Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht qendrat e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb motivuese, p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e ndrysh\u00ebm n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm shoq\u00ebror dhe ekonomik. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare n\u00eb Veriun shqiptar, Shkodra ishte qytet i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb adres\u00eb e preferuar p\u00ebr popullsi t\u00eb ndryshme nga areali shqiptar por dhe me gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kujtojm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast vitin 1479, kur qyteti i Shkodr\u00ebs nga ana e Venedikasve iu dor\u00ebzu Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, me&nbsp; \u00e7&#8217;rast qytetin e l\u00ebshuan rreth 1\/3 e popullsis\u00eb duke u vendosur n\u00eb Venedik e gjetiu. Nga ajo koh\u00eb e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs jan\u00eb vendosur popullsi nga rrethina e saj e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb dekompozim antropolgjik e demografik. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt si d\u00ebshmi jan\u00eb rreth 400 patronime t\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb sotme shkodrane, t\u00eb cilat d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb origjin\u00ebn e tyre nga vendbanimet e rethin\u00ebs apo t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb saj gravituese e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb edhe dibran\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb em\u00ebr kryesisht n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit, duke qen\u00eb sinonim i k\u00ebsaj veprimtarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Lidhja e dbran\u00ebve me shkodran\u00ebt nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb re, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e hershme, duke filluar nga mesjeta e m\u00eb pas. Dhe nuk kishte si t\u00eb ishte ndryshe, sepse Shkodra si qyteti kryesor i Veriut shqiptar, ishte qendra e zhvillimit ekonomik e shoq\u00ebror, politik e ushtarak. Shkodra ishte qyteti i shqiptarizm\u00ebs, ku merreshin vendime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, ku hartoheshin peticionet dhe memorandumet, mblidheshin patriot\u00ebt&nbsp; e zonave veriore e verilindore. Q\u00ebllimet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim e bashkim komb\u00ebtar i forcuan n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi lidhjet e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kujtojm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ndihm\u00ebn e dibran\u00ebve n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb kufinj\u00ebve verior n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare n\u00eb vitet 1879 e 1880 n\u00eb luft\u00ebrat p\u00ebr mbrotj\u00ebn e Plav\u00ebs(Nokshiqi), pastaj n\u00eb Grud\u00eb(prill 1880) e p\u00ebrfundimisht n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Ulqinit(n\u00ebntor 1880).Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb duhet cekur angazhimi i tyre n\u00eb mbrojtj\u00ebn e Shkodr\u00ebs(tetor 1912-prill 1913) kund\u00ebr malazez\u00ebve e serb\u00ebve, duke mbetur sh\u00ebmbull i ndihm\u00ebs v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrore p\u00ebr misionin e \u00e7lirimit edhe t\u00eb bashkimit&nbsp; komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angazhimi i dibran\u00ebve n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare n\u00eb regjionin e Shkodr\u00ebs nuk mbeti me kaq, sepse u d\u00ebshmuan&nbsp; n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1912, nga pushtuesit serb. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me koh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebrave ballkanike, ku aleanca ortodokse ballkanike si&nbsp; mision kishte pushtimin e territor\u00ebve shqiptare. Dhe gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj lufte dibran\u00ebt ndon\u00ebse treguan heroiz\u00ebm n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb atdheut, ata p\u00ebrjetuan gjenocid nga pushtuesit serb, dhe nga nj\u00eb gjendje e till\u00eb u detyruan t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngul\u00ebn ne mjedise t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Elbasan e gjetiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas dibran\u00ebt p\u00ebrjetuan &nbsp;tragjedin\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb kufinj\u00ebve nga ana e Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Ambasador\u00ebve n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr n\u00eb vitin 1913, ku hap\u00ebsira dibrane u nda n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu nga vendimi i till\u00eb Dibra (qyteti) iu dhurua Serbis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa pjesa tjet\u00ebr e zon\u00ebs rurale u p\u00ebrcaktu t\u00eb mbet\u00ebj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ishte ky nj\u00eb veprim kriminal i k\u00ebsaj konferenc\u00eb me pasoja komb\u00ebtare dhe nga ajo koh\u00eb u paraqit &nbsp;em\u00ebrtimi tjet\u00ebr Dibra e vog\u00ebl, p\u00ebr Peshkopin\u00eb, q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb b\u00eb &nbsp;qend\u00ebr e re p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb regjion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vazhd\u00ebn e migrimeve t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb nga viste e tjera shqiptare n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, vend t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb dibran\u00ebt e ardhur&nbsp; n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shek.XVIII dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shek.XIX e m\u00eb pas. Ata zun\u00eb vend n\u00eb disa lagje t\u00eb qytetit, por disa qindra \u00e7adra dibran\u00ebsh u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend, q\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb u quajt <em>\u201cSheshi i dibran\u00ebve\u201d, <\/em>t\u00eb &nbsp;ish Fusha e \u00c7el\u00ebs. Dibran\u00ebt e ardhur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr kan\u00eb origjin\u00ebn nga fise e fshatra&nbsp; t\u00eb ndryshme nga Dibra e Madhe dhe Gollaborda. Ata duke qen\u00eb me origjin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt duke punuar s\u00eb bashku me koh\u00eb humb\u00ebn mbiemrin e tyre familjar &nbsp;por m\u00eb pas &nbsp;u identifikuan me mbiemrin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Dibra, duke iu mbetur trash\u00ebgim deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. Por, &nbsp;n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt ka edhe p\u00ebrjashtime, se disa familje&nbsp; &nbsp;mbajn\u00eb ende mbiemrat e m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, duke i mbetur besnik trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb familjare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu duhet cekur se n\u00eb kuadrin e popullsis\u00eb dibrane q\u00eb jan\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e komunitetit ortodoks nga Reka e Ep\u00ebrme e Dibr\u00ebs. Kujtojm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast familjen e poetit Migjeni, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht gjyshin e tij muratorin Nikolla Dibrani&nbsp; q\u00eb ishin vendosur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shek.XIX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Migrimi i popullsis\u00eb dibrane &nbsp;dhe vendosja e tyre n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr e gjetiu \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb&nbsp; kryesisht p\u00ebr&nbsp; shkaqe ekonomike, sociale si dhe &nbsp;mungesa e infrastruktur\u00ebs. Dibran\u00ebt me veprimtarin\u00eb e tyre kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb dalluar si mjesht\u00ebr n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimtari, zejtari e tregti. Madje profesioni i nd\u00ebrtimtaris\u00eb u b\u00eb sinonim i dibran\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ku si d\u00ebshmi jan\u00eb objekt\u00ebt e nd\u00ebrtuara, q\u00eb ishin model p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn. Nd\u00ebrtimet q\u00eb ato kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb ruajn\u00eb kujtimet mjesht\u00ebrore, artistike e estetike t\u00eb shum\u00eb objekt\u00ebve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme. Dibran\u00ebt me mjeshtri nd\u00ebrtonin banesa t\u00eb tipave t\u00eb ndryshme, ura, kisha, manastire, xhami, teqe, hamame etj. Ata punonin skalitjen e gurit, p\u00ebrfundonin \u00e7atit\u00eb e banesave, prodhonin dyert, dritar\u00ebt, portat, divan\u00ebt, musandrat, tavanet e drurit etj., duke qen\u00eb vepra artistike p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dibran\u00ebt Shkodr\u00ebn nuk e kishin zgjedhur rast\u00ebsisht, sepse ajo nga shek.XVIII-XIX kishte marr\u00eb hov n\u00eb zhvillimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm ekonomiko-shoq\u00ebror por edhe kulturor duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00ebndra kryesore n\u00eb Veriun shqiptar. Dhe n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla shoq\u00ebrore, Shkodra ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb qend\u00ebr gravituese &nbsp;p\u00ebr popullsin\u00eb e rrethinave, por edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, sidomos p\u00ebr profesionet e ndryshme ku fusha e nd\u00ebrtimit ishte n\u00eb vend t\u00eb par\u00eb. Dibran\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, m\u00eb pas iu jan\u00eb bashkangjitur edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, duke formuar komunitetin e tyre q\u00eb nderohej nga shkodran\u00ebt, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, qendrimit dhe raport\u00ebt shoq\u00ebrore me popullsin\u00eb vendase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sot shkodran\u00ebt me prejardhje dibrane p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga komunitetet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr krahas Bushtlinjve dhe Kranjan\u00ebve, autorja e d\u00ebshmon m\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00ebn nga regjistri zgjedhor n\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr n\u00eb vitin 2011, ku n\u00eb list\u00ebn zgjedhore, pas atyre me mbiemrin Bushati, numri&nbsp; i zgjedh\u00ebsve me mbiemrin Dibra