si\u00e7 thuhet n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e Jerolim Buq\u00ebs, m\u00eb 30 Maj 1725. Nuk thuhet se nga kush, nuk thot\u00eb gj\u00eb Radoniq [\u201cRimska Kurija i Jugoslavenske Zemlje\u201d (Beograd 1950)], q\u00eb sjell t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, mbrenda Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, sipas dokumenteve arkivore t\u00eb Vatikanit! Nd\u00ebrmjet shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs, edhe sot flitet, se ishte kryepeshkopi Vin\u00e7enc Zmajeviqi (1670-1745), ai q\u00eb u mund\u00ebsoj krajan\u00ebve ikjen dhe vendosjen atje. K\u00ebshtu shkruante edhe Prifti Arbanas Stjepan Buzoliq, n\u00eb artikullin e botuar n\u00eb \u201cKalendarin Popullor\u201d t\u00eb vitit 1866 [N.Karuc:1985\/20].<br>Ai p\u00ebr 12 vjet\u00eb (1701-1713) ushtroj detyr\u00ebn e kryepeshkopit t\u00eb Dioqez\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit, i njihte mir\u00eb krajan\u00ebt dhe i donte ata. Ndoshta kishte d\u00ebshir\u00eb ti afronte m\u00eb af\u00ebr vetes!? Disa studjues mendojn\u00eb se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje sekrete n\u00eb mes Zmajeviqit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve sllav dhe Venedikut n\u00eb vitin 1713, ku tokat e t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulurve krajan\u00eb do tu ndaheshin serb\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb vendoseshin n\u00eb Zar\u00eb. Thuhet se k\u00ebtu ka patur gisht edhe udh\u00ebtimi i nj\u00eb rregulltari: Patri Bernardin Caravaggio n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kraj\u00eb, n\u00eb gushtin e vitit 1733 dhe dalja e kapitenit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs Nikoll\u00eb Margieq Curkoviqit, p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb ikurve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin ardhur n\u00eb Arb\u00ebresh, n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 1733 (pas emrigrimit t\u00eb par\u00eb).<br>Imzot Ivan Prenda, n\u00eb nj\u00eb simpozium p\u00ebr Zmajeviqin, mbajtur n\u00eb Zagreb, nd\u00ebrmjet 14 dhe 15 Tetor 1995, thot\u00eb se Zmajeviqi kishte d\u00ebrguar pra Curkoviqin, sepse ishte i njohur p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgaditjen e ikjes. Dihet madje se edhe para shp\u00ebrnguljes s\u00eb par\u00eb (1726), krajan\u00ebt sh\u00ebrbenin n\u00eb Zar\u00eb si ushtar\u00eb apo oficer\u00eb (t\u00eb paguar), por kishin edhe lidhje tregtare me ato p\u00ebrmes Adriatikut, Bun\u00ebs e Liqenit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Th\u00ebn\u00eb shkurt, krajan\u00ebt njiheshin mir\u00eb me Zar\u00ebn, prandaj kishte mund\u00ebsi ta kishin v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb shenjest\u00ebr qysh m\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar nj\u00eb shp\u00ebngulje kolektive atje!?<br>Nga relacioni i kalor\u00ebsit boshnjak Fran\u00e7esk Betru\u00e7it, d\u00ebrguar ambasadorit t\u00eb Spanj\u00ebs n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, m\u00eb 4 Korrik 1603, merret vesh se Zara, q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim u njoh me emrin Eri\u00e7in Varosh \/ Ericovo selo, e m\u00eb von\u00eb edhe Arbanasi; dhe Arbnesh, nga vet\u00eb banor\u00ebt shqiptar [Illyria, 15-18.03.2002], konsiderohej qytet shum\u00eb i fort\u00eb i Venedikasve n\u00eb Dalmaci [Zamputi:1989\/dok.#1, f.24].<br>Sidoqoft\u00eb, pas shp\u00ebrnguljes s\u00eb 147 familjeve (1726), ngjau nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulje tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb 1733, me 28 familje (199 veta) t\u00eb tjera, nga Shestani, Ljarja, Brisku e fshatra t\u00eb tjera. Sipas regjistrave t\u00eb 11 marsit 1735, k\u00ebto ishin: Nicolo Andre, Crasto Covac, Marco Giocca, Giocca Gionon, Giocca Giuchin, Stjepo Gjuri, Stiepo Luco, Prento Kneunichi, Lecca Marco, Prento Marcov, Paolo Marussich, Mar Mazia, Marco Nicadobrez, Pema Nichin, Nicolo Pantov, Marco Pertu, Frane Popovich, Paolo Prendi, Nicola Rose, Rado Ruco, Gen Sperc, Prento Stani, Vuco Tamartinovich, Vuksa Tancovich, Pietro Tioba, Andrea Toma, Capitano Nicolo Vlagdan dhe Jovan Vucin. Nga k\u00ebto rrjedhin familjet arb\u00ebneshe Duka, Pema, Mazi, Cotiqi, Marushiqi, Ratkoviqi, K\u00ebrstiqi, Stip\u00e7eviqi, Muzhanoviqi, Marshani, Vladoviqi, Rela, Nikpali, Musapi, dhe Moroviqi (nga Petani).