N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, objektivi i k\u00ebsaj politike \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb implementoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb kapacitetet e duhura, q\u00eb lidershipi n\u00eb sistemin shkollor t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb rritet kontributi q\u00eb drejtor\u00ebt mund t\u00eb japin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar shkoll\u00ebn dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e saj me kalimin e koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teksa profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb nderuar e kompetent\u00eb kishin nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim, kishin investuar dhe ngritur institucione e organizma t\u00eb specializuara, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb forcimit e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb lidershipit shkollor, gjith\u00e7ka shkok\u00eblohet e k\u00ebputet n\u00eb mes.
