Por, si shkrim shterues rreth pamfleteve t\u00eb Jovoviqit, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendja librin e Gjok\u00eb Dabajt, \u201cE kaluara e V\u00ebrtet\u00eb e Arqipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit\u201d, Art Club, 2014, me an\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit Dabaj, me shum\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb, jep p\u00ebrgjigje n\u00eb lidhje m\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrimet e ngjarjeve historike t\u00eb Kryedioqez\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit, t\u00eb autorit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, me an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shkrimi si studiuese i fush\u00ebs, bashkohem me mendimet e Dabajt, dhe d\u00ebshiroj me pak fjal\u00eb t\u00eb ia p\u00ebrkujtoj Jovoqit, se shkenca duhet t\u00eb bazohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, sepse, Bibla thot\u00eb, \u201cE v\u00ebrteta do t\u2019ju \u00e7liroj\u00eb\u201d (Gjoni, kap. 8, rreshti, 30).<\/p>\n<p>Me shkrimet tija t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme p\u00ebr Kryedioqezen e Tivarit, autori Jovoviq, \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur si person i cili deformon faktet historike, p\u00ebr t\u2018i treguar opinionit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb se, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb malazez s\u00eb vet\u00eb malazez\u00ebt. Kjo gj\u00eb del edhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb pah me rastin e botimit t\u00eb librit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, ku Jovoviq \u00ebsht\u00eb redaktor i tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn hyr\u00ebse, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje dinjitoze t\u00eb teksteve t\u00eb ribotuara, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb shkruar prej autor\u00ebve t\u00eb nderuar, Jovoviq rip\u00ebrs\u00ebrit tezat e tija t\u00eb njohura, duke glorifikuar historin\u00eb malazeze dhe duke mohuar \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptare, n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e Kryedioqez\u00ebs\u00eb s\u00eb Tivarit. Madje, me q\u00ebndrimet e tija, autori shkon edhe m\u00eb tej, duke mohuar \u00e7do gj\u00eb iliro-shqiptare n\u00eb provinc\u00ebn e njohur t\u00eb Praevalit, e cila nga shek. X ishte cil\u00ebsuar si mbret\u00ebri e Diokles\u00eb, m\u00eb von\u00eb ajo e Xent\u00ebs (Zet\u00ebs).\u00a0\u00a0 Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi im q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj komente rreth tre teksteve studimore n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, sepse jan\u00eb mjaft solide, me referenca t\u00eb bollshme dhe kan\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb caktuar p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, por doja t\u00eb ndaloja te redaktori dhe organizatori i librit, Ivan Jovoviq, i cili pretendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vazhdues i serbom\u00ebdhenjve, Cvijiq, Erdeljanoviq, Garashanin, Jovi\u00e7eviq etj., t\u00eb cil\u00ebt me shkrimet e tyre, gjat\u00eb shek. XIX deformonin faktet historike p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime politike para bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se sot, n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm, \u00e7dokush mund t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb doj\u00eb. T\u00eb jap\u00eb mendime ndryshe apo kontradiktore. T\u00eb shk\u00ebpus\u00eb idet\u00eb e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve jasht\u00eb kontekstit, apo t\u00eb manipuloj\u00eb me fakte shkencore etj.. Por shtrohet pyetja: veprimet e k\u00ebsaj natyre, sa jan\u00eb t\u00eb moralshme, t\u00eb dobishme dhe vall\u00eb a mos jan\u00eb k\u00ebto mundime t\u00eb kota!? P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb shkrimit, do t\u00eb ndalesha shkurt te disa nga tezat kryesore t\u00eb Jovoviqit, t\u00eb paraqitura n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb librit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shkrimit, Jovoviq sikur qan me lot krokodili, se si shteti i Mali t\u00eb Zi, nuk u kujtua ta festonte 925-vjetorin e themelimit t\u00eb Kryedioqez\u00ebs Diokleato -Tivaras, (1089), duke e lidhur historikun e saj ngusht\u00eb me historin\u00eb e Malit t\u00eb Zi e jo me shqiptaret. (shih. f. 7) Ky mendim sa \u00ebsht\u00eb absurde, aq edhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me shkenc\u00ebn serioze ballkanike. N\u00eb dokumente studimore, n\u00eb vitin 1302 Mali i Zi figuron si fshat n\u00eb mes Cetin\u00ebs e Liqenit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa, si krahin\u00eb e organizuar, del n\u00eb vitin 1435. (shih: M. Shyffay, Srbi i Arbanasi, Beograd, 1925, f, 33).