<br>Zorzi Grimani (\u201cDispacci\u2026\u201d), p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit b\u00ebhet shp\u00ebrngulja e dyt\u00eb e krajan\u00ebve n\u00eb Kotorin e Zar\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmend\u00eb 3.000 krajan\u00eb, q\u00eb e numron \u201cnj\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb shtetit, shtim popullsie\u201d. Pas k\u00ebsaj, k\u00ebtu zu vend edhe nj\u00eb familje e quajtur Kalmeti, q\u00eb u quajt n\u00eb fillim Muriq, nd\u00ebrsa familja Karuc, p\u00ebrmendet p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Kadastrin e vitit 1754.<br>Por, le t\u00eb kthehemi edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb tek arsyet e ikjes. Esht\u00eb st\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00eb tashm\u00eb, se ata qen\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar ti largohen \u201cdhun\u00ebs turke\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur fen\u00eb e tyre katolike. K\u00ebshtu thot\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb arb\u00ebreshe: \u201cT\u00eb randa vjeteve t\u00eb parve ton \/ Ata kur kejshin t\u00eb d\u00ebbuom \/ P\u00ebr fen krshten \u2013 katolike jon\u201d [Illyria,15-18.03.2002]. Megjithat\u00eb, shumica e atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbrojtur k\u00ebt\u00eb \u2018tez\u00eb\u2019, p\u00ebrmendin disa familje t\u00eb tjera, v\u00ebllaz\u00ebri t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb u vendosen n\u00eb Zar\u00eb, q\u00eb u shp\u00ebrngulen n\u00eb rrethet e Ulqinit e t\u00eb Tivarit, por nuk u detyruan t\u00eb ndrrojn\u00eb fen\u00eb?!<br>Kemi takimin interesant t\u00eb vikarit kanonik t\u00eb Tivarit Ante Be\u00e7iq, me proveditorin e jashtzakonsh\u00ebm Dopit, n\u00eb Herceg Novi (Kastelnov\u00eb) m\u00eb 13 tetor 1733. E pyet\u00ebn: Kur ke arrijtur k\u00ebtu? Esht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur: Sot n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes, me anije duke i p\u00ebrcjellur 120 njer\u00ebz, q\u00eb t\u2019i braktisin fshatrat e tyre! E pyet\u00ebn: Kush i nxiti ata 120 njer\u00ebz, q\u00eb t\u2019i braktisin fshatrat e tyre? U p\u00ebrgjigj:<br>Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb tentuar, p\u00ebr t\u2019u strehuar n\u00eb fshatin e dogjit, sepse truqit i kan\u00eb ngarkuar me tatime m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha se \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb mundur t\u00eb duroj\u00eb varf\u00ebria e tyre. I kan\u00eb bezdisur edhe malazez\u00ebt. Nga Zara kan\u00eb ardhur kat\u00ebr njer\u00ebz arb\u00ebresh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb banojn\u00eb n\u00eb qytetit e Erizit q\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohen p\u00ebr k\u00ebto 120 persona \u2013 kush\u00ebrinj t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u2019i ka rekomanduar Mons. Shum\u00eb i ndritur, kryepeshkvi Zmajeviq dhe Mons. Shtukanoviq, duke m\u00eb porositur q\u00eb tua ofroj \u00e7do t\u00eb mir\u00eb br\u00ebnda mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb mija. Kam menduar se un\u00eb, i cili e kryej detyren e Vikarit gjeneral t\u00eb dioqez\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit, e kam gjithsesi p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb mos i l\u00eb pas dore, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato frym\u00eb katolike, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po t\u00eb mos u kisha dal\u00eb n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishin detyruar t\u00eb turqizohen\u201d!<br>N\u00eb fund Be\u00e7iqi u betua p\u00ebr d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e dh\u00ebn\u00eb dhe me dor\u00eb t\u00eb vet u n\u00ebnshkrua n\u00eb procesverbal. Por ne kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shpjegim. Natyrisht duhej t\u00eb gjendej nj\u00eb shkak i madh p\u00ebr t\u00eb arsyetuar ikjen. Vemendjen k\u00ebtu, p\u00ebr dallim nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, na e t\u00ebrheq\u00eb: \u201cI kan\u00eb bezdisur edhe malazez\u00ebt\u201d. Ishin t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb n\u00eb Zar\u00eb kultivuan kultur\u00ebn e misrit. Si vreshtar\u00eb me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb nga Kraja, u treguan edhe n\u00eb mjedisin e ri, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb vreshta dy t\u00eb tretat e pronave t\u00eb tyre. Buzoliqi shkruante se\u201c\u2026sht\u00ebpit\u00eb i kishin p\u00ebrdhese, por t\u00eb past\u00ebrta dhe t\u00eb rregulluara m\u00eb mir\u00eb.