ishte n\u00eb vendin e dyt\u00eb. Po k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb shkall\u00eb komb\u00ebtare mbiemri Dibra z\u00eb vendin e 9 n\u00eb mes 100 mbiemrave me t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas mbiemrin Bushati(vendi 31) dhe Kraja(vendi 14), q\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr jan\u00eb n\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se mbiemri Dibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mbiemrin Dibra, si patronim familjar, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr e kemi t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm&nbsp; edhe n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit, Ulqin e Tivar, nga del se ata ishin me origjin\u00eb nga ajo zon\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebtu jan\u00eb vendosur nga shek.XIX e m\u00eb pas. Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast se&nbsp; mbiemri&nbsp; Dibra, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb origjinal, pa prapashtes\u00ebn sllave-viq, sikurse ka ndodhur me mbiemrat&nbsp; e familjeve tjera shqiptare. Mbetet t\u00eb hulumtohet p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb se lidhjeve e kontakt\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre &nbsp;me dibran\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs, ku ishte vendosur numri m\u00eb i madh i tyre, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nocioni i mjeshtris\u00eb s\u00eb dibran\u00ebve, nuk ishte i lokalizuar dhe i&nbsp; njohur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, por m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e saj gravituese &nbsp;si n\u00eb An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit, Kraj\u00eb e Ulqin, sepse deri n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, mjeshtrit\u00eb dibran\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e objekt\u00ebve t\u00eb banimit edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto mjedise, duke mbetur n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb si pun\u00ebtor e mjeshtra cil\u00ebsor. Duhet cekur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast se p\u00ebr p\u00ebr profesionin e nd\u00ebrtimtaris\u00eb, em\u00ebrtimi mjesht\u00ebr u z\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebsu me sinonimin dibran\u00eb, q\u00eb ishte i rrall\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb vazhdon edhe sot n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb regjion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dibran\u00ebt e ardhur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr me kalimin e koh\u00ebs u integruan n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e &nbsp;k\u00ebtij qyteti,duke &nbsp;b\u00ebr\u00eb lidhje mart\u00ebsore apo bashk\u00ebpunime t\u00eb ndryshme me shkodran\u00ebt. Ishte ky nj\u00eb proces i natyrsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb mjedisin e ri, duke u vazhduar edhe n\u00eb vit\u00ebt vijuese, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb respektit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb n\u00eb qytetarin\u00eb shkodrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autorja librin e ka konceptuar ne kat\u00ebr kapituj, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr disa fise dhe familje dibrane n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, pjesa kryesore ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me kontributin e dibran\u00ebve p\u00ebr Shkodr\u00ebn n\u00eb fushat e ndryshme si nd\u00ebrtimi, shkenca, arsimi,sh\u00ebnd\u00ebt\u00ebsia etj., duke evidentuar persona t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb fushave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, q\u00eb paraqet nj\u00eb leksikon me interes jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr dibran\u00ebt n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti por edhe&nbsp; p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, duke qen\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e k\u00ebtij botimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dhe n\u00eb fund duhet\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se autorja e &nbsp;librit <em>\u201cDibran\u00ebt&nbsp; e Shkodr\u00ebs\u201d,<\/em> ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb me vlera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha njoh\u00ebse p\u00ebr komunitetin e dibran n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, duke iu kujtuar se origjina e \u00e7do individi apo familje mbetet \u00e7\u00ebshtje jo vet\u00ebm personale por \u00ebsht\u00eb &nbsp;pjes\u00eb e kujtes\u00ebs historike, si kudo n\u00eb vendet e qytet\u00ebruara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se nj\u00eb botim i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb &nbsp;m\u00eb vlera shoq\u00ebrore jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato t\u00eb cil\u00ebve iu intereson mozaiku i popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, andaj si i till\u00eb &nbsp;mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si model edhe p\u00ebr qytete t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike&nbsp;
