Problemi q\u00ebndron se ka shum\u00eb botime me vlera t\u00eb dyshimta, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pavlera, pa kritere t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta, qofshin ata libra nga fusha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, publicistik\u00ebs, shkenc\u00ebs etj. Jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur kushdo q\u00eb ka para mund t\u00eb botoj\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr, ka vler\u00eb apo jo p\u00ebr lexuesin. Edhe botuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur shqiptar\u00eb botojn\u00eb pothuajse \u00e7do gj\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime p\u00ebrfitimi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nga Ismet Kallaba<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Panairet e librit nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm vend ku prezantohen dhe shiten librat, por edhe vend ku takohemi me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, shk\u00ebmbejm\u00eb mendimet dhe idet\u00eb, flasim p\u00ebr t\u00eb rejat n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e botimeve etj. K\u00ebt\u00eb vit Panairit t\u00eb Librit n\u00eb Tuz i \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar nj\u00eb dimension i ri, e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrurimi i botimeve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb autor\u00ebve, qofshin ata nga Mal\u00ebsia apo nga trevat tjera, duke e shnd\u00ebrruar sheshin e Tuzit n\u00eb nj\u00eb agor\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb folur dhe asaj t\u00eb shkruar.<br>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr veprimtarit\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Artist\u00ebve dhe Intelektual\u00ebve \u201cArt Club\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo botuese. \u201cArt Club\u201d-i \u00ebsht\u00eb botuesi m\u00eb i madh nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Malin e Zi. Ne botojm\u00eb kryesisht libra t\u00eb autor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Malin e Zi. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti (2021) kemi botuar dhjet\u00eb tituj t\u00eb rinj. Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha botuese, por p\u00ebr nj\u00eb komunitet t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Malin e Zi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruesh\u00ebm. Duke qen\u00eb se nuk kemi q\u00ebllime komerciale, nuk botojm\u00eb me logjik\u00ebn e tregut.<br>\u201cGjurm\u00eb q\u00eb (nuk) heshten\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb libri i par\u00eb q\u00eb autori Nikoll\u00eb Berishaj boton me firm\u00ebn e \u201cArt Club\u201d-it dhe ne jemi shum\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Pse \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi? Ashtu si edhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha t\u00eb tjera, edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebs mungon bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrmjet trevave shqiptare n\u00eb Malin e Zi. M\u00eb duket sikur jemi getoizuar dhe sikur vet\u00ebmjaftohemi brenda mjediseve nga vijm\u00eb.<br>Dua t\u00eb ndaj me ju disa shqet\u00ebsime, q\u00eb besoj se nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00ebm me neve, por me bot\u00ebn shqiptare dhe botimet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e boll\u00ebkut t\u00eb informacionit, at\u00eb q\u00eb studiuesit e medias e quajn\u00eb infoobezitet. Megjithat\u00eb, kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb a priori se jemi m\u00eb t\u00eb informuar se m\u00eb p\u00ebrpara.<br>Edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e botimeve ka nj\u00eb hiperproduksion, saq\u00eb lexuesi i sot\u00ebm e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb orientohet n\u00eb oqeanin e pafund t\u00eb botimeve q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb botuesit. Problemi q\u00ebndron se ka shum\u00eb botime me vlera t\u00eb dyshimta, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pavlera, pa kritere t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta, qofshin ata libra nga fusha e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, publicistik\u00ebs, shkenc\u00ebs etj. Jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur kushdo q\u00eb ka para mund t\u00eb botoj\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr, ka vler\u00eb apo jo p\u00ebr lexuesin. Edhe botuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur shqiptar\u00eb botojn\u00eb pothuajse \u00e7do gj\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime p\u00ebrfitimi. \u00c7far\u00eb t\u00eb them n\u00ebse edhe akademit\u00eb e shkencave n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare e pranojn\u00eb, sigurisht jo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb publike, se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e botimeve t\u00eb tyre kan\u00eb pak vler\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb vet\u00ebkritik, sepse shpeshher\u00eb jemi t\u00eb prirur ta k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb fajin te tjetri, edhe ne si shoqat\u00eb kemi botuar libra t\u00eb till\u00eb.<br>Jam i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb debat i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje, aq m\u00eb pak nj\u00eb zgjidhje p\u00ebrfundimtare, sepse kush \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb i p\u00ebrcakton vlerat?! Kush jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsonin n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr ia vlen t\u00eb botohet apo jo? Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur e dim\u00eb se shija (vlerat) \u00ebsht\u00eb relative.<br>Para disa koh\u00ebsh Departamenti i Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb i Fakultetit t\u00eb Shkencave Shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs ka zhvilluar debatin me tem\u00eb \u201cBotuesit shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb tranzicion\u201d, ku nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr pyetjet apo shqet\u00ebsimet e ngritura ishte se si t\u00eb veprohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos botohet \u00e7do gj\u00eb, pra di\u00e7ka e pavler\u00eb. Jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb shfaj\u00ebsuar botuesit, por duhet t\u00eb kemi parasysh se edhe n\u00ebse botuesi nuk do t\u00eb pranonte t\u00eb botonte di\u00e7ka q\u00eb e konsideron t\u00eb pavler\u00eb, autori do ta botoj\u00eb vet\u00eb. Sigurisht, botuesi mund t\u00eb ngush\u00ebllohet se nj\u00eb botim i till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb botuar me emrin e tij. Ne si shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb e kemi p\u00ebrjetuar form\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr t\u00eb censur\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb kemi parasysh q\u00eb \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur rregull n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e botimeve mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb censur\u00ebs.<br>P\u00ebrpos k\u00ebtyre shqet\u00ebsimeve q\u00eb, pak a shum\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha botimet shqipe, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e botimeve n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Malin e Zi v\u00ebrejm\u00eb disa dukuri negative. Nj\u00ebra prej tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb nj\u00eb shok i imi e quan \u201cprostitucion kulturor\u201d. Kuptohet q\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, fjala \u201cprostitucion\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb figurative. Si\u00e7 dihet, termi \u201cprostitucion\u201d p\u00ebrdoret shpesh edhe n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb tjera, sidomos n\u00eb politik\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ilustruar dukurit\u00eb e ndryshme negative. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos krijuar ndonj\u00eb keqkuptim, fjal\u00ebn e kam p\u00ebr manin\u00eb e disa autor\u00ebve (mund t\u2019i quani edhe maniak\u00eb) p\u00ebr t\u00eb botuar \u00e7do vit t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nga nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr, p\u00ebr botimin (e ribotimin) e librave \u201ct\u00eb rinj\u201d me shkrime e krijime t\u00eb botuara m\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr botimin e librave me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrfitimi financiar (t\u00eb fondeve), p\u00ebr botimet shabllonike thuase libri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tiket\u00eb q\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb shishen e nj\u00eb produkti, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e pron\u00ebs intelektuale duke i paraqitur botimet kolektive si botime autoriale e shum\u00eb dukuri t\u00eb tjera negative.<br>P\u00ebrkundrejt k\u00ebsaj, kemi at\u00eb grup t\u00eb autor\u00ebve serioz\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt zbatojn\u00eb deviz\u00ebn apo fjal\u00ebn e urt\u00eb \u201cm\u00eb mir\u00eb hesht n\u00ebse (kur) nuk ke di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, pasi q\u00eb jemi n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendja autorin Anton Goj\u00e7aj, i cili mund t\u00eb thuhet se ndodhet n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e \u201cagj\u00ebrimit\u201d si krijues.
