Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e plazheve nuk ka n\u00ebnshkruar kontrata me Kompanin\u00eb e Sh\u00ebrbimeve Komunale, duke shmangur k\u00ebshtu detyrimin ndaj k\u00ebsaj kompanie dhe duke hedhur mbeturinat n\u00eb deponin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt ilegale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk ka informacion t\u00eb disponueshim&nbsp;&nbsp; publikisht se dikush u nd\u00ebshkua gjat\u00eb depozitimit t\u00eb mbeturinave n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende nga Inspektimi Komunal ose Policia Komunale, megjith\u00ebse nuk duhet shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur autor\u00ebt e krimit. N\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Ad\u00ebs n\u00eb Bun\u00eb&nbsp; dhe rreth deg\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb lumit Buna, nuk ka mjaft kontejner\u00eb dhe mbledhja e mbeturinave nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb organizuar. Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb problemi i mbeturinave n\u00eb&nbsp; k\u00ebt\u00eb lokalitet&nbsp; \u00ebsht\u00eb&nbsp; nj\u00eb problem i madh i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ulqinit.