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse autori ngulmon q\u00eb popullat\u00ebn e Malit t\u00eb Zi t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb shek. XV, ta lidh\u00eb me popullat\u00ebn e Diokles\u00eb-Zetes, logjika t\u00eb \u00e7on te ajo, se malazezet domosdo duhen t\u00eb jen\u00eb popullat\u00eb iliro- shqiptare, e t\u00eb asimiluar nga ardhacak\u00ebt n\u00eb sllav\u00eb n\u00eb shek. VI e n\u00eb vazhdim, fakt t\u00eb cilin autori e mohon kategorikisht.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse, teoria se Dioklea, ka pasur lidhje me Sh\u00ebn Cirilin e Metodin, IX, si\u00e7 flet autori (shih.f. 8), \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e pav\u00ebrtet\u00eb e madhe, kur dihet se n\u00eb aspektin kishtar, kjo provinc\u00eb ka qen\u00eb fort mir\u00eb e organizuar q\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin e IV, dhe sllav\u00ebt ardhacak\u00eb duhet ta ken\u00eb marr\u00eb pag\u00ebzimin nga shek. IX-XI, nga misionar\u00ebt vendas e jo nga misionar\u00ebt sllav\u00eb. (Shih. Enciklopedia Jugosllave, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, thot\u00eb se Diokla, e cila nga shek. Po i nj\u00ebjti burim flet p\u00ebr pranin\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb kryedioqez\u00ebn e Tivarit dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, duke cituar relacionin e kryeipeshkvit t\u00eb Tivarit, francezin, Guillelmo Andrea, t\u00eb vitit 1332, ku shprehet se, shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb nj\u00eb fuqi potenciale p\u00ebr t\u2019iu kund\u00ebrv\u00ebn\u00eb mbretit serb, Stefan Dushanit dhe se ata kan\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn dhe librat e veta. (Shih. Enciklopedija Jugoslavije, sv. 1, Zagreb, 1956 str, 154).<\/p>\n<p>Autori duhet ta dij\u00eb se, burimet gjermane dhe ato angleze, kur flasin p\u00ebr principat\u00ebn e Cernojeviq\u00ebve t\u00eb shek. XV, d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se ajo ishte nga etnosi shqiptar, me mbiemrin Goj\u00e7inaj, (Shif. K. Jeri\u010dek, Skutari und seine gebiet im Mittelalter, Illryrische Albanische Forschungen, vol. 1, M\u00fcnchen und Leipzig 1916, f. 117; J.B. Hobhouse, A Journeu through Albania and other provinces of Turkey in Europe and Asia to Constnatinople, London, 1813, fq. 130) etj. Autori, sikur harron se, burimet venedikase t\u00eb shek. Mandej, sikur Jovoviqi harron se, kjo ollan\u00eb 11 v\u00ebllimshme, ku v\u00ebllimi i -VII- i vitit, MDCCCXVII, i kushtohet Kryedioqez\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit, ka qen\u00eb nxitur nga papa Albani &#8211; Klementi XI.<\/p>\n<p>Kur kemi te b\u00ebjm\u00eb me Kryedioqezen e Tivarit, juristi Jovoviq, sikur nuk e kupton, se duke iu referuar librit t\u00eb Ivan Markoviqit t\u00eb cilin e ka ribotuar, si p\u00ebr \u00e7udi na del se, n\u00eb selin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj Kryedioqeze kan\u00eb q\u00ebndruar me dhjet\u00ebra ipeshkvi iliro-shqiptare, dhe shqiptare t\u00eb njohura si, Massreku (1624-1634), Bogdani (1956-1670), Vlladanji (1749- 1786), Junku (1786-1787), Radovani ( 1786-1790) etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nga k\u00ebto sh\u00ebnime e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat flasin p\u00ebr prezenc\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, shtrohet pyetja: \u00e7far\u00eb shkence b\u00eb Jovoviqi, kur n\u00eb shkrimet e tija po mohon \u00e7do gj\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kryedioqez\u00eb? N\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb kujt \u00ebsht\u00eb ky shqiptar i kthyer n\u00eb malazez, i cili me intrigat e tij tenton ta themeloj\u00eb nj\u00eb Kish\u00eb katolike malazeze brenda Kryedioqez\u00ebs s\u00eb Tivarit? P\u00ebrse bash k\u00ebtu, kur ka mund\u00ebsi ta b\u00ebj\u00eb gjetiu k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb!? Prandaj, personi n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, para se t\u00eb merret me Kryedioqez\u00ebn e Tivarit, ia rekomandoj t\u00eb mos i deformoj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat historike, e s\u00eb paku, t\u00eb lexoj\u00eb librin e Gjok\u00eb Dabajt, \u201cE kaluara e V\u00ebrtet\u00eb e Arqipeshkvise s\u00eb Tivarit\u201d, Art Club, 2014, se kjo gj\u00eb do i b\u00ebj\u00eb mir\u00eb. Po k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb, ia rekomandoj edhe bashk\u00ebredaktorit Msgr. Zef Gashit, i cili mjerisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn her\u00eb (hera e par\u00eb 2004) pranoi t\u00eb b\u00ebhej pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj loje politike e kishtare t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga juristi Ivan Jovoviq. N\u00eb fund, kam edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb rekomandim: p\u00ebrmbaju fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb art\u00eb latine: Nu ka gj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl se sa drita e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00a0 .
