N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt \u00a0\u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb paraqesin pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e popullit t\u00eb ndar\u00eb, ku shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, paraqesin rast p\u00ebr hulumtim, sepse \u00a0kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00a0drejta t\u00eb kufizuara si m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb moniz\u00ebm\u00a0 edhe tash n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm. D\u00ebshmi e nj\u00eb konstatimi t\u00eb till\u00eb kemi\u00a0 fush\u00ebn e arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, \u00a0sepse n\u00eb praktik\u00eb jan\u00eb program\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore e tekst\u00ebt shkollore t\u00eb imponuara, q\u00eb\u00a0 jan\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me barazin\u00eb qytetare e nacionale sipas\u00a0 standard\u00ebve demokratike europiane<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nail&nbsp; Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse i b\u00ebh\u00ebt nj\u00eb retrospektiv\u00eb pozit\u00ebs dhe statusit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi del qart\u00eb se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me sfida t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar. Ishte koha e kriz\u00ebs politike e shoq\u00ebrore, ku shqiptar\u00ebt &nbsp;vazhdimisht ishin t\u00eb rrezikuar. Ndon\u00ebse pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore &nbsp;u&nbsp; hapen shkollat &nbsp;n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, &nbsp;m\u00eb pas &nbsp;u paraqiten &nbsp;pengesa t\u00eb natyrave t\u00eb ndryshme, sepse shkollimi i shqiptar\u00ebve nga ana e pushtetit nuk shihej me simpati. Ishte pik\u00ebrisht &nbsp;pushteti i koh\u00ebs, q\u00eb &nbsp;punoj n\u00eb unifikimin e shkollave n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave, duke mbyllur &nbsp;shkoll\u00ebn n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe si\u00e7 ishte viti 1956\/57 n\u00eb qytetin e Ulqinit, e gjetiu n\u00eb viset shqiptare Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht me&nbsp; koh\u00ebn &nbsp;e hegjemonizmit shtet\u00ebror e udh\u00ebhequr me mentalitetin &nbsp;kolonialist, ku kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve realizoheshin skenar\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, sepse b\u00ebh\u00ebj presion special, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 politik\u00ebs s\u00eb asimilimit&nbsp; b\u00ebnte pjes\u00eb edhe emigrimi i dhunsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb si qellim final ishte spastrimi etnik i hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnogjeografike shqiptare n\u00eb ish Jugosllavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imponimi i program\u00ebve m\u00ebsimore<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi d\u00ebshmitar se n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi si n\u00eb moniz\u00ebm &nbsp;&nbsp;edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pluralizmit &nbsp;\u00ebsht\u00eb &nbsp;mohuar identiteti n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identitetit komb\u00ebtar. Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb m\u00eb programe shkollore unitare t\u00eb imponuara&nbsp; e poashtu edhe tekse shkollore&nbsp; nga autor\u00eb &nbsp;sllav\u00eb&nbsp; t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera n\u00eb shqip. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt p\u00ebrjashtim b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm teksti shkollor&nbsp; nga gjuha shqipe. Si t\u00eb tilla k\u00ebto tekste jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave e jo p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar. Pra, kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb m\u00eb mohimin e t\u00eb drejtave p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb &nbsp;t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebr identitetin &nbsp;e tyre komb\u00ebtar sidomos p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identiteit komb\u00ebtar si\u00e7 jan\u00eb &nbsp;historia komb\u00ebtare, kultura muzikore, dhe &nbsp;arti figurativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me t\u00eb drejtat e garantuara m\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb(neni 79) dhe standarde nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare europiane, pushteti n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nuk ka treguar gadishm\u00ebri p\u00ebr ndryshime pozitive &nbsp;n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb praktik\u00eb barazin\u00eb qytetare e nacionale edhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do t\u00eb ishte e logjikshme q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis demokratik \u00e7do k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb barazis\u00eb nacionale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi q\u00eb nuk cenon t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pranueshme p\u00ebr&nbsp; pushtetin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis. Por, n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi &nbsp;&nbsp;ende mungon kapaciteti demokratik i pushtetit duke mbetur peng i paragjykimeve &nbsp;ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e monizmit&nbsp; edhe pse kan\u00eb kaluar tre &nbsp;dekada n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm(!?).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00ebshtimi i partive politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja e&nbsp; arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe &nbsp;n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pluralizmit&nbsp; ka mbetur pa realizimin e objektivave,&nbsp; p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb avancuar sipas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb ligjshme t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt subjektet politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e kan\u00eb cekur sidomos n\u00eb fushatat zgjedhore sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb por konkretisht nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb, nga del se ka munguar serioziteti dhe guximi profesional p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre ishin pjes\u00eb e pushtetit qendror(1998-2020), n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit &nbsp;kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar, sepse asnj\u00ebher\u00eb&nbsp; nuk kan\u00eb trajtuar &nbsp;\u00e7\u00ebshtjet programore arsimore &nbsp;sidomos nga l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e&nbsp; identitetit komb\u00ebtar. Dhe nga nj\u00eb gjendje e till\u00eb &nbsp;nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe &nbsp;vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt e jo p\u00ebr vet\u00ebn, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujton &nbsp;vendet koloniale. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt &nbsp;teksti m\u00ebsimor nga l\u00ebnda e historis\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebs &nbsp;muzikore \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi autentike e nj\u00eb konstatimi t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje m\u00eb k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje shqiptar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb konsultuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nga resori arsimor qeveritar, sepse ata nuk trajtohen si partner, por iu imponohen programet m\u00ebsimore dhe tekstet shkollore, nga del se deri m\u00eb tash mungon &nbsp;vullneti i pushtetit p\u00ebr ndryshime cil\u00ebsore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasi dalloh\u00ebn nga gjuha, historia, kultura &nbsp;&nbsp;dhe prejadhja etnike shqiptar\u00ebt si popull autokton jan\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb mozaikun e popujve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, andaj duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb posa\u00e7me arsimore, n\u00eb favor t\u00eb mbrojtj\u00ebs dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis multinacional sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht duke marr\u00eb parasysh k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet arsimor, ka qen\u00eb e udh\u00ebs q\u00eb partite politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb angazhohen ne arritjen e memorandumit t\u00eb&nbsp;&nbsp; bashk\u00ebpunimit me ministrit\u00eb e arsimit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb favor t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis. Mos angazhimi I tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim &nbsp;d\u00ebshmon munges\u00ebn e guximit p\u00ebr tu ballafaquar m\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e identitetit komb\u00ebtar sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. \u00c7do deklarim politik n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohet m\u00eb asgj\u00eb, sepse partite politike nacionale mbrojtjen dhe avancimin&nbsp; e \u00e7\u00ebshtj\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare duhet ta ken\u00eb&nbsp; mision t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm programor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tekste &nbsp;t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse rast\u00ebsisht do t\u00eb pyes\u00ebsh nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb me m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb dat\u00eb, ngjarje apo personalitet nga historia apo kultura shqiptare do t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjeh\u00ebsh shum\u00eb, sepse&nbsp; ata nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje pozitive. Dhe arsyetimi m\u00eb i shpesht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb &nbsp;se nuk na m\u00ebsojn\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit sepse k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk jan\u00eb parapar\u00eb me program&nbsp; shkollor. Madje cekin se tekstet shkollore jan\u00eb &nbsp;nga autor\u00eb &nbsp;sllav t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebr shkollat n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave, ndon\u00ebse&nbsp; jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb shqip dhe si t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb fare &nbsp;me historin\u00eb dhe tradit\u00ebn shqiptare. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht me tekstet shkollore &nbsp;nga l\u00ebnda e historis\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebs &nbsp;muzikore, si p\u00ebr shkoll\u00eb fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme, q\u00eb &nbsp;jan\u00eb &nbsp;t\u00eb papranuesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm &nbsp;p\u00ebr ne shqiptar\u00ebt, sepse arsimohen nx\u00ebn\u00ebs pa identitet komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madje p\u00ebr vite m\u00eb radh\u00eb&nbsp; na \u00ebsht\u00eb imponu&nbsp; si virus nj\u00eb padituri duke u&nbsp; b\u00ebr\u00eb shprehi &nbsp;e koh\u00ebs&nbsp;&nbsp; me pasoja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha&nbsp; sot dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebn. Sepse, kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me politik\u00ebn arsimore e cila p\u00ebr ne shqiptar\u00ebt&nbsp; \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme duke qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmi&nbsp; e mentalitet e t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit edhe n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn pluraliste, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb absurd p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Politizimi i arsimit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb krijuara shoq\u00ebrore edhe n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm vite me radh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranishme kriza morale &nbsp;edhe pse periudha e pluralizmit ka ofruar mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb vlerave &nbsp;identitare. Por, jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb s\u00eb autoriteti i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt shoq\u00ebror, sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb profesion me ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rastit jan\u00eb orientuar studentet m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt. Nd\u00ebrsa nga ana tjet\u00ebr, drejtimi i shkollave \u00ebsht\u00eb politizuar maksimalisht, duke vendosur kuadrat partiake pa marr\u00eb parasysh vlerat profesionale dhe autoritetin shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb mjedisin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rast\u00ebve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit nuk kan\u00eb treguar disponim dhe angazhim konkret por n\u00eb heshtje kan\u00eb vazhduar t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb programet m\u00ebsimore, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebr ne shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb imponuar. Nj\u00eb qendrim i till\u00eb oportunist jep p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se &nbsp;t\u00eb ata ende vazhdon qasja psikologjike e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb monizmit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht i mentaliteit t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit, duke mos marr\u00eb nisma n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. Deri m\u00eb tash nuk kemi pasur rast t\u00eb degjojm\u00eb&nbsp; apo t\u00eb lexojm\u00eb ndonj\u00eb reagim, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim si nga m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit &nbsp;apo t\u00eb aktivit profesional, p\u00ebr t\u00eb njoftuar opinionin e gjer\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt nuk kan\u00eb m\u00eb pak p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi as prind\u00ebrit sepse ka munguar reagimi i tyre p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet programore dhe p\u00ebrmbajtj\u00ebt e teksteve shkollore, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrdorin f\u00ebmijet e tyre. Sepse asnj\u00eb prind nuk mund t\u00eb qendroj\u00eb indiferent kur f\u00ebmis\u00eb s\u00eb tij i mohohet edukimi dhe identiteti komb\u00ebtar, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb gjoja shtetit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.
