Prandaj, kur flitet p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebretnike shqiptaro-Serbe n\u00eb Jugosllavi, respektivisht n\u00eb Serbin e Madhe, duhet t\u00eb kihet parasysh t\u00ebr\u00eb dram\u00ebn, t\u00ebr\u00eb udhtimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serbia si shtet okupues dhe agresor, ka kryer tre gjenocide mbi shqiptar\u00ebt. Gjenocidi i par\u00eb u krye me 1878 n\u00eb Kurshumli, Leskovac, Prokuple, Topllic\u00eb, Vranje dhe Nish. Gjenocidi i dyt\u00eb u krye gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebrave Ballkanike t\u00eb viteve 1912-1913 dhe gjenocidi \u00a0i tret, \u00a0gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit \u00a01998\/99, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekziston nj\u00eb literatur\u00eb voluminoze dhe nj\u010d material historik-politik p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb padurueshme, si dhe p\u00ebr pozicionin\u00a0 e n\u00ebnshtrimit e t\u00eb shtypjes \u00a0s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00ebn sovranitetin dhe jurisprudenc\u00ebn serbe. Por me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast do t\u00eb citoj disa vler\u00ebsime dhe qendrime t\u00eb nj\u00eb socialdemokrati, publicisti dhe humanisti t\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohur serb, Dimitrije Tucoviq, i cili thot\u00eb: \u201dSot \u00ebsht\u00eb ber\u00eb shum\u00eb e rrezikshme t\u00eb predikosh nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar s\u00eb bashku me Arbanasit. Mendime t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta dhe tendencioze, si dhe politka pushtuese e Serbis\u00eb me metodat e saj barbare duhej t\u00eb mbushte Arbanasit me urrejtje t\u00eb thedh\u00eb ndaj nesh&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjithashtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur rasti kur deputeti Kosta Novakoviq ngriti \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e terrorit dhe presionit fizik ndaj popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb pafajshme shqiptare nga regjimi serb n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Jugosllavis\u00eb, por u sulmua fizikisht dhe u rrah nga deputet\u00ebt pozicionar serb\u00eb n\u00eb vet\u00eb Parlamentin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pozicionit skllav, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e shqiptar\u00ebve e mir\u00ebpriti ardhjen\u00a0 e trupave Italian, me 1941, n\u00eb Jugosllavi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i konsideruan \u00a0si \u00e7lirimtare. Njer\u00ebzit at\u00ebher\u00eb thoshin\u201dLe t\u00eb vij\u00eb edhe djalli i Zi, thjesht le t\u00eb ndryshoj kjo qeveri, sepse nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e keqe p\u00ebr ne\u201d. Dhe sigurisht, ata kishin t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00ebn regjimin italian n\u00eb Jugosllavi g\u00ebzonin t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb konsiderueshme civile dhe komb\u00ebare, t\u00eb cilat ishin t\u00eb paimagjinueshme n\u00ebn sundimin serb. P\u00ebr shembull, shqiptar\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin gjuh\u00ebn dhe alfabetin e tyre si gjuh\u00eb zyrtare, s\u00eb bashku me italishten; l\u00ebjohej p\u00ebrdorimi i flamurit komb\u00ebtar shqiptar; ishte e l\u00ebjuar p\u00ebrdorimi Himnit shqiptar; jan\u00eb hapur nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i shkollave fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe; u krijuan mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohen n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore;\u00a0 nj\u00eb numri t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve iu kthye toka e uzurpuar nga pushteti serb, etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr vendosjen e regjimit politik italian, shqiptar\u00ebt e p\u00ebrjetuan at\u00eb si \u00e7lirim nga persekutimi, arrestimi, vrasja dhe d\u00ebbimi n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e jashtme. Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, si \u00e7lirim nga pozicioni kolonial, nga presioni, terrori dhe gjenocidi.
