N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ese do t\u00eb trajtojm\u00eb &nbsp;di\u00e7ka t\u00eb ndryshme, diametrale, antipodin e intelektualit publik, at\u00eb t\u00eb heshtur dhe jopublik. Fjala jopublik n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb individ q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur nga popullata e p\u00ebrgjithshme, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb prapa skenave, t\u00eb heshtur, t\u00eb brendshme, intime, private dhe t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb. P\u00ebrderisa publikja shenjon at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb private, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e hapur p\u00ebr publikun, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht si p\u00ebr shembull p\u00ebrmes mediave, gj\u00ebrat jopublike jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbyllura dhe t\u00eb njohura vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E \u00e7ka n\u00eb fakt pasqyron termi apo neologjizmi intelektuali i heshtur dhe jopublik? Kjo para se gjithash flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kategori shkollar\u00ebsh q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb guac\u00ebn apo shpell\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb intelektualizmit, leximit, ligjerimit, hulumtimit q\u00eb i mban ata gjall\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs etj. Intelektualit t\u00eb heshtur nuk i mungon bagazhi, mendimi, kreativiteti, invencioni, por i mungon guximi q\u00eb t\u00eb dale n\u00eb agor\u00eb, q\u00eb ta thot\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn si <strong><em>veritas<\/em><\/strong>, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me kritik\u00ebn ose kritikat, q\u00eb t\u00eb dale n\u00eb sken\u00ebn ku mund t\u00eb shigjitohet nga opinioni, koleg\u00ebt, intelektual\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet dhe para se gjithash nga politika. Intelektualit t\u00eb heshtur i mjafton vendi i pun\u00ebs , i mjafton paga, i mjafton prestigji p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb&nbsp; vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm vet\u00ebm ai, institucioni i vet. Ai ka droj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e turbulloj\u00eb ujin, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhet objekt shkrimesh e komentesh. Ai di, por di vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vet\u00ebveten, ai kritikon por vet\u00ebm n\u00eb ndeja diskrete. Kur vjen fjala p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb di\u00e7ka tro\u00e7, ka dilema, edhe at\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetoj\u00eb me veten, me kursin dhe diskursin e profesionalitetit, ku nuk ka dyshime p\u00ebr veten, por kur vjen te mejdani i ballafaqimit me t\u00eb paprekshmit, aty ndalet dhe \u2026suus,&nbsp; hesht! Ai s\u2019e merr guximin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje aktive publike, ai e ka m\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb intelektualizoj\u00eb brenda hemisfer\u00ebs s\u00eb vet, brenda globit t\u00eb shkollar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb imagjinuar nga vet\u00eb ai. Ai edhe ka liri edhe s\u2019ka liri, edhe e g\u00ebzon edhe s\u2019e g\u00ebzon lirin\u00eb, edhe duket, edhe s\u2019duket, n\u00eb fakt s\u2019d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb duket, sepse <strong>\u201cnuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i keq\u201d, <\/strong>e n\u00eb fakt e ndihmon t\u00eb keqen me heshtjen e vet publike. Intelektuali i heshtur dhe jopublik kollarizohet kur i thon\u00eb, e rri gatitur kur e urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb, jep deklarata me porosi, s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb rahat as n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne sot ballafaqohemi me heshtjen e intelektualit, t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb shkollar\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb pritje, n\u00eb fakt interesa dhe benefite q\u00eb mund t\u2019u vij\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Sa e sh\u00ebmtuar \u00ebsht\u00eb pamja kur <strong>\u201cintelektual\u00eb\u201d<\/strong> t\u00eb caktuar iu vardisen politikan\u00ebve, ku shprehin nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb frik\u00ebrespektit, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kategori e teologjis\u00eb, jo e raporteve njeri-njeri, por raporteve njeriu-Zoti. Imagjinoni korin e duartrokitjeve p\u00ebr figurat politike edhe kur fliten dokrra, edhe kur thon\u00eb t\u00eb pamenduar\u00ebn. N\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku edhe kolumnat shkruhen me porosi, ku portale e gazetar\u00eb jan\u00eb me ngjyrime politike, ku edhe m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit thurin elozhe p\u00ebr <strong>\u201cliderin\u201d,<\/strong> s\u2019mund t\u00eb flitet as p\u00ebr debat publik, as p\u00ebr intelektualiz\u00ebm, as p\u00ebr kritik\u00eb konstruktive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me siguri shum\u00eb prej neve na ka ndodhur t\u00eb na thon\u00eb: <strong>\u201cshikoje pun\u00ebn t\u00ebnde, mos u p\u00ebrzij n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit, politik\u00ebs, partis\u00eb, prij\u00ebsit\u2026\u201d \u201cNuk do ta shp\u00ebtosh ti bot\u00ebn, e the, s\u2019e the, ata do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb me t\u00eb veten\u201d. <\/strong>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb defetizmi vet\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebcensura. K\u00ebta njer\u00ebz nuk kan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr shprehjen <strong>\u201cE thash (t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn) dhe shp\u00ebtova!\u201d<\/strong> Intelektuali i heshtur dhe jopublik \u00ebsht\u00eb lumpen intelektual, intelektual i kafeneve, q\u00eb realisht nuk mundohet t\u00eb zot\u00ebroj\u00eb asnj\u00eb subjekt, por vet\u00ebm rr\u00ebmon n\u00ebp\u00ebr libra ashtu si\u00e7 e \u00e7ojn\u00eb inpulset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intelektuali \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb ka kaluar nivele dhe filtra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm arsimor dhe edukativ, i pajisur me diplom\u00eb dhe \u00e7ertifikata q\u00eb provojn\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebn-specializimin e tij dhe statusin e caktuar m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb nga qytetar\u00ebt, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb specifike lidhur me ngjarjet e fenomenet. Intelegjencia p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e shkollar\u00ebve, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti t\u00eb atyre kulmor\u00eb q\u00eb racionalizojn\u00eb rreth dukurive shoq\u00ebrore dhe p\u00ebrtej. Truri elitar \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb funksionon p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn kolektive, q\u00eb ka barr\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebnd\u00eb se sa individualja. \u00c7do shoq\u00ebri synon q\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb klas t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve akademikisht t\u00eb ngritur dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgaditur me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do ta nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb t\u00eb tashmen dhe t\u00eb ardhmen p\u00ebr t\u00eb garuar me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sot, kur jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme, n\u00eb koh\u00ebt kur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsit shoq\u00ebror\u00eb frymojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb ngulfat\u00ebse, kur vlerat jan\u00eb zhvlersuar, kur kultura \u00ebsht\u00eb varf\u00ebruar, kur qytet\u00ebrimet jan\u00eb acaruar, kur njeriu ka humbur nga ajo sublimja, nga thelb\u00ebsorja e vet, kur kemi shum\u00eb shkolla pak mendar\u00eb, kur v\u00ebrejm\u00eb figura intelektuale por pak guximtar, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e intelektualit t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet e t\u00eb publiciizuar \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb aktuale, duhet t\u00eb diskutohet dhe t\u00eb avancohet.
