Ai lindi n\u00eb vitin 1946, n\u00eb fshatin Kryth\u00eb t\u00eb An\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit &#8211; Komuna e Ulqinit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shkoll\u00ebn fillore e kreu n\u00eb Kat\u00ebrkoll\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar Shkoll\u00ebn Normale n\u00eb Prizren, pastaj Shkoll\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb Pedagogjike n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe Fakultetin Filozofik, dega e Gjuh\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veprimtarin\u00eb arsimore Osman Palaj e nisi n\u00eb nj\u00eb mosh\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb re, si 20-vje\u00e7ar, ku n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Fillore t\u00eb Shtojit, gjat\u00eb vitit shkollor 1966\/1967, dha disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb m\u00ebsimore (biologji, kimi, arsim teknik etj.) n\u00eb paralelet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe sllave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angazhimin e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor, duke u ballafaquar edhe me situata problematike, Palaj e nisi n\u00eb vitin shkollor 1969\/1970, kur ishte arsimtari i par\u00eb shqiptar n\u00eb fshatrat e Prishtin\u00ebs &#8211; Sushic\u00eb, Shishkoc dhe Kishnic\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebto shkolla, arsimtari Palaj promovoi arsimin gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe n\u00eb klas\u00eb duke p\u00ebrmbushur detyrimet ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb sapo nisi zhvillimin e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb arsimor, si\u00e7 ishte Kosova. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij harku kohor, Palaj ishte m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs edhe n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore t\u00eb komunitetit serb n\u00eb Gra\u00e7anic\u00eb, ku k\u00ebtyre nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve iu ligj\u00ebronte gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave politike t\u00eb krijuara nga nacionalizmi serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Osman Palaj detyrohet t\u00eb largohet dhe n\u00eb vitin 1995 shp\u00ebrngulet n\u00eb SHBA, ku punoi dhe veproi deri n\u00eb vitin 2010, kur kthehet n\u00eb vendlindjen e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontributi i tij n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit shqip ka nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe mbetet model frym\u00ebzimi p\u00ebr gjeneratat e ardhshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Ali Salaj T\u00eb diel\u00ebn u nda nga jeta m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi, pedagogu dhe veprimtari i arsimit Osman Palaj.
