N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori t\u00eb rrall\u00eb b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb H.Muja, i cili deri m\u00eb tash&nbsp; \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantuar me botime t\u00eb ndryshme shkencore e publicistike t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebr nga qasja dhe tematika e trajtuar&nbsp; kan\u00eb zgjuar interesim t\u00eb opinioni i gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vazhd\u00ebn e botimeve &nbsp;nga H.Muja, k\u00ebsaj here kemi marr\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtim &nbsp;librin <em>Kisha e sherrit<\/em>, botuar nga Logos-A, n\u00eb vitin 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb panjohur deri m\u00eb tash jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb territorin e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit, por edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me &nbsp;vendosjen e &nbsp;&nbsp;objektin metalik n\u00eb maje t\u00eb malit t\u00eb Rumis\u00eb.&nbsp; Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb &nbsp;ishte i natyr\u00ebs politike, duke d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb praktik\u00eb intoleranc\u00ebn ortodokse kundrejt grupeve t\u00eb tjera religjioze, edhe&nbsp; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis multinacional e multikulturor, e vendosur pa leje t\u00eb organeve komunale n\u00eb Tivar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb nga Kisha Ortodikse Serbe(KOS), d\u00ebshmon se ata jan\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb falsifimit t\u00eb &nbsp;historis\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht &nbsp;t\u00eb politik\u00ebs serbomadhe e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb duke realizuar objektivin p\u00ebrm\u00ebs kish\u00ebs, e cila vazhdimisht ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb politik\u00ebs&nbsp; &nbsp;shtet\u00ebrore serbe. Dhe nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe, sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me realizimin e programit t\u00eb Na\u00e7ertanij\u00ebs(1844), q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi nga Kongresi i Berlinit(1878), duke vazhduar deri n\u00eb koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb me shkat\u00ebrrimin e ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb p\u00ebr rolin e KOS-it n\u00eb mbeshtetje &nbsp;t\u00eb luft\u00ebs gjenocidale kund\u00ebr Kroacis\u00eb(1991-1995), Bosnj\u00ebs(1992-1995) dhe Kosov\u00ebs(1990-1999). Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb statutin e saj nuk p\u00ebrcakton p\u00ebrmbajtje politike KOS-i, si institucion fetar, si m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe tash \u00ebsht\u00eb duke luajtur rolin par\u00ebsor politik, n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike ballkanike, ekskluzivisht p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb politik\u00ebs ekspansioniste serbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt n\u00eb sulm ishin si m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe tash viset shqiptare, ku mali i Rumis\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht krahina etnografike e Kraj\u00ebs, s\u00eb bashku me ujdhesat e liqenit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, ishin n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb politik\u00ebs klerikale serbe. Kujtojm\u00eb k\u00ebtu, m\u00eb par\u00eb kolonizimin e ujdhesave n\u00eb liqenin e Shkodr\u00ebs me personel ortodoks, si dhe &nbsp;nd\u00ebrtimin e objekt\u00ebve sarkale, vizitat e p\u00ebrvitshme jo vet\u00ebm klerikale me 3 qershor t\u00eb kisha Sh\u00ebn M\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Ostros, e s\u00eb fundi edhe vendosja e objektit metalik n\u00eb Rumi, d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb strategjin\u00eb kishtare e politik\u00ebs serbomadhe. Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se organizimi i ceremonive fetare nga KOS-i, nga viti 1990 e m\u00eb pas &nbsp;\u00ebsht\u00eb provokim p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt si popullsi autoktone, me qellim p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur reagime dhe konfrontime me prapavi politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kisha metalike u vendos me 18 qershor 2005, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb financimit t\u00eb KOS-it si dhe ndihm\u00ebn e helikopter\u00ebve&nbsp; ushtarak \u201cMi-8\u201dt\u00eb ushtris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb e Malit t\u00eb Zi, me bekimin e pushtetit malazias. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb kishte mbeshtetjen direkte t\u00eb partive politike serbe, t\u00eb cilat ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb vendosjen e saj n\u00eb Rumi. Dhe nga ajo koh\u00eb kemi ndarj\u00ebn e pik\u00ebpamjeve n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb objekt metalik, ku p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e KOS-it e quajn\u00eb kish\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, objekt i llamarin\u00ebs e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb provokim i hapur p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij mjedisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe pse &nbsp;m\u00eb her\u00ebt pushteti qeveritar ka marr\u00eb vendime p\u00ebr ta larguar at\u00eb objekt nga Rumia sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm, ilegal dhe me pasoja politike p\u00ebr popullsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij mjedisi, deri m\u00eb tash konkretisht nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvendosur nga aty. Deri, kur do t\u00eb tolerohet nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb, mbetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb, por p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia direkte bie mbi pushtetin, sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb duke realizuar n\u00eb praktik\u00eb obligimet dhe vendimet ligjore. \u00c7do hezitim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, del qart\u00eb mosgadishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e pushtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar, apo ndoshta kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me ndonj\u00eb miratim t\u00eb&nbsp; heshtuar ndaj k\u00ebtij veprimi t\u00eb KOS-it, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u sjellur sikur shteti n\u00eb shtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb ka irituar opinionin, ku kan\u00eb reaguar subjektet politike dhe individ\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, sepse Rumija p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb mal i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn popullore shqiptare. Ajo n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ishte&nbsp; vend peligrinazhi p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, por edhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues\u00ebve&nbsp; t\u00eb konfesion\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera, duke mbetur pjes\u00eb e vet\u00ebdij\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis. \u00c7do tentim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar tradit\u00ebn, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht vendosj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb objekti metalik identik me kish\u00eb, e ate p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb subjekti kishtar serb, del qart\u00eb strategjia e politik\u00ebs serbomadhe q\u00eb KOS-i ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb politik\u00ebs ekspansioniste serbe n\u00eb ballkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duhet cekur m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast se m\u00eb her\u00ebt n\u00eb Rumi nuk ka pasur kish\u00eb, q\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet edhe nga harta e vitit 1571, nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7do tentim p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat shkencore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e kish\u00ebs ortodokse serbe, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pabaza dhe irituese p\u00ebr opinionin e gjer\u00eb, sepse ka kaluar koha e manipulimeve, sepse \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb transparente p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb duan t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb realitetin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe n\u00eb fund duhet falenderuar autorin i cili trajtoj nj\u00eb tem\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb botimi i vet\u00ebm deri m\u00eb tash n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Ndon\u00ebse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e cila ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasat e politizimit, dhe me pasoja p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e mjedisit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, autori nuk spekulon por ka konsultuar nj\u00eb&nbsp; literatur\u00eb shum\u00ebdimensionale, duke ofruar p\u00ebrfundime t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.
