Dhe nj\u00eb qasje e till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb\ndukuri e panjohur, sepse &nbsp;ajo ka nj\u00eb\nvazhdim\u00ebsi&nbsp; si n\u00eb moniz\u00ebm edhe tash n\u00eb\npluraliz\u00ebm. Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht subjektet nga shoq\u00ebria civile t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i trajtojn\u00eb\n\u00e7\u00ebshtjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse pa paragjykime dhe interesa t\u00eb ndryshme, duke mbetur model i\ndemokratizimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebrkesat e tilla &nbsp;d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb qendrimin dhe prezantimin e qasjeve\nt\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb cilat &nbsp;nuk sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs\ns\u00eb shumic\u00ebs parlamentare, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pushtetit, duke dal\u00eb n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe\n\u201cdevijimi\u201d i lojalizmit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kategorie t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, sepse k\u00ebrkesat e tyre\nnuk jan\u00eb sipas \u201cshij\u00ebs\u201d s\u00eb&nbsp; pushtetit,\nmadje edhe t\u00eb pa pranueshme, sepse iu prish\u00ebn gjoja&nbsp; objektivat&nbsp;\nzhvillimore p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qendrimet e tilla autoritare nga ana\ne pushtetit&nbsp; jan\u00eb t\u00eb njohura p\u00ebr &nbsp;lojalitetin e qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim\nme parimet demokratike t\u00eb pluralizmit politik, n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis multinacional. Sepse\nt\u00eb qenit&nbsp; lojal nuk do t\u00eb thot se duhesh\nt\u00eb heshtesh \u00e7do her\u00eb, por nevojitet nj\u00eb reagim i guximsh\u00ebm&nbsp; me argumente&nbsp;\np\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet kontestuese q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb interesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm.\nNd\u00ebrsa pranimi n\u00eb heshtje p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht mos reagimi ndaj&nbsp; veprimeve q\u00eb&nbsp;\njan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mjedisin apo vendin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, d\u00ebshmon qasjen\nkonformiste dhe munges\u00ebn e guximit qytetar e ati intelektual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lojaliteti si p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fjala <strong>lojalist<\/strong> vjen nga gjuha\nfreng\u00eb(loyal) q\u00eb ka kuptimin <strong>besnik\u00ebri,\np\u00ebrkushtim, sinqeritet, nd\u00ebrshm\u00ebri, drejt\u00ebsi <\/strong>e<strong> ligjshm\u00ebri<\/strong>, nga del s\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme\np\u00ebrshtatjeje &nbsp;q\u00eb var\u00ebn nga &nbsp;qasjet e individ\u00ebve &nbsp;gjat\u00eb komunikimit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vendet multinacionale t\u00eb cil\u00ebt\nkan\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb quhen demokratike deklarimi p\u00ebr lojalitet k\u00ebrkon <strong>p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi <\/strong>apo th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri<strong> besnik\u00ebri<\/strong> ndaj shumic\u00ebs, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht\nt\u00eb pushtetit nga del se shumica dyshon n\u00eb qendrimin e tyre n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore.\nPra, kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb&nbsp; me kategorin\u00eb e qytetar\u00ebve\nt\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb\nndryshme shoq\u00ebrore dhe historike jo me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tyre&nbsp; jan\u00eb aneksuar, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb &nbsp;pjes\u00eb e popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb &nbsp;ati shteti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht duke marr\u00eb parasysh nj\u00eb\nkonstatim t\u00eb till\u00eb koncepti i &nbsp;lojalizmit\nmund t\u00eb trajtohet si <strong>n\u00ebnshtrim<\/strong>, q\u00eb\nduhet pranuar \u00e7do gj\u00eb pa <strong>refuzim,<\/strong>\np\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht pa <strong>kund\u00ebrshtim<\/strong>, q\u00eb ka\nt\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me individ\u00ebt pa qendrim personal. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla mungon guximi\nqytetar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos heshtur ndaj dukurive t\u00eb papranueshme q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me\npjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e komunitetit, i cili ka munges\u00eb t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb qytetaris\u00eb\naktive, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar devijimet shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mungon qytetaria aktive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vendet demokratike koncepti i qytetaris\u00eb aktive \u00ebsht\u00eb dukuri e njohur\ndhe e respektuar, sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me organizime q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebr interesa private\napo t\u00eb klan\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme, por me karakter t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm shoq\u00ebror. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb\naspekt ka shum\u00eb raste q\u00eb kan\u00eb rezultuar me sukses n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb\nregjion, ku nuk duhet p\u00ebrjashtuar as Malin e Zi. Kujtojm\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast\nprotestat p\u00ebr mbrojtj\u00ebn e lumit Tara vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, por s\u00eb fundit kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb &nbsp;me ndalimin e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb hidrocentral\u00ebve te\nvegjel q\u00eb pat\u00ebn sukses p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar devastimin e mjediseve t\u00eb tilla natyrore.\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt ndon\u00ebse ka pasur iniciativa n\u00eb Ulqin, nuk mund t\u00eb mburremi, se &nbsp;mungon nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi i qytetaris\u00eb aktive,\nsepse ende \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm sindromi i frig\u00ebs ndaj pushtetit. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb\npik\u00ebrisht me konceptin e lojalizmit i cili te pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e popujve t\u00eb\nndar\u00eb(pakic\u00eb) ka dimension psikologjik t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb &nbsp;me pasoja shoq\u00ebrore si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e deri\nn\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servilizmi si virus politik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe t\u00eb subjektet politike&nbsp; dukuria e\nlojalizmit \u00ebsht\u00eb&nbsp; e&nbsp; pranishme ku p\u00ebrjashtim nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb as\nsubjektet politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Madje do t\u00eb ishte befasi t\u00eb\nishte ndryshe, sepse individ\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb tyre pranojn\u00eb\nt\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se <strong>lojalizmi<\/strong> barazohet me <strong>servilizmin,<\/strong>\nsepse t\u00eb till\u00ebt nuk zgjedhin mjete p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur qellimet e veta n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e\nduhur. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb d\u00ebshmon qart\u00eb se nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me \u00e7\u00ebshtje\nparimore por me interes q\u00eb i mund\u00ebsohet nga politika ditore. Andaj nj\u00eb kategori\ne till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u n\u00ebn\u00e7muar sepse ajo&nbsp;\nstimulon formimin &nbsp;e klan\u00ebve &nbsp;t\u00eb subjekt\u00ebt &nbsp;politike, me p\u00ebrfitime t\u00eb ndryshme, madje &nbsp;duke rrezikuar subjektin politik n\u00eb t\u00eb\nardhm\u00ebn.
