N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt p\u00ebrjashtim nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb as shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb m\u00ebsim n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe m\u00ebsojn\u00eb me programe dhe tekste&nbsp; m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb imponuara q\u00eb jan\u00eb&nbsp; kund\u00ebr barazis\u00eb arsimore e komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nail Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse m\u00eb her\u00ebt&nbsp; kemi pasur rast t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb p\u00ebr krizat ekonomike, e m\u00eb pas edhe ate politike n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm vite me radh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pranishme kriza morale. Duke marr\u00eb parasysh se n\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn n\u00eb arsim jan\u00eb drejtuar nx\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe student t\u00eb dalluar n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm&nbsp; &nbsp;me ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rastit jan\u00eb orientuar student\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt. Po ashtu duhet cekur s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dukuri I ka ndihmuar edhe&nbsp; politizimi i shkollave q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa shqet\u00ebsuese si me rastin e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve por edhe n\u00eb zgjedhjen e drejtorave t\u00eb shkollave duke vendosur kuadrat partiake pa marr\u00eb parasysh vlerat profesionale dhe autoritetin shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb mjedisin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Indiferentizmi &nbsp;si shprehi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla shoq\u00ebrore, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rast\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit nuk kan\u00eb treguar &nbsp;ndonj\u00eb disponim apo angazhim konkret por n\u00eb heshtje kan\u00eb vazhduar t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb programet m\u00ebsimore. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht me programe m\u00ebsimore e tekste shkollore t\u00eb imponuara, ku n\u00eb hartimin e tyre nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, me v\u00ebrejtjet dhe sygjerimet e tyre, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me tekste shkollore t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb rrethanave shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb arsimtar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb aktiv n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor ende vazhdon indiferentizmi si shprehi nga koha e monizmit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht i mentaliteti i t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht, nga nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e till\u00eb deri m\u00eb tash nuk kemi pasur rast t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb&nbsp; apo t\u00eb lexojm\u00eb ndonj\u00eb reagim, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim si individ\u00eb apo t\u00eb aktivit profesional, p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohtuar opinionin e gjer\u00eb e sidomos prind\u00ebrit e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb cil\u00ebve iu mbajn\u00eb m\u00ebsim. Sepse m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi bashk\u00ebkohor p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se realizon programin m\u00ebsimor, ai duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe k\u00ebrkues, duke mos qen\u00eb monoton, duke ofruar&nbsp; p\u00ebrmbajtje motivuese dhe inspiruese p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt&nbsp; m\u00ebsmidh\u00ebn\u00ebsi t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb qasjen kritike duke nxitur kultur\u00ebn e debatit p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit do t\u00eb trajtoheshin edhe tema t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e identitetit komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb iu \u00ebsht\u00eb mohuar nga programi m\u00ebsimor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb organizim me kuadra t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuara, si staf pedagogjik dhe personel arsimor&nbsp; aktiv n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor me p\u00ebrgatitje shkollore, jo vet\u00ebm si profesion t\u00eb rastit,&nbsp; por si mision jet\u00ebsor mund t\u00eb arrihen objektiva pedagogjike n\u00eb mjedisin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se arsimi mbet\u00ebn baza e nj\u00eb&nbsp; shoq\u00ebrie, nd\u00ebrsa e kund\u00ebrta do sjell pasoja, ku n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti&nbsp; rrezikohet&nbsp; identiteti komb\u00ebtar tek popujt e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb mjediset&nbsp;&nbsp; multinacionale, ku as shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mos angazhimi i&nbsp; partive politike shqiptare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm &nbsp;me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pritur angazhim konkret nga partit\u00eb politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pushtetit qendror p\u00ebr dy dekada, por fatkeq\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrve\u00e7 ndonj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb rastit konkretisht nuk kan\u00eb treguar interesimin e duhur andaj ka munguar rezultati konkret. Konkretisht mendoj se kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb angazhohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur bashk\u00ebpunim me ministrit\u00eb analoge n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb lidhje &nbsp;p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrimin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht memorandumin e&nbsp; marr\u00ebveshjes me ministrin\u00eb e arsimit n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, por, ka munguar angazhimi konkret n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arsyetohet m\u00eb asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e till\u00eb do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb arsimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe mbrojtj\u00ebs s\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, sipas standard\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar pabarazin\u00eb arsimore edhe n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Me heshtje nuk ndryshohet gjendja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se &nbsp;&nbsp;n\u00ebse do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb heshtur apo statist&nbsp; vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime personale gjendja n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit nuk do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb, andaj e vetmja mund\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb&nbsp; angazhimi&nbsp; i&nbsp; kuadrave&nbsp; t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuara n\u00eb nivel&nbsp; komb\u00ebtar, enkas p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje programore dhe tekste shkollore t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e&nbsp; identitetit&nbsp; komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq edhe pas tridhjet\u00eb viteve n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm &nbsp;sistemi arsimor nuk ofron&nbsp; barazi&nbsp; p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt&nbsp; n\u00eb arsim-edukim&nbsp; e identitet komb\u00ebtar. Rasti i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi paraqet diskriminim praktik, sepse l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e identitetit komb\u00ebtar si\u00e7 jan\u00eb historia e kultura muzikore, jan\u00eb me tekste m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb autor\u00ebve sllav dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, dhe sit \u00eb tilla &nbsp;jan\u00eb t\u00eb pa pranueshme dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb. Andaj \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim jo vet\u00ebm &nbsp;i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt marrin pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor t\u00eb reagojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb angazhohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar gjendjen egzistuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7do angazhim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt duke u bazuar n\u00eb ligje, kushtetut\u00eb e standard\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim moral dhe komb\u00ebtar.
